Story[]
Padmé, Captain Panaka, Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jar Jar Binks, R2-D2 and Anakin Skywalker arrived in Naboo (as Coruscant wasn't seen in this part of the game). There Padmé convinced Boss Nass and the Gungans to fight alongside her in the Battle of Naboo. In the Naboo Plains, the Gungans prepared for battle as an MTT fired at the forcefield and unloaded thousands of battle droids. Meanwhile, Padmé and her troops in Theed fought Battle Droids, Droidekas and freed 6 pilots. Anakin went into a Naboo Starfighter with Artoo. Anakin managed to destroy 2 Droidekas with the ships blasters before flying into space.
Walkthrough[]
You start in a room full of enemies. Defeat all enemies first. Use the Force to build a slope to help R2-D2 up and open a door.
In the next area, create a platform with the Force for Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi to cross the gap. Create a hatch with the Force for Anakin Skywalker to cross the gap and use it again to put a hold for Padmé and Captain Panaka to cross the gap. R2-D2 crosses the gap with just his flying ability. Press a button to make the rest of the AI do their thing. After defeating some enemies, open the door with R2-D2 to go to the next area.
After continuing into the next area, use the Force to create a bridge. Break a vase to press a button that opens a hatch, then use Anakin to get into the hatch. Break the box with Force to allow Anakin to enter the other hatch to press the button to open the door.
In the next area for Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan to go up you have to make them both get on two boxes and use their respective Forces and use the Force on a platform to cross. To get Anakin up, use a hatch so he can climb up. To get Padmé and Captain Panaka up, use a grappling hook on a grab and R2-D2 climb up a platform. Then have them both press buttons to go to the next area.
Then continue into the next area, break the statue to press a button to open the door that will lead to the final area of the level.
In the final area, you have to free 6 Royal Guards: one in a place where you can only get there with hooks, another in a place where you can only get there by making a tower of boxes, two surrounded by Battle Droids and another in a place where you can only get there; he can only be reached with Force. Once this is done, use R2-D2 on an astromech panel to open the big door and finish the level.
Collectables[]
S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

- (F) On the second floor, break the round window and double jump to get the minikit.
- (S) In the second area, the place where the buttons are, break the statue and press the button to open a door where this minikit is.
- (F) Near the astromech panel that leads to the third area, go left and use a Dark Force character to move the black object, then use a high-jump character and use a Dark Force character again to break the door that contains this minikit.
- (S) This minikit is found in an area that can be reached with a kid using the hatch or by flying with an astromech droid.
- (S) Use a double jump character to get on a roof and use the Force to create a platform and finally double jump twice to reach the minikit.
- (F) Just below the fourth room, there are three boxes together. Destroy them, then build a silver item and use a bounty hunter to destroy it to get the minikit.
- (F) Use the Force to put 2 tables, one on top of the other to reach a room that you have to use a hook to climb to reach the minikit that is on top.
- (F) In the area where you rescue a Royal Guard, use a high-jump character to reach this minikit.
- (F) This minikit is up in the last area. A good way to get to it is that in a place where you rescue two Royal Guards, use a high-jump character to climb up to reach this minikit.

- After crossing the gap in the second area, go to the left hallway and at the end you will find this blue minikit.
- After opening the first door in the second area, go to the end of the left hallway, defeat many droids and use a high-jumper character on a black object to reach a ledge on the right. There, use a Dark Force character to destroy the red door hiding this blue minikit.
- At the beginning of the third area, destroy the grates with plants on the right side to get this blue minikit.
- Near the end of the third area, go left and use a character with the Force to build a platform. Then, use a double jump character to reach the first ledge, then the platform, and finally the last ledge to find this blue minikit at the end.

Trivia[]
- This and The Battle of Endor are the only levels in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga where the shortie ability is used in story mode. Coincidentally, they are also the only two levels in the game that has six playable characters from start to finish.
- The camera angle in Theed during the opening cutscene is more positioned to the way it was intended in the first game. In the same cutscene, Padmé is holding a megaphone blaster instead of a pistol which she used in the first game.
- The Naboo Royal Guards lack their captured animations from the first game as they stand still instead.
- The Flash Speeder is now rideable after using the force on it while in the first game, using the force on it would destroy it, due to the lack of vehicles in the character levels.
- The player can use a vehicle in the final section, unlike the first game.
