Under the City is the eighth hero level of LEGO Batman: The Videogame. It is the third hero level of Power Crazed Penguin.

Opening Biography[]

Waylon Jones, AKA Killer Croc, was born with

a terrible medical condition that has warped

his body into reptilian form. Having turned

against humanity, he possesses

extraordinary strength and is immune to

toxins.

Story[]

Batman and Robin enter the sewers. Robin sees some tracks and follows them, but suddenly a crocodile scares him, but Batman looks at the crocodile and leaves. They venture through the sewers until they reach Arkham Asylum, where they discover that Catwoman escaped thanks to the help of The Penguin and Killer Croc. They finally manage to defeat Killer Croc in a battle. Batman grabs a notebook from the zoo, suspecting that the Penguin and Catwoman went to the Gotham Zoo. The heroes arrest Killer Croc.

Walktrough[]

You start in the sewers of Gotham. To your upper right, you will come across some shiny objects. Destroy shiny objects to build a Robin panel. Put on the Magnet Suit as Robin to climb a metal wall. Then pull a lever to lower a ladder. Switch to Batman to put on the Demolition Suit and destroy a silver door. Go through a double score zone and destroy some objects to build a mechanism, then turn the mechanism to raise a wheel. Put on the Water Suit as Robin and use a grappling hook to climb up, then dive your way to the other side of the lake. Build a button and press it a few times to drain the water, then switch to Batman to destroy a silver cap and move on to the next area.

In the next area, jump between platforms and destroy some silver fences with Batman to destroy a fan. Then build a hook and climb up to put on two suits, the Glide Suit for Batman and the Magnet Suit for Robin. Use both suits to cross a gap and defeat some crocodiles so they don't bother you, then destroy some objects to reveal two buttons and step on them to create a bridge. Put your Demolition Suit back on to destroy a silver cap and head into the next area.

In the next area, stop falling down a slope and build two gears on two stairs. Use a Batarang to hit two wheels and fill the pond in front, then build and pull a lever to turn the slopes into stairs. Go up the stairs and build a lever and pull to drop a box, then build a metal wall and climb with Robin. Put your Water Suit back on to dive and pull a lever that will fill a pond, then go through the pond either by jumping off platforms or swimming up some stairs to the final area.

In the final area, you will come face to face with the Killer Croc. Remove 5 of his little hearts and he will go to an acid. Wait for his throwing items to run out to continue damaging him. Remove all of his hearts to finish the level.

Collectables[]

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

Minikit Canisters
1. (F) On the second Robin panel of the level, use a glider character to get to a cell. Use a mind control character to get the owner of a window to open the cell, then switch to a toxic strongman character to destroy a box on top of acid and get this minikit.
2. (S) Near a pond in the first area, use a high-jump character to reach this minikit.
3. (F) Use a character with super strength to move a box, then use Batman or Batgirl in the Sonic Suit to destroy a glass window and get this minikit.
4. (F) Near the two panels in the second area, use a high-jump character to reach this minikit.
5. (F) Use Robin or Nightwing in the Attract Suit to attract 25 pieces, then put the pieces into an attraction machine to build a boat. Drive the boat past 5 buoys and the minikit will appear out of a tube.
6. (F) At the start of the third area, use a character immune to toxins to walk on acid. Then pull a lever to reveal a ladder and climb up the ladder to reach this minikit.
7. (S) Destroy some barrels to build a toilet, then push the toilet with a character with super strength and jump on it to reach this minikit. You can actually get it in Story Mode, what you have to do is jump on the ladder near this minikit. You have to do it many times until it comes out.
8. (F) Near fourth Robin panel, put one character on one platform and switch to the other to press a button to make the platform go up. Then switch to the other character to reach this minikit.
9. (S) Located in a hole below the third platform of the last pond. Fill the pond first and use a character that can dive to reach it.
10. (F) Destroy barrels on the sides of this minikit to build gears, then use The Joker or his tropical version to lower and raise the platform. Then use the platform to reach this minikit.

Sonic Pain Red Brick
- (S) At the start of the level, use a character that can use tech pads to control a toy ship. Then go past three buoys to get this red brick. It's recommended to get this in Free Play as you are very unlikely to be successful in Story Mode. You can push the boat to the three buoys but usually not quick enough.

Civilian in Peril
- (S) Located under the first minikit.

Unlockables[]

The minikit model in this level is a Killer Croc's Swamp Rider. After completing the level, you unlock Robin (Water Suit). In the Batcave you will be able to continue to Zoo's Company. After collecting the Red Brick, you can purchase Sonic Pain.
