On the east side of the south central fountain, you will find a light gray rock surrounded by flowers next to two piles of black rocks. Use a Miner character to destroy it and complete one of the twenty-two Destroy Boulders challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
In the southeast corner of the location, you will find a ventilation floor. Use a Construction character to drill into it and make a hole for a geyser to come out. Use the geyser to reach an awning and climb a ladder to reach the roof of the theater. There, repair an electrical box to step on a button and begin one of the seventeen Drill Thrill challenges. In it, you have to drill twenty-four ventilation floors in 1:10. Start first with those on the roof of the theater, then with those on the awning, and finally with those on the ground. After drilling all twenty-four ventilation floors in time, you will win the challenge, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the southwest side of the location, you will find an ATM next to a wall near the road. Use a Robber character to smash it and complete one of the eighteen ATM Smash challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the place where you find the third character token, you will find a green flower pot. Use a Farmer character on it to water flowers and complete one of the twenty Flower Watering challenges, also obtaining this Gold Brick.
Inside the office building where you obtained the previous Gold Brick, you will find a table with a red jug on the right. Use a Construction character on it to drink coffee and complete one of the twenty Coffee Break challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the south side of the southwest buildings, climb a blue and white wall, walk a tightrope, and climb another blue and white wall. Next, climb a handhold and wall jump from the blue and white wall in the lower left corner to reach a blue and white catapult, which will launch you towards a distant handhold. Climb up it, quickly run across a sloped roof, jump over three blue poles, and drop down onto another sloped roof. Next, cross a fence, drop down the roofs in the lower right corner, use a blue and white panel to cross a gap, and scale a wall to reach a roof where you'll find a Super Build. If you have more than 10,000 bricks, use them to build an Emergency Crash Mat and get this Gold Brick.
On the roof where you built an Emergency Crash Mat for the previous Gold Brick, you will find a lost pig. Get on it and follow the path of ghost studs until you take it to a pig cannon in the southeast corner, where you'll put it inside. Finally, use a Farmer character to load the cannon and shoot the pig towards the Fort Meadows farm, completing one of the twenty-two Return Pigs challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
On the east side of the southeast road, you'll find another Super Build. If you have more than 8,000 bricks, use them to build a Call-in Point and get this Gold Brick.
On the east side of the town hall courtyard, go down some stairs that lead to the subway to find a green and white drawer. Destroy it to build a ticket machine and activate the Kings Court Station, earning this Gold Brick.
Near Kings Court Station, you will find a blue box with a police logo. Destroy it to build a Disguise Booth and get this Gold Brick.
On the central roof of the town hall, you will find a silver statue of Rex Fury. If you have the Unlimited Dynamite extra activated, you can use a Miner character to place a dynamite in a barrel without having to search for one. After placing the dynamite, move away from it and it will explode, destroying the silver statue, completing one of the seventeen Destroy Silver Statues challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
On the roof of the central town hall, you will find another lost pig in the lower left corner. Get on it and follow the path of ghost studs until you take it to the same pig cannon where you put the previous one. You will put it inside. Finally, use a Farmer character to load the cannon and shoot the pig towards the Fort Meadows farm, completing another of the twenty-two Return Pigs challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
In the eastern corner of the eastern docks, you will find a Super Build over the water. If you have more than 15,000 bricks, use them to build a Ferry and get this Gold Brick. After building this Ferry, you will be able to access Apollo Island.
On the roof of the shed where you found the seventh character token, you will find a space box. Use an Astronaut character to open it and reveal a Space Alien. Chase it and when you see the action button flashing above it, quickly press it to catch it. After this, you will complete one of the seventeen Aliens Catching challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the northwest side of the basketball court located in the northeast, you will find a lit barbecue. Use a Fireman character to put out the barbecue fire and complete one of the seventeen Extinguish Fires BBQ challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
From the roof where you found the fourth vehicle token, wall jump from a blue and white wall to the left to reach a high ledge where you will find a free run token. Grab it to unlock a Free Run on the roof ahead. Use an Astronaut character to reach it and go to the designated place to start the Free Run. In the Free Run, you will have to take a different route than the one you took. Also, you have to grab eight clocks within 30 seconds. Each clock you grab can set the time back by 20, 14, 10, 9, 8, 3, or 2 seconds. First, use a blue and white catapult to launch yourself towards the first clock and walk on a blue walkway. Then, cross an obstacle to reach the second clock, use a zip line to cross a gap, and use a blue and white panel to reach the third clock. After that, swing on two blue poles to the left, climb into an alcove with blue and white walls to the left, and then climb a drainpipe to reach the fourth clock. Use a zip line to reach another blue and white catapult, which will launch you towards the roof with the fifth clock on the left. Use another zip line, move to the right of a wall and climb another drain pipe to reach the sixth clock. Then, move to the right of another blue walkway to reach the seventh clock and go down one more drainpipe. Use another blue and white panel to cross another gap and climb a ladder and then a wall to reach the eighth and final clock. Finally, wall jump from a blue and white wall on the left to reach the designated spot and win the race. Winning the race will give you this Gold Brick.
