Separatist Ship is the ninth level in the Game Boy Advance version of LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game. It is the first level of Revenge of the Sith.
Story[]
Three years after Episode II, the Clone Wars are in motion. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker board their Jedi Starfighters and fly to the Invisible Hand to rescue Chancellor Palpatine, who had been captured by General Grievous. Anakin explores the Invisible Hand, but then gets trapped in an elevator that breaks, so he calls R2-D2 to fix it. R2-D2 faces many Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids, and Droidekas, but fortunately, he manages to fix the elevator and return to Anakin. Anakin and Obi-Wan manage to find Palpatine, but before they can rescue him, Count Dooku arrives. Dooku knocks out Obi-Wan with his Electric Forces (similar to how he did in Droid Factory), but Anakin is not knocked out and kills Dooku. The Jedi rescue Palpatine and abandon the Invisible Hand.
Walkthrough[]
Docking Bay[]
You start at the docking bay. Step on the three buttons on the left to deactivate a barrier. Cross the hallway by destroying a turret and then defeating Battle Droids. In the next room, step on eight buttons to disable a barrier on the right. First, step on the bottom four buttons and then the top four buttons. Then, fight more Battle Droids, go down a ledge, and continue down a hallway until you reach another barrier. Use the Force on a lever to deactivate the barrier. In the next room, use the Force on a door to enter the elevator.
At the elevator, use the Force on another lever to activate the elevator. While the elevator is running, you can get some silver studs. When the elevator stops, use the Force on the lever again to make Anakin realize that the elevator is not working and then call R2-D2, at which point you will switch to R2-D2.
With R2-D2, it's best to run away from the Battle Droids, as R2-D2's mines cannot be detonated until someone steps on them. When you reach the room where you deactivated the second barrier, the barrier will be active again. Hack a panel at the top to open a door and go through a room full of Battle Droids. When you find four buttons, hover over them instead of stepping on them, as stepping on them will activate a barrier. Hack another panel to get the elevator working again.
Back with Anakin, you can get more silver studs until the elevator stops.
Returning to R2-D2, you'll see a cutscene where a Super Battle Droid will disable the barrier in the second large room. Getting there can be very complicated due to the plague of enemies, but if you place mines and get power-ups to recover all your health, things can become easy. Head towards the elevator entrance and you will see that the door is closed again. Hack another panel to enter the elevator.
Back in the elevator, switch to Anakin and use the Force on the right lever to get the elevator working again. Before moving on to the next area, you can get some more studs.
Security Checkpoint[]
In the next area, continue down the hallway first to the bottom right and then to the top right. There will be a large barrier blocking your way. Use Anakin's Force on the boxes on the far right to climb to the ledge above, then use R2-D2 to reach a higher ledge. There will be fifteen buttons on the next ledge. You will have to step on them in the order in which the yellow lights turn on. Once the buttons are pressed in the correct order, the large barrier will deactivate. Before continuing the level, you can grab fifteen blue studs from the pressed buttons for a Jawa in the previous hallway to increase your health. Since the next hallway is full of enemies, it's best to run away and when you come across two hallways, take the one on the left. You will see a protocol droid. Switch to R2-D2, buy a super jetpack and fly to the upper platform to find a full health power-up on the right. Quickly go back to where you took the left hallway and this time take the right hallway to find an arrow that will take you to the final area of the level.
Prisoner's Chamber[]
In the final area of the level, R2-D2 will be replaced by Obi-Wan. Go down the stairs and go to the top right to find Chancellor Palpatine trapped in a chair. When you try to rescue him with Select, Count Dooku will arrive and knock out Obi-Wan, so you'll have to face him with Anakin in a boss fight. The boss fight is somewhat similar to the boss fight in the Geonosian Factory Rescue level, only this time it's a little easier, as there are no pieces falling from the ceiling and there are two power-ups in the center. After killing Dooku by removing his entire health bar, return to Palpatine and use the Force to free him and finish the level.

All collectibles in this level can be obtained in both Story and in Free Play.
- Death Star Plans
- Before going to the hallway where you will enter the elevator, go to the room on the left to find this Death Star Plan at the bottom.
- You will find this Death Star Plan in the room where you hack the second panel to get the elevator working again.
- You'll find this Death Star Plan on the ledge you climb up to after building a platform in the second area.
- You'll find this Death Star Plan to the left of the platform where you can get a full health power-up in the second area.
- You'll find this Death Star Plan on the bottom left side of the third area.
Unlockables[]
After completing the level, you will be able to purchase Dooku. After obtaining all the Death Star Plans, Yoda will tell you the following code: Start, Start, ←, ↓, ↓, ↓, ↓, →. When you enter it in the pause menu, you can play with a Super Battle Droid. You can also continue with Kashyyyk.
