The Flaw in the Plan is the twenty-fourth and final level of LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7. It is the sixth and final level of Deathly Hallows Pt2.
Story[]
Harry sees Snape's memory in the Pensieve: Snape despised Harry's late father, James, who bullied him, but loved Harry's mother, Lily. After her death, Snape worked with Professor Dumbledore as a double agent among the Death Eaters, to protect Harry from Voldemort. Harry also learns that Dumbledore was dying and was planning to have Snape kill him. It was Snape who conjured the Patronus doe that led Harry to Gryffindor's sword. Harry also discovers that he became an accidental Horcrux when Voldemort's curse originally failed to kill him; Voldemort must now kill Harry to destroy the soul fragment within him. Using the Resurrection Stone that had been stored in the Golden Snitch that had been bequeathed to him, Harry summons the spirits of his parents, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. They comfort him before he surrenders to Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest. Voldemort casts the Killing Curse on Harry, who awakens in limbo. Dumbledore's spirit meets him and explains that Harry is now free of Voldemort and can choose to return to his body or move on. Harry chooses the first.
Voldemort shows Harry's apparent corpse and demands that Hogwarts surrender. As Neville draws the Sword of Gryffindor from the Sorting Hat in defiance, Harry reveals that he is alive and the Malfoys and many other Death Eaters abandon Voldemort, demoralized after seeing that Harry was still alive. As Harry fights Voldemort throughout the castle, Ron's mother, Molly, kills Bellatrix on the battlements and walkways of The Quad, and Neville decapitates Nagini, destroying the last of the horcruxes. Harry eventually destroys Voldemort after the Expelliarmus spell deflects the Killing Curse and returns it to the Dark Lord. After the battle, Harry explains to Ron and Hermione that Voldemort never had control of the Elder Wand. It recognized him as its true master after he disarmed Draco, who had earlier disarmed its previous owner, Dumbledore, atop the Astronomy Tower. Instead of retrieving the Elder Wand, Harry destroys it.
Nineteen years later, in 2017, Harry and his friends proudly watch their children leave for Hogwarts at King's Cross Station.

After finishing the previous level, you will appear in the Main Hall. Follow Nearly Headless Nick. There will be Death Eaters along the way, but attacking them is optional. When you reach the bridge, a Grawp battle against a troll will begin, but like the Death Eaters, it is optional. Go to Hagrid's Garden to start this level.
Level Walkthrough[]
Hogwarts courtyard[]
You start in the Hogwarts courtyard. Destroy the stones blocking the path to Harry. To do this, you have to put three ingredients in a cauldron. First, you must go to the fallen stones and take the cauldron out of the rubble. Use the Wingardium Leviosa spell to do this. The first ingredient is held by a troll - don't worry, it won't wake up. Remove the ice cream from its hands with Wingardium Leviosa and pour it into the cauldron. Go to the greenhouse on the left side of the square - you will find bricks scattered everywhere. Use them to build a flower pot and then water it with the Aguamenti spell. The second ingredient will soon appear. The last ingredient is under a red box. Destroy it and then throw the ingredient into the cauldron. When all three ingredients are in the cauldron, it will explode and you can move on to the next area.
The Quad[]
In the next area, Bellatrix will take Ginny away. Switch to Molly and use the Weasley box - light the fireworks. This will open the hallway. Use the bricks to build a walkway and cross it. Use the Aguamenti spell to extinguish the flames. Use the burnt bricks to make a counterweight and hang it under the ceiling. Another part of the walkway will be raised. When you reach the next chasm, jump down and build a ramp - use it to get to the other side. Then fill the last gap by lifting the walkway with the Wingardium Leviosa spell and placing it in place. It's time to fight - after each wave of Death Eaters, you will face Bellatrix. Note that the color of Bellatrix's side will change color when you hit her. If it is pink, use Wingardium Leviosa; If it is red, use Diffindo; If it is blue, use Aguamenti; If it is orange, use Reducto. If she casts a spell on you, press the action button to create a shield that will protect you from the attack by deflecting it. Cast the same spell that she casts her and press the button that appears on the screen (either the jump button or the attack button) repeatedly without stopping so that yours hits Bellatrix and damages her. Do this four times and Bellatrix will lose a heart. When you take a heart from her, another wave of Death Eaters will appear. Each subsequent wave will consist of more opponents. The best tactic to avoid getting hit is to keep moving and keep using the Wingardium Leviosa spell - it's the fastest and makes you more effective against more opponents. Keep repeating this action two more times and you will finish off Bellatrix.
Hogwarts courtyard (Again)[]
In the final area, you will face Nagini. It's time to fight more waves of opponents - each consecutive wave is bigger and more diverse. Due to the presence of Dementors, the most effective spell is Expecto Patronum. When an Acromantula with a pink element appears, attack it. The enemy will land face down. Pick up the Acromantula with the Wingardium Leviosa spell and throw it into Nagini's mouth. Switch to Neville and attack Nagini with the Sword of Gryffindor.
It's time for the last fight between Voldemort and Harry. When the battle begins, Voldemort will begin attacking in a short duel. Press the button that appears on the screen (either the jump button or the attack button) repeatedly until Harry's spell hits Voldemort and damages him. After that, a wave of Death Eaters, Acromantulas and Dementors will begin. Beat it and Harry and Voldemort will duel again. You will have to repeat this four times to defeat Voldemort and finish the level.

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

- Gryffindor
- (S) When you are on the walkway with the Spectrespecs box, go down the screen and you will find this crest.
- Slytherin
- (F) This crest is in the Quad. Go all the way to the right and find a black chest. Destroy the chest with a Dark Magic character to receive it.
- Hufflepuff
- (S) At the beginning of the level, you will be able to notice three excavation points. Dig up everything with a digger character to receive this crest.
- Ravenclaw
- (F) When you reach the Quad, use Spectrespecs to see a container. To get to it, you have to pull the orange handle with a super strength character. There are some invisible bricks to the left, near the back wall. Build a box and destroy it. You will receive this crest.
- Gryffindor
- Student in Peril
- (F) Use a Dark Magic character to pull a safe out of the rubble, then open it with a character with key. A student and a Death Eater will fall from it. Defeat the Death Eater to save the student.
- Character Tokens
- Bellatrix Lestrange
- (S) You get this character token automatically after defeating Bellatrix, so it cannot be lost.
- Kingsley Shacklebolt
- (S) Extinguish all the small flames with Aguamenti to receive this character token. You have five fires to put out: the first three are at the beginning and the last two can be found during the fight between Harry and Voldemort.
- Lord Voldemort
- (S) During the fight between Harry and Voldemort, you can move down the hallway and slightly to the right - you will find this character token.
- Bellatrix Lestrange

Bellatrix Lestrange, Kingsley Shacklebolt, and Lord Voldemort can be purchased from Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions in Diagon Alley after collecting their Character Tokens. You will also have the game completed and can replay previous levels to complete them 100%, or explore the hub worlds to collect their collectibles.
