LEGO Jurassic World is a 2015 action-adventure video game developed by TT Fusion and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Based on the Jurassic Park franchise, it follows all three Jurassic Park films, and Jurassic World. The game released on June 12, 2015 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS; OS X on July 23, 2015; iOS and Android on March 31, 2016, and for Nintendo Switch on September 20, 2019.
Development[]
LEGO Jurassic World was officially announced in January 2015. The game was released on June 12, 2015, on the same day that Jurassic World released in theaters.
LEGO Jurassic World utilizes archive audio from the four films. Some characters, however, have their own original voice acting, such as Ray Arnold and Dennis Nedry. Some actors from Jurassic World voiced their characters from the film. Peter Stormare reprised his role as Dieter Stark from The Lost World: Jurassic Park.
Gameplay[]
Like most other LEGO video games by TT Games, LEGO Jurassic World's gameplay consists of using different characters to solve puzzles and beating up enemies. Once you complete a level, free play mode is unlocked for said level. It can be played in both single player and in two player split-screen locally.
The game's story consists of twenty levels: five for each film. There are four open worlds, with one open world for each film. In the levels and open worlds, along with humans, players can also control dinosaur characters.
Plot[]
The game follows the storyline of the first four Jurassic Park films, but in a more PG fashion—most characters' deaths are removed entirely or are shown off screen.

Reception[]
LEGO Jurassic World received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. The puzzles of the game were praised. Critics liked the playable dinosaurs; however, they were seen as underutilized. The game was criticized for being too similar to past entries in TT Games' LEGO series. The audio ripped from the films was criticized for sounding poor. Critics also attacked the Compsognathus enemies, which were viewed as annoying. On Metacritic, the game scores "Mixed or Average".
