Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith is the third episode in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Story[]
Three years after Episode II, the Clone Wars are in motion. In a stunning act of daring, General Grievous, leader of the Confederacy's droid armies, kidnaps Chancellor Palpatine from Coruscant. Republic forces confront invading Confederate forces, with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker flying towards the Invisible Hand. They finally find Count Dooku and kill him. The two Jedi rescue the Chancellor and then escape.
Obi-Wan pursues General Grievous to Utapau and, with the help of his clone commander, Cody, Grievous is killed.
Meanwhile, on the Wookiee homeworld, Kashyyyk, Yoda and Chewbacca are on the front lines when the Clones receive Order 66 and rebel against the Jedi. Yoda escapes the planet and heads to Coruscant.
Yoda and Obi-Wan return to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, where they discover that Anakin fell to the Dark Side and killed all the Jedi in the Temple.
Padmé, confused and upset, travels to Mustafar to meet Anakin. There, Padmé confronts Anakin about what he did. Obi-Wan steps off the Royal Starship, and Anakin becomes enraged as a result. Upset and angry, Anakin attacks Obi-Wan. After a dramatic fight sequence between Anakin and Obi-Wan, Anakin is left for dead, severely burned and scarred. Obi-Wan escapes and takes Padmé to an asteroid field where a medical center is located. After giving birth to Luke and Leia, she dies, having lost the will to live. Anakin puts on black Sith armor and becomes Darth Vader.

Differences from the film[]
- As in LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game, Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter incorrectly carries R2-D2 instead of R4-P17, making there be two R2s.
- Dooku's death is censored to make the game more family-friendly.
- The two Jedi and the Chancellor do not go to the Bridge of the Invisible Hand, so Grievous does not appear until Obi-Wan's arrival on Utapau and Grievous' Bodyguards do not appear in the entire episode. However, the player can purchase one of them from the Cantina after completing the General Grievous level.
- The scene in which the Invisible Hand is destroyed is omitted.
- All scenes on Coruscant before Yoda's arrival are omitted.
- All Boga scenes are omitted.
- In Obi-Wan and Grievous' duel on Utapau, Obi-Wan incorrectly wears his Jedi Master attire instead of Episode III (except in cutscenes).
- In the film, Obi-Wan fights Grievous in Hangar 10 and on the landing pad, but in the game only the pad appears, without Grievous's starfighter.
- Obi-Wan and Cody fight Grievous together, although the game is designed for single player.
- Obi-Wan uses Cody's blaster instead of Grievous' to kill the general.
- Grievous does not kill Cody in the film.
- During the assault on Kashyyyk, most of the Clones wear normal Phase II Clone Trooper armor instead of Swamp Clone Trooper armor.
- The Battle of Kashyyyk is omitted.
- The playable Clone Pilots wear helmets, as do the real-life minifigures produced at the time. But in the film, they have exposed faces.
- The battle between Mace Windu and Palpatine is omitted. However, after completing the Ruin of the Jedi level, the player will be able to purchase Mace Windu with his Episode III suit.
- During Order 66, the Clone Troopers and Battle Droids merge into a team instead of continuing to fight.
- In the film, the Disguised Clones only appear in one deleted scene.
- Also, the Disguised Clones in this game do not wear capes.
- Jedi deaths during Order 66 are omitted to make the game more family-friendly.
- The scenes in which Anakin turns to the Dark Side of the Force and his murder of the Separatists are omitted, and are shown only as Anakin killing Shaak Ti in a hologram in the Jedi Temple.
- Also, that scene where Anakin kills Shaak Ti was cut from the film.
- The ship Padmé uses to get to Mustafar is a Royal Starship instead of a J-type Star Skiff.
- While the game is designed for single player, Anakin and Obi-Wan help each other during their duel on Mustafar and don't fight until they reach the big rock. In the film, only Obi-Wan is on the rock and Anakin is injured trying to jump over it.
- In the last scene of Mustafar's duel, Anakin's lightsaber changes from blue to red.
- The battle between Yoda and Palpatine is omitted.
- Bail Organa is absent from the game.
- The scene of Luke and Leia's transfer to their home worlds is omitted.
- Padmé's funeral is omitted.
- The scene of the Death Star under construction is omitted.
