Vinnie Betrayed[]
- [Chase enters Vinnie's restaurant through the trapdoor. As the Rex Goons vandalize, Chase tries to open the door, but can't. Then, from the window above, he watches two Rex Goons take Vinnie away]
- Chase McCain: What is going on in there?
- Vinnie Pappalardo: You guys are making a big mistake! When Rex finds out you did this!
- Vitus Tinkleman: Hahaha! Who'd you think sent us?
- [The two Rex Goons put Vinnie in the freezer and close the door]
- Vinnie Pappalardo: What?! Why did he...?
- Vitus Tinkleman: I'm sorry, what's that? I can't hear you!
- Maximilian Jarvik: Oops! I broke the handle! [He grabs the broken handle]
- Vinnie Pappalardo: Brr... I said, why... did...he...
- [Being in the freezer for too long, Vinnie freezes]
- Chase McCain: I gotta get Vinnie outta there! [He hides]

- Vinnie Pappalardo: How could they do that?! Do you know how much I had pay the artist to leave her moustache off in the first place? She'll go crazy if she sees this!

- Vinnie Pappalardo: Rex ain't here. Why did he send youse guys?

- Chase McCain: It's okay, Vinnie. I think I know how to make him talk...
- [The scene fades to another scene of Chase and Vinnie giving Jimmy ice cream]
- Chase McCain: Eat some more!
- Jimmy Grossman: Oh yeah, that's so delicious! [His brain freezes] Ah... Ow... Brain...freeze.
- Chase McCain: Here comes the airplane! [He tries to give Jimmy another ice cream, but Jimmy interrupts him]

- Chase McCain: Where's Rex?
- Jimmy Grossman: [on screen] I dunno. Honest! I don't! But, I know how you can get to him. I'm meant to do some kinda job to night [off-screen] in the construction yard at Paradise Sands. You could take my place! You kinda look like me.
- Vinnie Pappalardo: You are the same height.
- Chase McCain: If you're lying...
- Vinnie Pappalardo: Don't worry, Chase. I'll keep him here. I've got a few questions of my own I'd like answered.
- Jimmy Grossman: Ah! No! No! Ooh, is that the blueberry and pomegranate ice cream? Oh, that stuff is amazin'!
- [Vinnie gives Jimmy blueberry ice cream]
- Jimmy Grossman: Oh, wow, that is going straight to my hips. Can I get some sprinkles?

Story[]
Moe calls Chase to let him know that he hasn't heard from Vinnie in a while and he's worried. It's revealed Rex has betrayed Vinnie, ordering his goons to lock the mafia don in a freezer. Rescuing Vinnie from the freezer, he and Chase force feed the leader goon into revealing Rex's location.

Level Prelude[]
You access this level when you enter Vinnie's restaurant in Fresco to see what happens to Vinnie. (Look here for more information.)
Level Walkthrough[]
You start in the waiting room of Vinnie's restaurant. Use the Undercover suit to destroy the doors on the left and reach the restaurant dining room. In the dining room, a Rex Goon to the left will attack you. Fight him and arrest him. After defeating him, go towards the two Rex Goons that froze Vinnie. After defeating them, destroy a box on the left side of the counter to build a control panel. Use it to reveal a toolbox on the counter. Grab it and take it to a green pad near a broken green mechanism in the upper right corner. You'll need another toolbox. To find it, use the Grapple Gun to pull the object on top of the freezer. The object will open the freezer door, but Vinnie will be destroyed. Rebuild him and he will tell you that the leader locked himself in the ice cream factory, and the only way to get there is from a secret passage in his office. Grab the second toolbox inside the freezer and take it to the other green pad in the upper right corner. After placing the two toolboxes on the green pads, use their pieces to repair the green mechanism. Then, turn the valve on the mechanism to extend the stairs leading to the second floor. Upon reaching the second floor, fight and arrest two Rex Goons that attack you and go right to a boarded up door blocked by a pile of very light orange rocks. Fight and arrest two more Rex Goons who attack you. After defeating them, use the Miner suit to destroy the very light orange rocks and use the Fireman suit to open the boarded up door that will take you to the next area.
In the next area, you will find a total of six Rex Goons. Fight them and arrest them. After defeating them, destroy a red armchair on the right side to reveal a question mark scanner symbol. Use the Undercover suit on it to find a key inside one of the drawers to the right. Grab the key, place it on a bookshelf in the upper left corner, and turn it to open the bookshelf and reveal a safe. Use the Robber suit to open the safe and reveal some pieces. Use them to build an ice cream statue, which you must push it towards the green square. This will change the color from a red light to green. You will have to change another red light. To do this, destroy a red chair in the lower left corner to reveal another question mark scanner. Use the Undercover suit on it to find some pieces in the closet on the left side. Use them to build a color swapper with the color red. Use it to change the color of your Robber suit's Color Gun from purple to red. Then, use the red color of your Color Gun to change the color of a panel from green to red. This will open the bookshelf in the upper right corner and reveal another safe. Open it to reveal pieces that you can use to build another ice cream statue. Push the statue towards the green square to change the color of another red light to green. Having both lights green will open the door to a secret passage. Go through the passage to reach the final area.
In the final area, you will face Jimmy Grossman in a sort of mini boss. To the left, there will be icy blasts that will freeze you. Go to the north hallway and use a control panel to bring up a white box on the conveyor belt. However, an icy blast will appear and block your path. Hide in the white box and use it to get through the icy blasts without freezing. Upon crossing the two ice blasts and reaching the other side, fight and arrest two Rex Goons. After defeating them, use the Miner suit on a dynamite vending machine to receive a dynamite. Grab it and place it in a barrel next to some silver blocks. Move away from the dynamite and it will explode, destroying the silver blocks so you can push a pipe fragment into the wall. After pushing the pipe fragment, use it to reach the ledge on the left side and turn a green valve so that the icy red liquid reaches the glass to the left of the central control panel. Then, push a box onto the conveyor belt below to destroy it and reveal pieces that will move to the main side. Climb down from the ledge and step on a pressure plate to disable the icy blasts and return to the main side. Use the pieces in the box to build a fan, which you can use to reach the ledge on the right side. There, use the Fireman suit to put out some flames and turn another green valve. This will cause the icy blue liquid to reach the glass to the right of the central control panel. Getting the two icy liquids into the glasses on either side of the central control panel will make the control panel usable. Climb down from the ledge and use a ladder in the center of the area to reach the central ledge. There, fight and arrest a Rex Goon. Then, use the central control panel to make a scoop of ice cream fall on Jimmy, ending the level.

