Into the Death Star is the thirtieth and final level in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is the fifth and final level of Return of the Jedi.

Episode VI

INTO THE DEATH STAR

With help from the Ewoks, the

rebels have finally managed to

destroy the Death Star shield

generator on Endor.

In the sky above, the Rebel

fleet has come under intense

fire from Imperial craft and

the Death Star itself. Many

ships have been destroyed.

But General Lando Calrissian

is now able to lead the final

assault on the Empire's

ultimate weapon, and pilot

the Millennium Falcon deep

into its dark heart....

Story[]

The Rebel Fleet arrives near the Death Star. Lando pilots the Millennium Falcon and sinks four Star Destroyers. The Falcon enters into the Death Star and blows it up, escaping with flames chasing it as it explodes. The Ewoks celebrate as Han and Leia kiss.

Luke incinerates Vader and Anakin's ghost emerges. As the Ewoks celebrate, Luke sees the ghosts of Ben, Yoda, and Anakin together.

Walkthrough[]

You start in Endor Space. A Star Destroyer begins to attack you. Destroy its turrets and also destroy a group of three TIE Fighters that come to attack you to get at least three Proton Torpedoes. Use at least two torpedoes to destroy two purple antennas atop the Star Destroyer and sink it. Up ahead, you will find three more Star Destroyers. Repeat the same step you did with the first Star Destroyer to sink them and move on to the next area.

In the next area, cross the path while destroying TIE Fighters and getting more torpedoes until you find a barrier at the end. You will see ten targets on each side. Destroy them to disable the barrier and reach the core of the Death Star II. Shoot four turrets surrounding a torpedo-launching turbolaser to reveal a purple dot. Repeat this with three more turrets and there will be a total of four purple dots. Use Proton Torpedoes to destroy them. Since you can only save three torpedoes, you'll have to go back and destroy a TIE Fighter to save one more torpedo. By destroying the four purple dots, the Death Star II will begin to collapse. Have the Falcon face south and return to the back path within 10 seconds to be chased by TIE Fighters as you escape. Escape from the Death Star II while avoiding fire from the TIE Fighters. You will finish the level in 25 seconds.

Since it is a level that cannot be played in Free Play, all collectibles can only be obtained in Story.

Minikit Canisters
1. Destroy ten TIE Fighters in the first area to obtain this minikit.
2. Find three grape blocks throughout the level to get this minikit:
  1. On the first Star Destroyer of the first area, destroy the first turret on the right to reveal this grape block.
  2. In the fourth Star Destroyer of the first area, destroy the second turret on the left to reveal this grape block.
  3. North of the core in the second area, destroy the panels on the right side to reveal this grape block.
3. On the first Star Destroyer of the first area, quickly fly over six buttons in the center to get this minikit.
4. On the second Star Destroyer of the first area, quickly fly over six buttons in the center to get this minikit.
5. On the third Star Destroyer of the first area, quickly fly over six buttons in the center to get this minikit.
6. On the fourth Star Destroyer of the first area, quickly fly over six buttons in the center to get this minikit.
7. Complete the first area without dying to obtain this minikit.
8. Destroy ten TIE Fighters in the second area to obtain this minikit.
9. As you move towards the second area, you will find sixteen buttons on each side. Fly over them quickly to reveal this minikit.
10. Complete the second area without dying to obtain this minikit.

Invincibility Red Power Brick
- North of the core in the second area, you'll find several panels blocking this Red Power Brick. Destroy the panels to reach this Red Power Brick.

Unlockables[]

The minikit model in this level is a TIE Bomber. In Mos Eisley Cantina you can buy Admiral Ackbar, Yoda (Ghost), Ben Kenobi (Ghost), Anakin Skywalker (Ghost), IG-88, Bossk, 4-LOM and Dengar. In addition you would have the complete game and you can go to previous levels to play them in Free Play to get minikits and red power bricks that you couldn't before and get missing True Jedi. After collecting the Red Power Brick, you can purchase Invincibility.