On the high ledge where you found the free run token, you will find a position. Use an Astronaut character to place an Astronaut flag there and complete one of the twenty Conquer Districts challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the southwest roof of the northeast buildings, you will find a boarded up door. Use a Fireman character to open it, climb a ladder, and then jump to a handhold to reach the ledge where you'll find an Audio Scan point. Use a Police character on it to detect an audio with static. Scan it and you'll hear a gang of criminals say they're going to make a mess in Kings Court. After this, a troublemaker hotspot will appear on the east side of the town hall courtyard. Get off the building, get into someone else's vehicle, and head to the troublemaker hotspot on the east side of the town hall courtyard within 35 seconds. When you get there, the five gang members will appear to make a mess in Kings Court. Go towards them and they will attack you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. When you have one member left, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the sixteen Gang Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the northwest corner of the location, you will find a ventilation floor in front of the Herbert Hotel. Use a Construction character to drill into it and make a hole for a geyser to come out. Use the geyser to reach an awning, where you will find a cat trapped on a high platform. Use a Fireman character to rescue it and complete one of the seventeen Rescue Cats challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
In an alley at the north end of the southwest buildings, you'll find a taxi parked. Hop on it to start a Time Trial. In the Time Trial, go through checkpoints in 15 seconds to the point where the taxi was parked to win the race. Time is delayed by five seconds for each checkpoint passed. Winning the race will give you this Gold Brick.
On the roof where you built an Emergency Crash Mat for the sixth Gold Brick, you will find a Criminal Scan point in the lower right corner. Use a Police character on it to detect a thief stealing a car. Scan him and he will get into the car to escape from you. Get off the building, get on the police car that a police helicopter leaves you and chase the thief. His car has four hearts. Hit it continuously to remove hearts until you destroy it. When you destroy his car, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the twelve Vehicle Robber Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the northeast corner, before Fresco, you will find a silver door. If you have the Unlimited Dynamite extra activated, you can use a Miner character to place a dynamite in a barrel without having to search for one. Move away from the dynamite and it will explode, destroying the silver door. After destroying the silver door, climb a drainpipe to the right and use a Robber character to open a trapdoor and begin one of the thirteen Vehicle Robbery challenges. In this challenge, you will have to escort a car to the garage of a shed located at the LEGO City Airport. Your vehicle has four hearts and police buggies and tuk-tuks will chase you. Crashing into them will take a heart from you. The best thing to complete this challenge is to follow the path of ghost studs and avoid crashing into cars and walls. When you reach the drop-off point at the LEGO City Airport, you will store your vehicle in the garage and complete this challenge, earning this Gold Brick.
Throughout Kings Court, you will find four white phone booths. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint them red using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a red color swapper. After painting them, this character token will appear in front of the fountain in the south center. The locations of the white phone booths are shown below:
The first white phone booth is at the north end, on the west side of the road.
The second white phone booth is on the east side of the southwest buildings.
The third white phone booth is on the southeast docks.
The fourth white phone booth is at the south end, on the east side of the road.
On the southwest side of the location, in a grassy area between the roads, you will find three large white bricks. As indicated by the colored dots in the center, the centermost one has to be blue, the southernmost one has to be red, and the northernmost one has to be yellow. It is recommended to have the Super Color Gun extra activated to paint them with a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for the correct color swappers. After painting them, this character token will appear in front of the large bricks.
On the east side of the office building in the southwest, climb a drainpipe and use a Robber character to open a door and enter a room where you will find this character token in the middle.
On the west side of the central town hall, use a Farmer character in a red pot to grow a tall plant. Climb it to reach the west balcony, walk on a white edge to the right and swing on five blue poles to reach the other side. Walk on another white edge to reach the east balcony, grow another tall plant in another red pot, and climb along it to reach the east roof. There, climb a ladder and walk on a small blue walkway to the left to reach the central roof, where you will find this character token in the north center.
In the eastern corner of the eastern docks, you will find this character token inside a shed. Use a Fireman character to open a boarded up door and enter the shed with this character token.
In the eastern corner of the eastern docks, go behind the shed where you found the previous character token and scale a blue and white wall to reach the roof. Next, use an Astronaut character to get to the top of a sign and then to this character token.
In the southwest corner of the basketball court located in the northeast, you will find a red flower pot next to a dynamite vending machine. Use a Farmer character to grow a tall plant on it and climb up it to reach a roof where you will find a Teleport Pad. Use an Astronaut character on it to teleport to the top of the southeast shield generator, where you will find this character token.
In the northeast of the location, you will find this character token inside a cage. The way you destroy the cage may change depending on the version you play. If your version of the game is Wii U or Switch, you will have to be chased by a Bullet Bill from the Mario Bros. series. Go to one of the cannons on the east side of the town hall to be shot by a Bullet Bill, which will start chasing you. Lure the bullet towards the cage and jump to avoid it at the last second. After this, the bullet will destroy the cage and you will be able to grab this character token. If your version of the game is PS4, Xbox One, or PC, you will simply need to destroy the cage with anyRex Furyvariant instead of being chased by someone.
From the roof where you find the Red Brick, go down a drainpipe to the right and use a blue and white panel to cross a gap. Next, climb a ladder and then a wall to reach another roof where you will find this vehicle token.
On the south side of the basketball court located in the northeast, cross a fence to the right, go to the left end of an alley and climb a drainpipe. Then, use an Astronaut character to reach higher rooftops and use a zipline to reach a climbable wall. Move to the right of this one to reach the roof of Jenny's Diner, where you will find this Red Brick along with a small Super Brick inside a closed room with a door with an orange handle. Use any variant of Rex Fury to destroy the door with the orange handle and reach this Red Brick on the left of the room.
Even after completing the Savings and Loans chapter, the Blackwell Rocket will still be in this location disguised as the Blackwell Tower. This probably means that a new rocket is built after completing the game.
If the player collects all 450 Gold Bricks, a statue of Chase McCain will be unlocked in the south center fountain, which serves as a stud fountain.
In the Wii U and Nintendo Switch versions, the cannons on the east side of the town hall will shoot Mario Bros.Bullet Bills at the player. The Bullet Bill chased by the player can be used to obtain Mayor Gleeson's character token. The cannons do not fire Bullet Bills in the other versions due to copyright issues with Nintendo, so the cage where the character token is located already has an orange handle.