S means that the collectible can be obtained when playing the level for the first time. F means that the collectible requires to be obtained with an ability that is obtained later in the game.
- Police Shield Fragments
- (S) In the first area, destroy three ice cream statues to obtain this police shield fragment:
- The first one is in the waiting room.
- Upon reaching the upper floor, destroy a refrigerator to find the second ice cream statue.
- The third one is on the left side of the counter.
- (S) On the left side of the second floor, from the corner to the end, you will find four boxes of ice cream. Destroy them to build four pieces of equipment and obtain this police shield fragment.
- (S) In the second area, destroy eight chairs surrounding the central table to obtain this police shield fragment.
- (S) In the final area, destroy three green machines to receive this police shield fragment:
- The first one is on the ledge where you turn the first green valve.
- The second one is on the left side of the lower floor.
- The third one is on the ledge where you turn the second green valve.
- (S) In the first area, destroy three ice cream statues to obtain this police shield fragment:

- (F) On the right side of the first area, you will see Rudolph Pianola playing a white and blue piano. Use a Construction character to repair an electrical box and cause a lamp to fall on the piano, destroying it. After destroying the piano, use its pieces to build a blue and white catapult. Use the catapult to reach a balcony with this character token.

- (S) After destroying the refrigerator to find the second ice cream statue for the first police shield fragment, you can build a ball. Get on the ball and roll it towards a pressure plate in the corner of the second floor to step on it. This will activate a Teleport Pad. Use an Astronaut character on it to reach the platform above. There, cling to a roof to reach the platform on the right side, where you will find this vehicle token.

- (F) On the right side of the first area, but outside the waiting room, use an Astronaut character's jetpack to reach a balcony. There, open a space box to reveal some pieces on the far left of the second floor. Go there and use the pieces to build a color swapper with the color green. Using the color green, change the color of three panels from red to green to reveal this Red Brick to the left of the stage with Rudolph's piano:
- The first red panel is connected to a vacuum cleaner in the corner of the second floor.
- The second red panel is connected to a machine on the first floor counter.
- The third red panel is connected to a jukebox on the left side of the first floor.
- (F) On the right side of the first area, but outside the waiting room, use an Astronaut character's jetpack to reach a balcony. There, open a space box to reveal some pieces on the far left of the second floor. Go there and use the pieces to build a color swapper with the color green. Use it to change the color of your Color Gun from purple to green. Using the color green, change the color of three panels from red to green to reveal this Red Brick to the left of the stage with Rudolph's piano:

Jimmy Grossman (Robber), Vinnie Pappalardo (Robber), Aceso and Ironback can be purchased at the Police Station after collecting their tokens. After collecting the Red Brick, you can purchase Extra Hearts (you will get it for free without paying in the remastered version).

- The level's name is a reference to the popular 1927 song I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ice Cream.
- In the opening scene, one of the two Rex Goons freezing Vinnie is a Maximilian Jarvik, but in the game, this Maximilian is replaced by a Vitus Tinkleman.
- After destroying Rudolph's piano, Chase breaks the fourth wall by saying, "Uh, video games? I know an awesome one about a handsome undercover cop I can recommend." He's probably referring to himself in LEGO City Undercover.
- In the original Wii U version, the melted ice cream stain does not cover Jimmy's eyes and mouth when Vinnie throws ice cream in his face. This error was fixed in the remaster.
