Police Marksman is a character that is playable in LEGO Batman: The Videogame.

Story

A bunch of criminals, including super-villains, broke out of Arkham Asylum, and the Gotham City Police Department sent out police officers to deal with the situation. Police marksmen were sent out to counteract The Joker.
