The Fairground is the twelfth villain level in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame. It is the second villain level of The Joker's Last Laugh.
Story[]
After the Mad Hatter is taken to Arkham Asylum, the Joker and Harley Quinn return to Amusement Mile. There, they fight off several police officers and repair a roller coaster car. When they get into the car, Harley Quinn notices Batman and Robin arriving, so she asks the Joker to go faster.
Walkthrough[]
You start in a small room on Amusement Mile. Use the Joker to push a box to the right without taking acid damage. Then, press a wall button to activate a boxing glove, which will destroy the box. Build two buttons and have both characters step on them to fall into a trapdoor. Jump across two conveyor belts to reach the left. To open the next doors, you will need to make two red lights turn green. For the right red light, use the Joker's card to hit two glowing red targets on the right side and turn them green. This will allow you to build a grapple point. Use the Joker on it to reach the right ledge and press a wall button to make the right red light turn green. For the left red light, build a tightrope on the left side and walk along it with Harley Quinn to reach the left ledge. On that ledge, press another wall button to make the left red light turn green. When both lights are green, the doors to the next area will open.
In the next area, two police officers on the right will attack you. Defeat them and go right to defeat two more police officers. Further to the right, you will find a build-it machine, meaning you will have to place three blue bricks there. To find the first blue brick, build a pole point on the far left and use it with Harley Quinn to reach the platform above. On that platform, pull a lever to build a grapple point below. Use that grapple point along with another one with the Joker to reach the roof above. On that roof, push a box to the edge so that a Joker Goon will ring a bell and die, revealing this blue brick. Grab it, take it to the build-it machine and place it. To find the second blue brick, walk over an acid to the right of a container with the Joker and build a lever there. Pull it to build a glowing red target in the container and hit it with the Joker's card to turn it green. This will cause you to sacrifice a Joker Goon, revealing this blue brick. Grab it too and place it in the build-it machine. You will find the third blue brick inside a claw machine to the right of the container. To get it out of that machine, use the Joker on a grapple point to knock down a box and build a lever. Pull it so that the machine's claw grabs the blue brick and drops it into the hole, removing it from the machine. Grab the blue brick and place it in the build-it machine. When you place the three blue bricks in the build-it machine, you will be able to build a lever. Pull it to open the gate that will take you to the final area.
In the final area, defeat two police officers on the right and use the Joker to cross the acid on the right. Build a tightrope so Harley can cross the acid and have both characters step on two buttons to open the gates. Two more police officers to the right will attack you. Defeat them and two SWATs will come to attack you. Defeat them too and two more SWATs will come. Defeat these last two SWATs to build a roller coaster car. The car will move to the left. Have both characters pull two levers to open the gate leading to the car. Go through the newly opened gate to finish the level.

All collectibles in the level can only be obtained in Free Play.
- Minikit Canisters
- Find three Riddler tokens throughout the level to get this minikit:
- At the end of the first area, use an explosive character to destroy a red box in the left alcove and reveal this Riddler token.
- In the second area, destroy a cart in the center to reveal this Riddler token.
- At the beginning of the final area, destroy a bench on the left side to reveal this Riddler token.
- On the left high roof of the second area, use an explosive character to destroy a red box and build a swapper suit. Use it with Robin or Nightwing to put on the Magno Suit. Using the Magno Suit, scale a metal wall on the right side of the lower floor to reach the right high roof. When you reach that roof, jump to another roof in the foreground to find this minikit.
- After crossing the acid in the final area, use a character with super strength to pull a pair of golden handles and destroy a wall to reveal a gold door. Use the Gold Key on it to build a ladder above the acid (you must be an immune to toxins character). Climb the ladder and destroy a chimney in the center to reveal this minikit.
- On the right side of the final area, use an explosive character to destroy a red box in the foreground and build a grapple point. Use a character with grappling hook on it to reach the platform above and quickly step on four square buttons to reveal this minikit.
- On the right side of the final area, use the Blue Key on a blue door to open a gate that will take you to a special area. In that special area, you will be on a bumper and you will see the order of the buttons you will have to step on: red, green, yellow and blue. Step on the buttons in that order while avoiding being crushed by bumper cars to reveal this minikit in the center.
- Find three Riddler tokens throughout the level to get this minikit:
- Gotham Skies (Hero) Red Power Brick
- From the place where you got the third minikit, continue left and use an explosive character to destroy a red box and build a button in the middle of a freezing gas. Use an Immune to Cold character to step on it and reveal this Red Power Brick on top of the acid. Use an Immune to Toxins character to grab it.
- Harley Quinn Joker Card
- At the beginning of the level, destroy a vending machine on the left to build a gold door. Use the Gold Key on it to open a door with this Joker Card.
Unlockables[]
After completing the level, you unlock Commissioner Gordon. In Arkham Asylum you will be able to continue to Batwing Chase. After collecting the Red Power Brick, you can purchase Gotham Skies (Hero).
