- Arwen Evenstar: I've been looking for you for two days.
- [Strider grabs Frodo]
- Merry: Where are you taking him?
- Arwen Evenstar: We must get him to my father.
- [Strider puts Frodo on the horse]
- Frodo: Ouch!
- Arwen Evenstar: [Elvish] Frodo's dying. If I get across the river, the power of my people will protect him. I do not fear them!
- Strider: [Elvish] According to your wish.

- [The flood catches all the Ringwraiths and sweeps them away]
Cured Frodo[]
- Frodo: [half-asleep] Where am I?
- Gandalf the Grey: [off-screen] You are in the house of Elrond.
- Frodo: Gandalf!
- Gandalf the Grey: Yes... I am here...
- Frodo: What happened, Gandalf?
- Gandalf the Grey: I was delayed...
- [The scene changes to a flashback of Gandalf on top of Orthank]
- Saruman the White: GGGaarrr!!! [He hits a butterfly]

The Formation of the Fellowship of the Ring[]
- Elrond: Strangers from distant lands... friends of old... You have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor.

- [The Eye of Sauron flashes]
- Frodo: Ugh! [The Ring falls on his head, but he catches it]
- [Boromir gets down from his seat]
- Boromir: It is a gift! ...a gift to the foes of Mordor! Why noy use this Ring?
- Aragorn: You cannot wield it! None of us can! The one ring answers to Sauron alone.
- Boromir: And what would a ranger know of this matter?
- [Legolas gets down from his seat]
- Legolas: This is no mere ranger! He is Aragorn, son of Arathorn... ...you owe him your allegiance.
- Boromir: Gondor needs no king!
- Gandalf the Grey: The ring is altogether evil.
- Elrond: ...It must be taken deep into Mordor, and cast back into the fiery chasm from whence it came...
- Gandalf the Grey: I will help you bear this burden, Frodo Baggins.
- [Frodo gets down from his seat]
- Aragorn: You have my sword.
- Legolas: And you have my bow.
- Gimli: And my axe! [His axe falls on his head, although luckily he has his helmet so he doesn't die] Ah! Grr! Argh! [He manages to remove the helmet from his eyes]
- Boromir: If this is indeed the will of the council... ...then Gondor will see it done.
- Sam: Mr Frodo isn't going anywhere without me! [He falls in a small fall] Ah!
- Merry: We're coming too! [He takes off his disguise]
- Elrond: Nine companions... You shall be the Fellowship of the Ring!

- [Frodo and Bilbo hug each other]
Something Special for Frodo[]

[He lends it to Frodo] The blade glows blue when Orcs are close. And it's times like that, my lad, when you have to be extra careful!

