Kicked in the Kruchman is the thirty-first mission of LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins. It is the eighth and final mission to take place in Fort Meadows.

Battle against von Kruchman[]

Emergency on Apollo Island[]
- Guard: Hmm...
- Deputy Dunby: I'm sure McCain's "evidence" is nothing of the sort!
- Guard: It's the same kind of ID card that they use on Apollo Island...
- Chase McCain: The place where they build space rockets?
- Deputy Dunby: So, what?
- Guard: That's weird. I can't get through to them.
- Deputy Dunby: That's simply a coincidence!
- Quentin Spencer: Sirs, ma'am, a patrol boat was just sunk near Apollo Island.
- Deputy Dunby: And that's clearly just er... Oh, fine!
- Police Chief Gleeson: Right, I'm going to need a volunteer to parachute down to Apollo Island.
- [Dunby, Quentin and the guard leave]

Mission Prelude[]
After completing the previous mission, a designated place will appear near Rose Hayes. Go to that designated place to start this mission.
Mission Walktrough[]
When starting the mission, Rose will give you a watering can for the Farmer suit, which can grow plants. Go right and you'll start a boss fight against von Kruchman. He will be throwing dynamite at you. Look at the indicators on the ground to know where a dynamite will fall. Stand in front of three sturdy boxes and wait for Kruchman to throw a dynamite at you. Dodge the dynamite in time and it will destroy the sturdy box. Destroying the two on the south side will allow you to build a catapult, while destroying the one on the right side will reveal a dynamite. Build the catapult, grab the dynamite and place it on the back of the catapult. Then, pull a lever to launch the dynamite towards Kruchman, making him fall into a carnivorous plant.
To reach the castle roof, use the Farmer suit to grow a tall plant in a red pot on the northwest side. Then, jump to the platform on the right and swing on two blue poles. Jump to a handhold and move to the right of it. Jump to the next platform and use the Police suit on a point with a police logo to reach a high platform. Walk to the left of a white edge and use a handhold to reach the roof with Kruchman.
He will be throwing flowers at you. Go left and you will find three places to farm. Since Kruchman will be throwing flowers at you, use some planks to build a wall. Keep in mind that the walls won't hold much, so use the place to farm quickly. The place in the southeast corner will snap the eastern carnivore, the one in the south the southeast, and the one in the west the northeast. Kruchman will be in the northeast carnivore. Go to the far left, build a barricade and use the Farmer suit on the western farming spot. The carnivorous plant will take a small portion of Kruchman's health. Kruchman will jump to the carnivorous west. Go to the southeast farming spot, build another barricade, and use the farming spot to have the western carnivore take away another portion of Kruchman's health. Kruchman will jump to the southeast carnivore. Go to the southern farming spot, build one more barricade, and use the farming spot to have the southeast carnivore take away another portion of Kruchman's health.
When Kruchman is low on health, he will use his jetpack to reach the top of the west tower. He will throw dynamite at you frequently. Quickly run to the far left and go to the right of a walkway to find a sturdy crate. Make one of the dynamites that Kruchman throws at you fall there to destroy the box and reveal a red flower pot. Grab it and quickly carry it to a green pad on the far left. Grow a tall plant in that red pot and climb up it. Jump to another white edge, go right and climb some vines attached to the wall to reach the top with Kruchman.
Once you reach the top, you'll need to assess the situation to ensure Kruchman doesn't escape. Jump to a small ledge in the southeast corner and use the Farmer suit to cross four rings of studs and reach the top of the eastern tower. Use the Police suit at a point with a Police logo to reach the highest point of the tower and use a zipline to see a scene. When you finish watching the cutscene, the mission will end and you will see another cutscene. After watching that scene, you will travel to Apollo Island ready to begin the next mission.
