Matoro an unlockable character in Bionicle: Matoran Adventures and Heroes.
Story[]
Matoro was once a regular Matoran who lived in Ko-Koro, the snowy mountain village dedicated to Kopaka and was even the first to meet the then Toa of Ice. Years later, he was the first to discover the Toa Nuva had travelled to Voya Nui to find the Mask of Life.
He arrives with five other Matoran, transforming him into the Toa Inika of Ice, unfortunately having to sacrifice his life to save their home and his friends.

Bionicle: Matoran Adventures[]
Matoro can be unlocked if the player collects all the mask pieces from the Ta Wahi level, allowing the player to select him when they start a new save file. He travels through the icy platforms and snow covered mountains of Ko Wahi with his Turaga, Nuju.
Bionicle Heroes[]
Matoro can be played as if the player finds his mask in the level and swapping to him. He uses an Ice crack rifle to strike at a long range, strong enough to one hit kill enemies but he is also the slowest character. Matoro's special ability is to zoom in on targets and freeze patches of water to walk over them when upgraded in the shop.
