Mos Eisley Spaceport is the eighteenth level in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is the third level of A New Hope.

MOS EISLEY SPACEPORT

In search of a pilot who can

take them to the distant

planet of Alderaan, Luke

Skywalker and old Ben Kenobi

journey by landspeeder to Mos

Eisley spaceport.

Here, among the most

dangerous and reckless

elements of Tatooine society,

they hope to find someone

brave or foolhardy enough to

help in their quest to deliver

R2-D2's secret data to the

Rebel Alliance. But Imperial

forces are everywhere....

Story

They then head to Mos Eisley. While driving through Mos Eisley, they are stopped by Sandtroopers, but Ben uses the Jedi Mind Trick to confuse the Sandtrooper. Luke then hit a civilian Jawa with his landspeeder. When they arrive at the Mos Eisley Cantina, Luke spills Ponda Baba's drink and Ponda Baba attacks him. Ben then cuts off Ponda Baba's arm and he falls into pieces. Then they meet Han Solo, the captain of the Millennium Falcon. While Luke, Ben, and the droids wait on the Falcon, Han and his co-pilot Chewbacca pursue a mysterious Imperial Spy to the Falcon, where he summons a group of Sandtroopers. Han defeats Spy and the Sandtroopers and he and the gang escape on the Falcon to go to Alderaan. Meanwhile, on the Death Star, Grand Moff Tarkin orders the destruction of Leia's home planet, Alderaan. Leia cries when her planet is destroyed and Tarkin laughs at her misery.

Walkthrough

You start on Mos Eisley Street, with Sandtroopers already attacking you. Defeat them, go right and go up some stairs to the north. On the high ledge, destroy a panel near a door so that no more Sandtroopers appear. Then, go right and you will find two more panels next to two doors. Destroy them and go right until you find another paneled door. Destroy the panel and go right to find a closed porte-cochere. To open it, use Ben's Force to turn the stairs on the right into a ramp. Then, use the ramp to reach the ledge above, defeat two Sandtroopers, and use C-3PO on a protocol panel to open the porte-cochere. Cross the newly opened porte-cochere to reach the next area.

In the next area, Luke, Ben, R2 and 3PO will leave and you will be with Han and Chewie. Move and you will see the Imperial Spy running away from you. Before grappling, the Spy will destroy a black barrel, which will have pieces in it. Use the pieces to build a grapple point and use it to reach the ledge above. Before continuing, destroy the panel next to the door on the left so that no more Sandtroopers appear. Use another grapple point to reach a higher ledge, then go down a bit and you'll find two grapple points. Use the northern one to cross a gap and then jump to the ledge on the right. There, pull a lever to bring up a box and push it until it falls to the right. Then, go down from the ledge and destroy two panels next to two doors so that no more Sandtroopers appear. Now, push the box and you will see that the Imperial Spy is still running away from you. Continue pushing the box until it is on top of a grate and shoot it to make it explode and destroy the door through which the Spy fled. Go through the destroyed door to reach the next area.

In the next area, the Imperial Spy will send you two Sandtroopers to attack you. Defeat them and go right to find a box near an optional grapple point. Defeat two more Sandtroopers and destroy the box to build an indestructible box. Push the indestructible box to a point on the ground. You will see the Spy running away from you again. Use the indestructible box to climb to the ledge above and push a box to knock it over and reveal pieces. Use the pieces to build a grapple point and use it to reach the very high ledge. There, destroy two panels next to two doors so that no more Sandtroopers appear and go to the archway where the Imperial Spy fled to reach the final area of the level.

In the final area, the Imperial Spy will send you more Sandtroopers. Defeat them and destroy the two panels at the beginning so that no more Sandtroopers appear below. Then, go right and the Imperial Spy will send you more Sandtroopers. Defeat them and destroy the last two panels on the right so that the Imperial Spy will come down and start attacking you. Hit him several times to defeat him and release a lever. Pull the lever to disable a barrier and go to the Mos Eisley Spaceport to finish the level.