Story[]
Arwen, an Elf and Strider's beloved, locates Strider and rescues Frodo, summoning flood-waters that wipe the Nazgûl away. She takes him to Rivendell, where the elves heal him. Frodo meets Gandalf, who escaped from Isengard on a Great Eagle. That night, Strider reunites with Arwen and they affirm their love for each other.
Learning of Saruman's betrayal by Gandalf and now realizing that they face threats from both Sauron and Saruman, Arwen's father, Lord Elrond, decides not to keep the Ring in Rivendell. He holds a council of Elves, Men, and Dwarves, also attended by Frodo and Gandalf, who decide that the Ring must be destroyed in the fires of Mount Doom. Frodo volunteers to take the Ring, accompanied by Gandalf, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Elf Legolas, Dwarf Gimli, Boromir of Gondor, and Strider—who is actually Aragorn, Isildur's heir and the rightful King of Gondor. Bilbo, now living in Rivendell, gives Frodo his sword Sting and a chainmail shirt made of mithril.
The Fellowship of the Ring heads to the Gap of Rohan, but discovers that it is being watched by Saruman's spies. They instead set off over the mountain pass of Caradhras, but Saruman summons a storm that forces them to travel through the Mines of Moria, where a tentacled water beast blocks off the entrance with the Fellowship inside, giving them no choice but to journey to the exit on the other end.
Walkthrough[]
Level Prelude[]
After finishing the previous level, you will appear at Weathertop. Your objective is to reach Rivendell before Frodo dies. Continue along the path of studs and you will reach a point where a cutscene will begin. After the cutscene ends, continue along the path until you reach Rivendell. From there, another cutscene will play.
After finishing watching the cutscene, you will take control of Frodo and Sam and you will have to go to a council. Follow the path of studs once more, passing the minikit room on the right. After reaching your destination, you will see another cutscene.
Once the scene ends, you will have to return to Mordor. Follow the path of studs. At some point, a river will block your path, giving you your first chance to use Legolas' bow. Switch to him and make sure you are equipped with the bow - hold the action button for that. If you have the appropriate weapon equipped, hold down the attack button and aim at the shooting target in front of you. Shoot three targets and the path will be unlocked. Continue along the path of studs to the Pass of Caradhras, where you will begin this level.
Level Walkthrough[]
You start on a snowy cliff. There will be deep snow that will make it impossible for smaller characters such as hobbits or dwarves to pass through. To help them, choose a taller character (a human or an Elf), approach the character you want to help, and press the action button. You can then throw (by holding down the attack button) or carry your partner through the snow to the other side by pressing the action button. Regardless of which method you choose, you must help Gimli overcome the first obstacle. On the other side of the deep snow, you will find a broken tile that Gimli can break into pieces with his axe. Simply approach it and press the attack button. That way, you'll gain access to a hatch that you can enter again with Gimli. You will come to a small cave with another broken tile - this time it's on the ground. To destroy it and thus unlock the additional path, simply jump on it and press the attack button in the air. Use the hatch to return upstairs and join your team. You will have to destroy one more tile. Start by selecting a tall character, grab Gimli and throw him onto the tile. The Dwarf will break the tile in the air, revealing an entrance to another cave. Climb the rock ledge using the exposed handholds and push the rock down to continue forward. You will have to carry Gimli over another deep snow again. On the other side, follow the well-known pattern: enter the hatch with the Dwarf, destroy the broken tile, return upstairs and break another tile. With the pieces received, build some small steps that will take you to a rock ledge, where Gimli's axe will once again allow you to clear the way. Travel to the right and you will find four elements blocking your path. Switch to Legolas, use his bow to hit all the targets and cross the cliff using the handholds. You will arrive at a camp. You will have to destroy objects to reveal wooden branches that you will have to place in a campfire. Destroy the box in the upper left corner to reveal the first wooden branch. Destroy the box in the upper right corner to reveal the second wooden branch. And finally, destroy the box in the bottom right corner to reveal the third and final wooden branch. When you find the three wooden branches, put them in your inventory, place them on the campfire, and use Sam to light the campfire. The campfire will melt two pieces of ice. Use them to build a crossbow. Press the alternate attack button to hop on it and press the attack button to shoot. Switch to Legolas and walk the tightrope to the other side. There, shoot arrows into three holes and leaves will appear allowing the Elves to jump higher. Jump off them and grab the first arrow that comes out of the wall. Keep jumping past them until you reach the other side. There, shoot an arrow at a target to lower a rope and let the other team members join Legolas. Right next to the rope is a broken tile. Pick up Gimli and throw him to the tile to open the path above. Once again, pick up Gimli, walk through the deep snow, and enter a hatch. Destroy the broken tile on the rock ledge to open the way for the rest of the team and also obtain materials needed for a campfire. Build the campfire and light it on fire with Sam to melt the ice and unlock more path. Saruman will try to stop you by sending a storm. It's very easy to avoid - simply look for shadows in the snow and use them to avoid the falling rocks. Grab Gimli with a tall character, throw him at the next broken tile to destroy it and you will reach another pile of deep snow. This time you will have to move both Gimli and Sam to the other side. Use the shovel carried by Sam to dig out loose bricks which can be used to build another hatch. Switch to Gimli, enter the newly created hatch, and destroy the cracked brick below so the rest of your team can join the Dwarf. Unfortunately, this still leaves the further path blocked. Return to Sam, enter the hatch and dig up bricks to build a bridge with them. Cross the cliff, being careful of the icy vapors, and continue jumping over the rocks until you reach another camp. Destroy all the objects next to a tent to obtain three wooden branches. Put them in your inventory, place them on a campfire, and use Sam to light the campfire. The fire will melt the ice and therefore allow Sam to place a plant that will create a bridge for the rest of the team. Switch to Legolas and use his bow to shoot an arrow at two targets, then build a cracked tile with the bricks received and use Gimli's axe to destroy the rocks. Now cross the deep snow with any character to move to the next area.
In the next area, your task will be to rebuild the gate to Moria using the abilities of Legolas, Gimli and Sam. The first task belongs to Sam. You need to create a place to make a campfire. Destroy the carriage on the far left to get the first wooden branch. Destroy the carriage a little to Gandalf's right to get the second wooden branch. And finally, destroy the dock to the south of the area to get the third and final wooden branch. Now, go to the north of the area, dig a spot and build a campfire, but don't put the three wooden branches there yet. On the right side of the area, you will find a cracked tile, which breaking it with Gimli's axe will reveal a hidden hatch. Enter it with Gimli. After reaching the rock ledge, hit a stack of chests next to it to create a path up. Destroy the cart above and build a handle with the pieces from it. Now press the action button to rotate the entire tree and create a path to the left. There you will find a cracked tile on a branch. Jump and press the attack button right on the tile to destroy it and build some parts of the door. It's time to change Legolas. Use his bow to shoot arrows into the holes above the Morgul objects. Then use the leaves to jump to the upper ledge and from there grab the arrow. Jump to the other side and jump higher once again using the leaves. After using handholds, use the bow again to shoot the holes in the wall and then jump to the other side. There cross a plank and you will reach a rock that you must push down and break. With the fragments received, fill the holes in the door by pressing the action button. Now, switch to Sam, place the three wooden branches in the campfire and light it to burn the plants at the door. After that, you'll move on to the final area.
In the final area, your task will be to cut the Watcher in the Water's tentacles. As you run around the area, the monster will attack you from time to time. Over time, its tentacle may become trapped in the sand, creating an opportunity for you to attack it. When you cut four tentacles off the monster, it will show you its ugly head. It will use a tile to cover itself. To defeat it once and for all, grab Gimli and throw him into a cracked tile. It will reveal the monster's head, allowing you to switch to Legolas and shoot an arrow into its right eye. The monster will eventually be covered with another tile. Grab Gimli, throw him at the cracked tile to destroy it and the monster's left eye will be vulnerable. Switch to Legolas and shoot an arrow into the eye to defeat the monster and finish the level.
