Robin is a character that is playable in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.

Story[]

Robin and Batman arrived at Gotham Theatre to stop The Joker, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Two-Face, and The Penguin who all crashed the Man of the Year Award ceremony. They were able to stop Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Two-Face, and The Penguin but The Joker was able to escape in his speedboat. They called in Robin's Helicopter to fly after him but some goons working for the villains were able to crash it. Robin and Batman rebuilt the helicopter and then flew after The Joker. They followed him to the parking lot of Gotham Funland where they defeated him. The police took Joker to prison at Arkham Asylum. After that, Superman arrived to help the heroes cleanup. Batman, who doesn't like getting help from Superman and likes to depend on himself, says he doesn't want help, meanwhile Robin is excited to see him. Superman accepts what Batman said and flies off. Robin thinks that Batman was rude to Superman while Batman tries to ignore what he is saying.

The Joker and some other villains escape from Arkham Asylum and Batman and Robin come to stop them. They are able to defeat some, but The Joker already left the area. Robin suggests The Joker smuggled in some kind of explosive to break out, but Batman thinks something else happened, looking at some black bricks on top of the building. They find out about a project that Lex Luthor, a presidential candidate, is making involving the black bricks and become suspicious of him.

Batman and Robin go to investigate a break-in at Ace Chemicals, which they suspect was caused by The Joker. They learn he stole some chemicals from the building. The building catches on fire, and Batman and Robin have trouble escaping until Superman comes to save them. Batman is not happy with this, while Robin tries to convince him that they need Superman's help. Batman refuses, and checks the Batcomputer for information on the chemicals The Joker stole. The computer says the chemicals are ingredients to make some sort of kryptonite. Batman and Robin go to get this kryptonite from The Joker and Lex Luthor and are successful at doing so. Batman and Robin leave when Lex Luthor fires a weapon, the deconstructor, which can destroy black bricks, at the Batmobile which Batman is in and pulls it apart.

At The Batcave, Batman scans the kryptonite object with the Batcomputer. The Batcomputer states that the object isn't harmful to Superman and other natives of the planet Krypton like normal kryptonite. Batman puts it with the rest of the kryptonite he has in the Batcave. Robin asks why Batman as so much kryptonite, and Batman responds saying he has it just in case Superman ever becomes evil. Robin tells Batman that he expects the worst from everybody, and Batman responds saying "Yeah." Batman figures out that the kryptonite object is actually a tracking device so Lex Luthor and The Joker could break-in to the Batcave and steal the kryptonite there. They destroy the Batcave and the vehicles in it, and Batman and Robin try to escape but get stuck in an elevator shaft. Robin suggests calling Superman, but Batman says no, until eventually changing his mind. Superman comes to save them, and him and Batman go to stop The Joker and Lex Luthor in Metropolis.

When Batman and Superman return, The Joker and Lex Luthor are in a giant robot that looks like The Joker which can mind control people using a type of Joker gas, destroy black bricks (using the deconstructor technology) and weaken Superman with kryptonite. They mind control the people at the campaign stops to vote for Luthor to be president. Superman punches a hole through its chest and becomes weakened by this. The robot shoots the deconstructor at Batman and he starts to get pulled apart since his suit is black. Robin comes in and blocks the deconstructor and Batman thanks him for doing so.

Batman uses the hole in the robot's chest to form a signal by making it follow him in the Batmobile (now in multiple colors to avoid getting destroyed by the deconstructor). The signal is visible from space, therefore visible by Martian Manhunter at The Watchtower, who calls in the Justice League to help Batman, Robin, and Superman. They are able to defeat the villains and they are sent to jail.
