Trivia[]

  • This is the only LEGO Star Wars game that doesn't have levels based on a Skywalker Saga movie.
  • This is the only LEGO Star Wars game that does not have a level based on a movie as there is no level based on the Geonosian Battle Arena from Attack of the Clones.
  • Excluding the GBA version of the first game, this is the only LEGO Star Wars game that does not feature Leia in her Episode IV attire.
  • This version is much easier than the console/PC version.
  • There is no multiplayer mode and only one playable character appears onscreen at a time.
  • Unlike the console/PC version, blaster characters can attack hand-to-hand and put their weapon away.
  • This is the first handheld LEGO game from TT to have a Save and Exit feature.
  • Several characters are exclusive to this game.
  • This is the first LEGO game from TT to let players choose which level segment they want to play in Free Play. This did not appear in a LEGO game on home console until LEGO The Hobbit.
  • The vehicle levels play more like the ones in the Star Wars: Rogue Squadron series which would later be duplicated by LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
  • All six characters that only appear in the 3DS version and are brought with Play Coins are all playable in the console/PC version. Out of the six, Vader's Apprentice and Darth Vader (Battle Damage) are part of the Legends continuity while the other four are part of the current Star Wars Canon and thus they appear in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
