The Port is the hub world of LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game. This hub world is relatively small compared to the hub worlds of the games before it.

Areas

There are three major areas with various things to explore.

Opening Area

You can find four walls containing maps; each one leads to the five levels of the movies. There is also a beach on the farthest side of this area-water links the map (also spawn place). With a certain amount of Gold Bricks, you can build two sandcastles on the beach; when destroyed, tons of studs will appear.

Area on the Left Side

In here, you will find numerous puzzles which lead to red hats, such as blasting objects with cannons, or shooting targets with a gun. Towards where you enter, you can build an object which requires 84 Gold Bricks. You will be able to enter a bar, similar to the one found in the level, Tortuga. There is also a second bar which requires Blackbeard's sword to enter. In here you can view completed story clips. Finally, a place that appears to be Tia Dalma's hut. Inside is the character customizer.

Area on the Right Side

Over on this side, you will find a lighthouse, and a dock which leads you through a gallery of your complete and incomplete Minikits - you will be able to pilot the completed ones.

All of the Free Play characters can be found walking around some of these locations once they are available to purchase. 20 Red Hat extras will be hidden, and most will require a puzzle to be solved for them.

    • This character will appear in this area after completing the Isla De Muerta level.
  • Jack Sparrow (Cursed)
    • This character will appear in this area after completing the Isla De Muerta level.

    • This character will appear in this area after completing the Pelegosto level.

    • This character will appear in this area after completing the London Town level.

• Red Hats
  • Treasure x2
    • Go to the south beach from the middle part of the area and stand on all five poles to press them down simultaneously (best done with a little help from a friend). The extra costs 500,000 studs.
  • Minikit Bottle Finder
    • Head to the south beach from the central part of the area and chase a crab until it gets tired. Get on it to make this Red Hat appear on the stone. This extra costs 400,000 studs.
  • Breathe Underwater
    • Destroy the silver chains found underwater in the central part of the area. Shoot them from above or underwater - Jacoby is recommended as he can walk underwater and throw bombs. The Red Hat is worth 250,000 studs.
  • Extra Hearts
    • Dive in as Jacoby and destroy the bricks on the left in the middle part of the area (you can also do this from above). Turn a helm on the beach to raise platforms and jump to the green bars hanging above as a female character. The extra costs 500,000 studs.
  • Treasure Magnet
    • When you collect 24 Gold Bricks, head to the south beach from the central part of this area. Build a sandcastle with the Gold Bricks (on the left) and then destroy it to reveal this Red Hat. It costs 225,000 studs.
  • Regenerate Hearts
    • Head to the south beach from the central part of this area. Build a sandcastle with the Gold Bricks (on the right) and then destroy it to reveal this Red Hat. It costs 275,000 studs.

Area on the Left Side

Before you start searching for Red Hats, go to a dynamite in this area and use Jack's compass to find a crank. Then, place the crank on a mechanism and turn it to lift two green bars. Use a female character on those green bars to reach the top of a tower and turn a helm to change the weather from day to night. That way, several changes will occur in the area to help you get Red Hats.

    • Enter the second building in the area (Blackbeard must break the door). Inside, destroy the aquarium with fish using Syrena's scream to reveal this Red Hat. It's worth 1,000,000 studs.
  • Fall Rescue
    • Shoot the three targets on the building with the bar in this area. The extra costs 175,000 studs.
  • Always Double Treasure
    • On the far right of the area are some cannons. Grab a nearby torch and use it on them and destroy the three targets in the water to reveal this Red Hat. It costs 600,000 studs.
  • Character Treasure
    • Enter the bar on the right side of this area. Destroy the silver barrels behind the bar to reveal this Red Hat. This time it costs 150,000 studs.
  • Treasure x6
    • Break three items next to the pit on the left side of this area. The extra costs 1,500,000 studs.
  • Extra Toggle
    • On the left side of this area, you must destroy the silver door on the balcony of the building (the door with the skull). This time it costs 100,000 studs.
  • Fast Dig
    • When you collect 24 Gold Bricks, go to the left side of the area and rebuild a gold object next to the lake. Roll a barrel into the mechanism and lift the bridge. The Red Hat will appear on the other side of the lake, which costs 50,000 studs.
  • Treasure x8
    • Destroy the cage in Tia Dalma's hut on the left side of this area to reveal this Red Hat. It costs 2,000,000 studs.
  • Invincibility
    • It is hidden in Tia Dalma's hut (on the left side of the area). Inside, look for the inner passage on the left - destroy the grate and chest using Blackbeard's power to reveal this Red Hat. It costs 1,000,000 studs.

  • Red Hat Finder
    • Use Jack's compass to find this Red Hat. Destroy the flowers that will appear and you will reveal this Red Hat. It costs 300,000 studs.
  • Fast Build
    • When you collect 32 Gold Bricks, go to this area and build a gold object in front of the tower. Turn a nearby helm to reveal an elevator. Ride the elevator to reach this Red Hat, which costs 125,000 studs.
  • Treasure x10
    • Right at the place where you can buy the previous Red Hat, go to the top of the tower and use a spyglass. Watch a pirate until he finds this Red Hat to appear near you. This time it costs 2,500,000 studs.
  • Disguises
    • In the area, with a torch under the tower, jump to the ledge on the right and light a dynamite to reveal this Red Hat. The extra costs 25,000 studs.
  • Fast Forge
    • You need to repair the broken mechanism on the right side of this area. The extra costs 75,000 studs.

Trivia

• In the area on the right side, you can find the medallion from Isla De Muerta, and when picked up, it can turn any character (except Guard Dog, Jack Sparrow (Cursed), Wyvern, and Davy Jones) into a half skeleton.
