Before you enter this level, make sure you buy a vehicle in Temple Hub (like a Short Round's Car for example), as it can help you beat the level. This level does not require you to play a duo of necessary characters, you can complete it with any duo of characters. The level takes place on the same street as the normal level, but this time during the day and you will have to pop 10 balloons. Get on one of the two cars that you have at the beginning, since they can help you to burst the 10 balloons. Climb to the top of the ramp to the right of the entrance to pop the first balloon. Go to the fountain in the front right corner of the level to pop the second balloon. Go to the wooden ledge with ramps just behind the previous balloon to pop the third balloon. Go to the ledge with the two ramps in the back left corner to pop the fourth balloon. Go to the alley with the lanterns on the far left to pop the fifth balloon. Jump on the truck with the wooden plank ramp to the left of the central plaza to reach and pop the sixth balloon. Go to the market stalls near the fourth balloon to pop the seventh balloon. Jump on the truck with the wooden plank ramp near the front center of the map to pop the eighth balloon. Go to the wooden ledge with ramps on the right side of the map to pop the ninth balloon. Climb up the tall wooden ledge to the right of the Club ObiWan to pop the tenth and final balloon. Once you pop all 10 balloons, the Artifact will appear at the top of the four ramps in the central square. Grab the Artifact to end the level.
