Jawa is a shortie character that is playable in LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Story[]
Jawas first appear in the opening cutscene of "Through the Jundland Wastes", where they will be seen capturing R2-D2 in a dark cave so they could sell it. Next, they are seen kicking and abusing their druids around at the auction, before seeing Luke Skywalker approaching. Luke buys R2-D2 and C-3PO (whom they captured earlier) from them, but the Jawas steal the two druids from his house back later that night. They eventually put the two into their Sandcrawler.
They appear next in the said mission in gameplay, standing outside and inside their Sandcrawler and zapping all the druids in the presence after a while. They are rather annoying and are preferably killed to stop hindering the player's progress in opening Astromech and protocol panels. They are next seen in "Mos Eisley Spaceport", one of them getting hit with the Speeder in the opening cutscene and they appear in the mission itself, walking around Mos Eisley and the Cantina as well. Here, Jawas will not try to shut down your druids.

Animations[]
Jawa runs very slowly with his arms flipping right and left, but walks calmly with his hands behind his back. His idle animation just has him looking around.
Physical Appearance[]
Jawa wears a brown hood over his head, which covers his entire face, except for his glowing, yellow eyes. Although never confirmed, the Jawa apparently has a rat or rodent-like face beneath his hood. He wears a brown suit fit for desert with two bandoleers and a brown cloak or cape. He has matching brown legs, brown arms and black hands, assuming he wears gloves as well.

Trivia[]
- Jawas own a carwash as seen in the second portion of "Mos Eisely Spaceport" mission, which can only be accessed in Free Play with characters who use bombs. Getting a Jawa to steal or "buy" your speeder and wash it is also an achievement on Xbox 360.
- Like with Watto or Ughnaught, using the Super Zapper extra will make Jawas be able to destroy enemy druids (druids in general as well), making them rather useful when fighting Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids or Droidekas, as they will only need one shot to be killed, as opposite to four.
- Curiously, Jawa costs more studs to purchase than the Tusken Raider.
- Like with all the other shorties, Jawa runs very slowly.