Collectables

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

• Minikit Canisters
  1. (F) At the beginning of the level, you'll see an Imperial panel next to a door to the north. Use an Imperial member on it to open the door that will take you to a special area. There, go right and pull two levers to reveal this minikit on top of a pool.
  2. (S) Find three grape blocks throughout the level to get this minikit:
     1. To the right of the door that takes you to the first special area, destroy a box to reveal this grape block.
     2. On the platform with the fifth minikit, use a double jump character to jump to the ledge on the left and destroy a barrel to reveal this grape block.
     3. On the far right of the first area, destroy two barrels near the ladder where you can use the Force to reveal this grape block.
  3. (S) In the first area, go up the stairs that lead to the ledge with the first door where the Sandtroopers come out and jump to the awning on the left. Then, use a double jump character to jump to the platform on the left and destroy a barrel to build a bomb. The bomb will explode and the planks blocking an archway will be destroyed, revealing this minikit.
  4. (S) In the first area, on the ledge with the first door where the Sandtroopers come out, destroy an antenna on the right to build a grapple point. Then, use the grapple point with a character with blaster to reach the ledge above and step on a button to reveal this mid-air minikit. Switch to a double jump character and use a moving platform to reach it. It is possible to obtain this minikit in Story by using the grapple point with Luke and then jumping to the minikit with Ben, only if the second character is R2 or 3PO.
  5. (S) Destroy three crates in the first area to reveal this minikit on top of a platform. After destroying the third box, build a fan to climb to the ledge above and use a double jump character to reach this minikit.
  6. (F) In the second area, after using two mandatory grapple points, go down from the ledge and go left to find a silver box. Use a bounty hunter to destroy it and build a lever. Pull the lever to open a porte-cochere and reveal this minikit.
  7. (S) In the second area, from the ledge where you get the Red Power Brick, jump down to the ledge on the right. There, approach two doors to open them and reveal two levers. Pull them to reveal this minikit.
  8. (F) In the third area, near the box you destroy to build an indestructible box, use a character with blaster on a grapple point to reach a very high platform. There, use a Sith character to destroy a box and build a button. Step on the button to reveal this minikit on top of the roof of the far building to the left. Use a hover character to reach it.
  9. (F) On the roof of the building where you get the previous minikit, use a Sith character to destroy a red and black door and reach a special area. There, destroy the objects in the upper right corner to build a hatch. Enter it with a small character to reach the other side of the north window and pull a lever on the left to reveal this minikit in the lower right corner of the main side. Enter the hatch again to return to the main side and go to the pool to get this minikit.
  10. (F) At the far right of the third area, destroy three barrels to build a bounty hunter panel. Use a bounty hunter on it to open a porte-cochere and reveal this minikit.

• Deflection Survival Red Power Brick
  • (S) After using the third mandatory grapple point in the second area, instead of going down to the ledge on the right, destroy a barrel to build another grapple point. Use the grapple point with a character with blaster and go right to find an Imperial panel. Use it with an Imperial member to open a door and reveal a black barrel. Destroy it to reveal intact pieces and use a Jedi character on them to build a bomb. Use a Jedi character again to move the bomb and destroy it to make it explode and destroy some planks blocking a door. However, the door does not open and is indestructible. Go left to find a bounty hunter panel and use a bounty hunter on it to open another door and reveal another black barrel. Destroy it to reveal intact pieces and use a Jedi character on them to build another bomb. Move it towards the door and destroy it to make it explode, destroying the door and revealing this Red Power Brick.

Unlockables

The minikit model in this level is a Land Speeder. After completing the level, you unlock Han Solo. In Mos Eisley Cantina you can buy a Sandtrooper, Greedo and Imperial Spy. You will also be able to continue to Death Star Escape. After collecting the Red Power Brick, you can purchase Deflection Survival.
