Out of Retirement is the seventh level of LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7. It is the first level of Half-Blood Prince.
Story[]
In 1996, Lord Voldemort strengthens his control over the magical and Muggle worlds: his Death Eaters kidnap Mr. Ollivander and destroy the Millennium Bridge in London. With Lucius Malfoy imprisoned in Azkaban, Voldemort chooses his son, Draco Malfoy, to carry out a secret mission at Hogwarts. Draco's mother Narcissa and Aunt Bellatrix Lestrange seek out Professor Snape, who gains their trust by claiming that he is a mole within the Order of the Phoenix. Snape makes an unbreakable promise to Narcissa to protect Draco and fulfill his task should he fail.
Harry Potter accompanies Professor Dumbledore to persuade former Potions Professor Slughorn to return to Hogwarts. Later, in Diagon Alley, Harry reunites with his best friends Ron and Hermione. They see Draco and Narcissa Malfoy and follow them to Knockturn Alley. The pair encounter Death Eaters, including werewolf Fenrir Greyback, at Borgin & Burkes. Harry believes that Draco is now a Death Eater, but Ron and Hermione are skeptical.

Diagon Alley[]
After completing the first episode, you will appear in Diagon Alley. Follow Nearly Headless Nick to the Leaky Cauldron.
The Leaky Cauldron[]
Inside the Leaky Cauldron, go through the hallway and out the back door to start this level.
Level Walkthrough[]
London streets[]
You start on the streets of London. Head to the end of the streets until you find a blocked hallway. Select the Lumos Solem spell and approach the Devil's Snare. From the bricks that will be dropped, you will be able to set up a teleporter using the Wingardium Leviosa spell. Switch to Dumbledore and use the teleporter (press the action button). On the other side is a door closed with a silver padlock. Destroy it with the Reducto spell. Go to the garden and shoot the lawnmower. It will destroy the door so Harry can enter. First, go to the garage door. Use one of the characters to pull the rope, the other will do the same. Use Wingardium Leviosa on the car - some bricks will drop that can be used to build a cauldron. To open the door to the house, you must create a potion of strength. The first ingredient can be obtained by destroying the statue - use the Reducto spell and then build a small pond. A bird will bring you the ingredient. You can find the second one on the far left side of the garden. Approach it and use Wingardium Leviosa to unscrew a valve and lift a wheelbarrow. This will make the second ingredient grow from the ground. You will find the last one in one of the trash cans, but you will have to destroy them. Take them all to the cauldron and then drink the elixir. Approach the door, open it, and then enter the next area.
Horace Slughorn's House[]
In the next area, you will have to clean the place a little. Use the Wingardium Leviosa spell to put the piano in its place. Next you will find the sliding door handle, put it in place and open the door. In the next room, Dumbledore will leave and you will meet Professor Slughorn, who needs our help - he wants you to find all the photographs of his students. The first one will fall when you place the chandelier on the ceiling. You will get the second one when you use magic towards the fireplace and clean the ashes with a broom. Switch to Slughorn and use the Reducto spell to destroy the silver furniture at the end of the room and clear the rest of the bricks with the Wingardium Leviosa spell. Then you will get the last photo. Place them on the left shelf to proceed to the final area of the level.
Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes[]
In the final area of the level, go up the stairs and help a girl in trouble by casting the Wingardium Leviosa spell in flying circles. At the top, you must open the mouth of a large clown head and shoot a target. Pass through the open tent. Switch to Ron and approach the Weasley box (press the action button). Fireworks will come out of the box, which must be attached to the puppet that travels on the rope, at the end of the railing. A lampshade falls from the ceiling - use the Wingardium Leviosa spell to place it on a small sleeping dragon who will have a panic attack and break down the door. Exit the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes to finish the level.

- House Crests
- Gryffindor
- This crest is obtained by cutting five tufts of grass - you can find a lawnmower when you reach the end of the street and head to the right. Unfortunately, it's broken - choose Arthur and use his repair abilities. Here is where the five tufts of grass are:
- A little to the left of the car where you can find pieces to build a cauldron.
- A little to the left of the previous tuft of grass.
- A little further down to the left of the previous tuft of grass, near the path that leads to the door to the second area.
- A little to the left of the path that leads to the door of the second area.
- A little to the left of the previous tuft of grass, near a vegetable garden where an ingredient appears.
- This crest is obtained by cutting five tufts of grass - you can find a lawnmower when you reach the end of the street and head to the right. Unfortunately, it's broken - choose Arthur and use his repair abilities. Here is where the five tufts of grass are:
- Slytherin
- When you are in the bathroom in the second area, use Aguamenti to fill the shower with water. Once it's full, you'll get this crest.
- Hufflepuff
- This crest is on top of the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. To get there, first use Dark Magic to destroy a black rocket and then use a Weasley on an orange box to put on the Sticky Trainers. Once you have the Sticky Trainers on, go to the orange box where you get some fireworks and climb the wall on the right. Once you're at the top, use a teleporter to go to the left side. Once you are on the left side of the upper floor, go to a red wall on the left and use the Diffindo spell to remove the bricks. Use them to build a toy and jump on it. The crest will appear after jumping on the toy.
- Ravenclaw
- To the right of the door leading to the garden, use a character with Dark Magic to destroy some black plants and find a box (where you will find the third garden gnome). Go to the checkout and put on some Spectrespecs. Next, go to the place where you used a teleport and make sure to take the Spectrespecs to build a machine that will create a box if you use Wingardium Leviosa on it. Shoot the box to reveal a scissor and use Wingardium Leviosa on it to cut two Christmas decorations on either side of the front door to reveal this crest.

- Student in Peril
- Find the red cabinet on the top floor of the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes - it's in the left corner. So, use the Diffindo spell first and then the Wingardium Leviosa spell on it - the student will jump and be rescued.
- Tokens
- Slughorn (Pajamas)
- Shoot five garden gnomes in the first area to receive this character token.
- On a central pillar near the start of the level.
- Near a door after going down the street.
- To the right of the door leading to the garden, use a character with Dark Magic to destroy some black plants and find this garden gnome.
- Above the garage in the garden.
- A little to the left of the door leading to the second area, use a character with Dark Magic to destroy a black door and use a character with a key to open a safe and find this garden gnome.
- Shoot five garden gnomes in the first area to receive this character token.
- Milk Man
- Dumbledore (Cursed)
- Go to the bathroom in Horace Slughorn's House - you need someone who knows Dark Magic to get in. There is a bathtub on the left - use Dark Magic on the shelf above. A bottle of shampoo will fall into the bathtub and bubbles will be created. Shoot each of them and then use the bricks to build a tank. Then, place the tank in the toilet and use Wingardium Leviosa to flush the water. Dumbledore will wake up and give you this character token.

Slughorn (Pajamas), Milk Man, and Dumbledore (Cursed) can be purchased from Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions in Diagon Alley after collecting their Character Tokens. You will also be able to continue to Just Desserts.
