You Can Bank on Batman is the first hero level of LEGO Batman: The Videogame. It is the first hero level of The Riddler's Revenge.

Opening Biography[]

Actor Basil Karlo turned into the murderous

Clayface, a creature of shape-changing

protoplasm. He now possesses incredible

strength, and can transform his clay-like

body into any form!

Story[]

After The Riddler and Clayface enter the Gotham Merchants Bank, Batman and Robin heard the bank's emergency and went there. They manage to arrest Clayface, but the Riddler tries to escape with the key. Batman tries to catch him but Clayface gives his friend a helping hand with his foot. This allows the Riddler to escape with Two-Face in his truck. Batman puts a tracker on the truck and discovers that the box the Riddler left behind was small bricks. Clayface is taken to Arkham Asylum.

Walkthrough[]

You start in the streets of Gotham. Go to your right to find a hook. Use your grappling hook to climb up and use the rope to cross the toxins, then build a rope to get to a Demolition Suit and put it on as Batman. Then use the bombs on a vehicle and silver objects to destroy them and proceed to the next area.

In the next area, defeat the Riddler's goons and keep going. Destroy two glowing plants to build a Robin panel, then don the Technology Suit as Robin. Use a panel to control a toy car and get into a hatch, then press three switches to open the door and destroy a wall to get to Clayface. In the battle with Clayface, take three hearts from him and he will run away from you. Use bombs to destroy the objects he is on and the door will open, then use a Batarang to hit three gears to put him in prison. After that the level ends.

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

Minikit Canisters
1. (S) Go forward to find a lever and pull, then build a hook and use any hero to climb up. Go up a ladder to reach this minikit.
2. (S) In the same place as the first minikit, pull a lever to open a door and get this minikit.
3. (S) Break 5 phone booths that you find throughout the level to get this minikit.
  1. Located near the start of the level.
  2. Near a silver object and the truck you need to destroy to advance the level.
  3. Nearby the silver objects of a car.
  4. Near some handles that you need to destroy for a minikit.
  5. Located in the battle against Clayface.
4. (F) Near the civilian in danger, use Batman or Batgirl with the Sonic Suit to get this minikit.
5. (F) Use a character that is immune to toxins to build a truck and drive it, then use a mind control character to reveal this minikit.
6. (F) Use a character with super strength to destroy a box, then use a character with explosives to destroy the silver lid and get this minikit.
7. (F) Use a character with super strength to destroy a box, then use a hero to climb up a hook and use a rope to reach some windows. Lastly, destroy the windows to get this minikit.
8. (F) Use a character with super strength to reveal an entrance to a small room, then destroy the window to get to the balcony where this minikit is.
9. (F) Use Batman or Batgirl with the Sonic Suit to reach a mechanism, then use Robin or Nightwing in the Attract Suit to pop in 25 pieces and reveal this minikit.
10. (F) Use a toxin immune character to get to a garage and use a mind controlled character to open a red door, then pull a lever to open a garage door. Go to the cars near the fight with Clayface and drive one to take it to the garage, then drive another to get this minikit.

Fast Grapple Red Brick
- (S) Open the eleventh drawer at the end of the fight to reveal this red brick.

Civilian in Peril
- (S) Near a hook in the first area, break a window and go inside to rescue this civilian.

Unlockables[]

The minikit model in this level is a Gold Batsuit. After completing the level, you unlock Batman (Demolition Suit) (unless you have completed There She Goes Again or Little Fun at the Big Top) and Robin (Technology Suit) (unless you have completed There She Goes Again or In the Dark Night). In the Batcave you can buy a Riddler Goon and a Riddler Henchman. You will also be able to start Power Crazed Penguin on the hero side and The Joker's Return on the hero side or continue to An Icy Reception. After collecting the Red Brick, you can purchase Fast Grapple.
