Power-Crazed Penguin is the second villain episode in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame.

Story

In their secret cave in the Arctic World, the Penguin's Group is having a good time until their leader, the Penguin, arrives. Interrupting their pastime, the Penguin shows them a Penguin Minion. Killer Croc thinks there's nothing special about the Penguin Minion. The Penguin then presses a button on a remote control to prove to Killer Croc that the Penguin Minion is aggressive. He then shows his plan to his group. His plan is to build a machine that will make a total of millions of Penguin Minions, and then threaten Gotham City.

To begin his plan, the Penguin recruits Bane and heads to the Gotham Docks. There, he sees a box with an antenna needed for the machine. To get it, the Penguin docks his submarine at the docks and then jumps onto the docks with Bane. They then cross the docks and have the crane place the box into the submarine. However, Bane notices Batman and Robin, so he confronts them while the Penguin escapes.

After Bane is taken to Arkham Asylum, the Penguin returns to his secret base. He realizes that a diamond can power the machine. Frustrated that he doesn't have a diamond, Catwoman comes, saying that they can steal a diamond from the museum. Hearing this, the Penguin recruits Catwoman and they head to the rooftops in an attempt to enter the museum undetected. SWATs try to stop them, but end up being defeated. They enter the museum through a skylight. There, they dodge the lasers, deactivate them, and finally manage to reach the diamond. Catwoman grabs it first, sounding an alarm. The villain duo escapes from the museum.

After Catwoman is taken to Arkham Asylum, the Penguin flees to his submarine with Killer Croc. As they escape, they are pursued by Batman and Robin in their sea vehicles. The Penguin captains the submarine as fast as he can to escape Batman, but is stopped by a police roadblock. Batman ends up shooting at the submarine's thrusters, breaking them. However, the Penguin and Killer Croc manage to dock the submarine at a dock. They quickly exit the submarine and escape the dynamic duo through a sewer pipe.

While escaping through the sewers, the Penguin receives a message from his umbrella. He answers the message and realizes it's Catwoman. She says that despite being in prison, she was able to recover the diamond thanks to the help of her cat Isis. Knowing that Catwoman has the diamond, the Penguin and Killer Croc through the sewers to reach the Arkham Asylum parking lot. There, they destroy a wall to reach the cells, where Catwoman is. When she is freed, she gives the diamond to the Penguin, who hides it in his hat. However, Batman and Robin arrive in an elevator. The Penguin and Catwoman escape while Killer Croc stays behind to confront the dynamic duo.

As they attempt to return to their secret base to begin their plan, they realize that a police blockade has guarded the entrance. The villain duo defeat the police blockade and explore their secret base to activate the machine. Finally, with the antenna and the diamond, they manage to activate the machine, creating several Penguin Minions. The Penguin sends his Penguin Minions to threaten Gotham City, only for Batman and Robin to arrive later.
