Star Wars: Episode VI — Return of the Jedi is the third and final episode in the Game Boy Advance version of LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy.
Story[]
On Tatooine, Luke Skywalker, now a Jedi Knight, enters Jabba's Palace. There, he finds that Jabba the Hutt has made Leia his slave. Before Luke can use the Force to pull out a blaster, Jabba activates a trap door to protect himself, throwing the Jedi into Rancor's pit. Luke defeats the Rancor by closing a door on it.
Luke is then taken to the Great Pit of Carkoon, where Jabba plans to feed him to a Sarlacc. Luke defeats ten Gamorrean Guards and confronts bounty hunter Boba Fett. When Luke defeats him, Boba's jetpack runs out of fuel, causing Boba to fall into the Sarlacc and swallow him. The Sail Barge is then destroyed off-screen.
Luke returns to Dagobah to tell Yoda something. Luke tells him that Darth Vader is his father, while Yoda tells him that Vader was once Anakin Skywalker, a former Jedi Knight who turned to the dark side of the Force. Before dying, Yoda, as his last words, tells Luke that Leia is his twin sister. Then, he dies and fades away, thus becoming one with the Force. Later, on Endor, a Rebel Trooper chases Scout Troopers on a Speeder Bike and destroys a landing pad.
At the Ewok village, C-3PO tells the Ewoks how Obi-Wan Kenobi was shot down by Darth Vader, how the Death Star was destroyed, and how Han Solo was frozen. Meanwhile, Luke tells Leia how Obi-Wan and Yoda died, also that Vader was once a Jedi and is his father, and that he is Leia's twin brother before they were separated. The Rebels are accepted as part of the tribe, but Luke leaves because he jeopardizes the mission. Han, Leia, and Chewbacca fight their way to a bunker, but are cornered by four Imperial Navy Troopers and an Imperial Navy Lieutenant. Meanwhile, outside, Wicket destroys five AT-STs with the help of R2-D2 and C-3PO, while the trio who had been cornered manage to defeat the Imperial Troopers and blow up the generator.
The Rebel Fleet arrives near the Death Star II. Lando Calrissian pilots the Millennium Falcon and enters the Death Star II and blows it up, escaping with flames chasing him as it explodes.
Luke goes to confront his father Darth Vader. Vader brings his son before the Emperor, who orders him to fight him. However, when Vader loses half his health, he turns back into Anakin Skywalker and decides to help Luke. Luke and Vader team up to fight the Emperor. Vader throws the Emperor into a pit. However, Force Lightning weakens Anakin. Luke takes off Vader's helmet to see Anakin. Anakin then dies. Luke leaves the Death Star II.
As the Ewoks celebrate, Luke sees the ghosts of Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Vader together.

Differences from the film[]
- All previous scenes before Luke enters Jabba's Palace are omitted.
- Leia becomes Jabba's slave before Han is thawed.
- Luke fails to pull out a blaster before Jabba triggers the trap.
- Bib Fortuna is absent from the game.
- The Palace Guards and Skiff Guards are absent from the game.
- Luke faces off against Boba Fett alone instead of having the help of Han, Chewie, and Lando.
- Lando Calrissian does not appear until the Endor Space Battle, where he is not visible due to being on the Millennium Falcon.
- Jabba's death scene is omitted.
- The fact that Vader was formerly Anakin and that Leia is Luke's twin sister is said by Yoda instead of Obi-Wan's ghost. Obi-Wan's ghost also doesn't appear until the ending of the episode.
- Scenes of the Emperor's arrival and the Alliance assembly are omitted.
- The scene where the protagonists meet the Ewoks is omitted.
- C-3PO does not recount the Rebellion's fight against the Empire with the Ewoks around a campfire; instead, he tells it standing with only two Ewoks and Wicket.
- Han never wears his Endor clothing in the game; instead, he is seen first in his regular clothing, and then in his Hoth clothing.
- Luke never wears his Endor clothes in the game.
- The Star Destroyers are absent from the game.
- Only the Millennium Falcon participates in the Endor Space Battle.
- Probe Droids appear during the Endor Space Battle, something that does not occur in the film.
- The battle against the Emperor occurs after the Endor Space Battle, even after the destruction of the Death Star II. However, the player will likely replay the same level, but from a different perspective.
- Luke never cuts off Vader's right mechanical hand in the game. Instead, Vader helps Luke defeat Palpatine. The cause of this is unknown, as the game is designed for single player.
- The Imperial Guards are absent from the game.
- Palpatine never uses Force Lightning against Luke, although he can do so if he is not defeated in his boss fight.
- Like the home console version, Vader's helmet is made of one piece instead of two due to it being LEGO.
- When Luke removes Darth Vader's helmet, Vader is headless, but later puts on his unmasked head.
- Darth Vader is destroyed when he dies.
- The scene where Han and Leia kiss is omitted.
- The Ewoks never use troopers' helmets as drums during celebration.
- Galaxy-wide celebrations are omitted.
- Anakin's ghost is absent from the game. Instead, he is replaced by a ghost of Vader.
