Tatooine is the fourth level in the Game Boy Advance version of LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game. It is the fourth level of The Phantom Menace.

Story

Arriving on Tatooine, Qui-Gon Jinn enters Watto's shop, unaware that a Sith named Darth Maul is after him. Upon entering, a young boy named Anakin Skywalker tells Qui-Gon that his astromech droid, R2-D2, is surrounded by Tusken Raiders. Qui-Gon saves R2-D2 from the surrounding Tusken Raiders and goes to talk to Watto. Qui-Gon buys a new hyperdrive and then leaves the shop to return to the Royal Starship to Naboo. But when he heads towards the Royal Starship, he meets Obi-Wan and tells him that Darth Maul is chasing them. The two Jedi, along with R2-D2 and Anakin, fortunately escape.

Walkthrough

Dunes

You start in the dunes. You will be attacked by Tusken Raiders. They can be the most difficult enemies in the game, as even if you attack them and deflect their lasers, they can still hurt you by kicking you. A good way to get between them is to become invisible by pressing the R button, but be careful because your energy is spent the more invisible you become. Go to the path above and climb to the roof of a building to find some pieces. Use the Force to turn them into a computer. This will turn on an antenna. Go to the right path fighting Tusken Raiders and you will encounter a large chasm. In the right corner, use the Force on other pieces to turn them into a computer and power up another antenna. Turning on both antennas will reveal a Land Speeder at the starting point. Hop on it and use the Force on it to move it and cross the large chasm. Follow the path to the right past the Tusken Raiders and head towards an arrow pointing you to the next area. Before moving on to the next area, you'll see a cutscene where Darth Maul is chasing you.

Mos Eisley

In the next area, you will meet Anakin Skywalker and his mother Shmi Skywalker. If you talk to Anakin, he will tell you that his droid R2-D2 is being chased by a Tusken Raider. To save him, take the power-ups Anakin gives you and head towards the Tusken Raider. Defeat it and press the Select button near R2-D2 to switch to him. With R2-D2, you can place mines to defeat the Tusken Raiders, although they cannot be useful. Go to the chasm below and use R2-D2 to hover over the chasm and reach a platform. Step on the platform button to open a door that takes you to a room full of Tusken Raiders. Go back to where you started hovering, switch to Qui-Gon and turn invisible to fight the Tusken Raiders easily. Go to the chasm on the right and do the same thing you did with the previous door to open another door. The next room is full of Tusken Raiders, so it's best to be invisible with Qui-Gon, but be careful that some Tusken Raiders can still attack you. At the end of the hallway in the room, you will meet Watto. Talk to him by pressing Select to go to the final area of ​​the level.

Return to Dunes

In the final area of ​​the level, it will be a reverse version of the first area. However, since you don't have a Land Speeder this time, you'll have to use R2-D2 to cross the large chasm. As you cross the great chasm, you will meet Obi-Wan, who will tell you that Darth Maul is threatening. Return to the starting point to finish the level, but not before seeing a scene where Darth Maul will take revenge.

Collectables

All collectibles in the level can only be obtained in Free Play.

To get all the collectibles in this level, you will need high-jumper character like Jar Jar or Darth Maul. It is recommended to purchase Jar Jar as he costs 1,000 studs and can be purchased after finishing Naboo Forest.

• Death Star Plans
  1. Near the beginning of the level, go right to find a Sandcrawler. Use the selected high-jumper character to reach the top of the vehicle with this Death Star Plan.
  2. Near where you build the first computer, use the selected high-jumper character to reach the roof with this Death Star Plan.
  3. At the beginning of the second area, use the selected high-jumper character to reach the roof of the building on the right with this Death Star Plan.
  4. As you pass the hallway filled with Tusken Raiders in the second area, go to the lower right hallway to find the roof of a building. Use the selected high-jumper character to reach it and reveal this Death Star Plan.
  5. At the beginning of the third area, use the selected high-jumper character to reach the roof of the Sandcrawler on the right. You'll find this Death Star Plan on a ceiling too high to reach with a high-jumper character. Use a character with the Force to turn a box into a platform. Then get on it and use the selected high-jumper character to reach the ceiling with this Death Star Plan.

Unlockables

After completing the level, you will be able to purchase a Tusken Raider. After obtaining all the Death Star Plans, Yoda will tell you the following code: R, R, L, Start. When you enter it in the pause menu, characters with lightsabers will have a yellow lightsaber. You can also continue with Return to Naboo Forest.
