Rebel Attack is the twentieth level in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is the fifth and final level of A New Hope.

Opening Crawl

Episode IV

REBEL ATTACK

With the Death Star plans in

their hands at last, the Rebel

Alliance plans a desperate

assault on the Imperial space

station.

But a hidden homing beacon

attached to the Millennium

Falcon has led Darth Vader to

the rebel's secret base on the

moon of Yavin IV.

The moon will soon be in

range of the mighty Death

Star's superlaser. Now, a small

band of fearless pilots bear

with them the hopes of an

entire galaxy...

Story

They go to Yavin 4 to plan an assault on the Death Star with the Rebel Alliance. Luke Skywalker is an X-wing pilot. The X-wings struggled to open their wings. As Luke enters the trench, Vader and a pair of TIE Fighters follow him, but Han in the Millennium Falcon destroys the TIE Fighters and sends Vader spinning, giving Luke the opportunity to fire a Proton Torpedo at the reactor and make it explode. Luke and Han win awards for their efforts.

Walkthrough

You start on the surface of the Death Star. Destroy three tower-shaped objects to the north and then continue down the trench while destroying turbolasers and TIE Fighters. You will find a barrier blocking your path. Use a torpedo generator to save at least three Proton Torpedoes and fire a torpedo at a purple dot to destroy it and disable the barrier. Destroy four walls and advance while defeating enemies until you find another barrier at the end. Use Proton Torpedoes (you can return if you don't have any more) to destroy two purple dots and disable the barrier. Destroy four walls and advance through the trench to reach the next area.

In the next area, advance through the trench while defeating enemies. As you progress, be sure to save three Proton Torpedoes from a torpedo generator you'll see. After passing a series of buttons that form a TIE Fighter, a TIE Bomber will appear, launching homing missiles at you. To avoid them, run away from them and have them hit a tower in the center. At the end of the trench, you will find a barrier blocking your path and four purple dots. Since you can only have three Proton Torpedoes, you will need to go back to save one after destroying three of the four purple dots. After destroying the four purple dots, the barrier will be deactivated. Destroy four walls and advance through the trench to reach the next area.

In the next area, Darth Vader and two TIE Fighters will chase you. Advance through the trench while avoiding the shots of the TIE Fighters. You will reach the final area of ​​the level in 47 seconds.

In the final area of ​​the level, advance through the trench and you will reach the Death Star Exhaust Port. Destroy two turbolasers that fire Proton Torpedoes to reveal a torpedo generator. Save a Proton Torpedo and use it to destroy the purple dot in the exhaust port and finish the level.

Collectables

Since it is a level that cannot be played in Free Play, all collectibles can only be obtained in Story.

• Minikit Canisters
  1. Find three grape blocks throughout the level to get this minikit:
     1. As you start the level, go south and destroy a small tower to the left of the first glowing tower of the second minikit to reveal this grape block.
     2. After the first barrier of the level, make sure your X-wing is facing south and destroy a small tower on the right to reveal this grape block.
     3. Upon reaching the trench with the TIE Bomber in the second area, make sure your X-wing is facing south and destroy a small tower on the right to reveal this grape block.
  2. Destroy six glowing towers throughout the first area to obtain this minikit:
     1. As you start the level, go south and destroy three tower-shaped objects to find this glowing tower.
     2. To the left of the torpedo generator, you will find this glowing tower. Make sure your X-wing is facing south to shoot this tower.
     3. A little after the trench with the second grape block, you will find this glowing tower on the left. Make sure your X-wing is facing south to shoot this tower.
     4. To the left of the buttons needed to get the fourth minikit, you'll see this glowing tower behind three tower-shaped objects. Have your X-wing face south and destroy the three tower-shaped objects to destroy this glowing tower.
     5. North of the previous glowing tower, you will find this glowing tower to the left of the two purple dots.
     6. To the right of the buttons needed to get the fourth minikit, you'll see this glowing tower behind two tower-shaped objects. Have your X-wing face south and destroy the two tower-shaped objects to destroy this glowing tower.
  3. Destroy ten TIE Fighters in the first area to obtain this minikit.
  4. Before the second barrier of the level, you will find five buttons that form a V. Fly over them quickly to reveal this minikit.
  5. Complete the first area without dying to obtain this minikit.
  6. Destroy ten TIE Fighters in the second area to obtain this minikit.
  7. Before reaching the trench with the TIE Bomber in the second area, you will find fourteen buttons that form a TIE Fighter. Fly over them quickly to reveal this minikit.
  8. Complete the second area without dying to obtain this minikit.
  9. Complete the third area without dying to obtain this minikit.
  10. Complete the final area without dying to obtain this minikit.

• Score x8 Red Power Brick
  • North of the exhaust port in the final area, you'll find eighteen buttons that form an X. Fly over them quickly to reveal this Red Power Brick.

Unlockables

The minikit model in this level is a Y-wing. After collecting the Red Power Brick, you can purchase Score x8.
