The most recommended characters for this level are Indiana Jones (Crystal Skull) and Russian Officer, as they have skills needed to complete this level. You start at the entrance of an insane asylum. Use the Russian Officer to destroy some silver tanks, then build a generator so that the cell doors open, freeing the prisoners as well. Go to Oxley's cell, where you have to solve a puzzle to reveal the Artifact. Grab a shovel that you see against the back wall of the cell, then use it to lower the column. This will cause one of the 3 parts of the gramophone to fall off. The other 2 parts of the gramophone are loose, one on the left side of the cell and the other on the right side. Bring the 3 parts of the gramophone to a green pad to build it, then hit it to play a song. This will make the prisoners calm down and you can easily catch them with Indy's whip. Use Indy's whip to catch one of the prisoners, then take him to Oxley's cell and drop him on one of the 5 buttons surrounding the map. Take another 2 more prisoners to another 2 buttons, then have the 2 characters step on the remaining buttons to reveal the Artifact. Grab the Artifact to end the level.
