Story[]
Darth Vader arrived on the Death Star II to see the Imperial Engineers having a coffee break instead of working. Vader was angry about their lack of progress. Meanwhile, on Tatooine, C-3PO and R2-D2 arrived at Jabba's Palace. Princess Leia and Chewbacca followed them in. Leia disguised herself as the Bounty Hunter Boushh. They met up with Luke Skywalker, who is now a Jedi knight. They fought through Gamorrean Guards and rescued R2 and 3PO. They eventually found Han Solo. Leia freed Han but was caught by Jabba the Hutt. Jabba decided to feed Luke and the gang to his Rancor. They defeated the Rancor by closing a door on it. Leia then became Jabba's slave.
Walkthrough[]
First you start at the entrance to Jabba's Palace. Destroy three turrets to open the door (one of them needs to build a platform to reach it), then continue defeating Gamorrean Guards and activating levers to close trapdoors where they come out and put on a Boushh helmet to open a large gate and open another door. You will then meet up with Luke and also make sure to take a Boushh helmet to open a door that leads to the next area.
In the next area, switch to Luke and break an object to build a platform and use the Force while another character is on it to open a door in which you will have to activate two levers to open a gate. Then make sure to wear a Boushh helmet to destroy some silver rubble, then destroy some blocks to open a door and just continue to a room where you have to free the droids. To free them, build a kind of vehicle that you will have to control with buttons that you have to press and use double jump to enter their cages and free them. Then continue and open a door with R2-D2 to go to the next area.
In the next area, push some blocks and use the Force to create a slope and Force build a bridge to cross. Then switch to R2 to create a bridge and build a protocol panel for C-3PO to hack open the door to the next area.
In the next area, go down the ladder and defeat the Gamorrean Guards to open the door to the next area.
In the next area, make sure to take a Boushh helmet to unfreeze Han and go to the final area of the level.
In the final area, use R2 or 3PO on their respective panels to reveal Gamorrean Guards and make the Rancor run away near the bombs. Therefore, take advantage of destroying the bombs before the Rancor finishes eating them to damage it. On its last heart, it will go to the door if it grabs a Gamorrean Guard. Activate two levers while it is there to close the door and end the level.

Changes from the second game[]
- A glitch in the rancor pit where the player hovers across the spikes and the game becomes confused as it does multiple scene transitions and then the player come across a bomb that's indestructible was fixed. This glitch is impossible in the PS2 and PSP versions of the previous game.
- The Stormtrooper helmet dispenser was made more clearer from the previous game.
- Unlike the previous game, no skeleton parts appear when the player falls into the pit that they can create from using the Dark Side force to remove the flooring covering it.
- All the Bounty Hunter Panels in this level have Boba Fett's icon, unlike LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy where all except one have Princess Leia (Boushh)'s icon.
- The player can unlock R2-D2 and/or C-3PO by playing this level, unlike LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy because in that game, the player cannot do this level until after completing Secret Plans which unlocks both.
- The same goes for the levels Escape from Echo Base (in C-3PO's case) and Dagobah (in R2-D2's case).
Trivia[]
- It is possible for the player to unlock six characters from playing this level, the most out of any level in the game if the player has not done Retake Theed Palace, Droid Factory, Chancellor in Peril, Secret Plans and Escape from Echo Base.
