Hovitos Temple is the third custom level of the original adventures portion from LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. It is the third custom level of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Level Prelude[]
On the island in the upper right corner of the hub, use a character with explosives to destroy the giant silver skulls blocking the entrance to the Hovitos Temple and head inside to start this level.
Level Walkthrough[]
You start in an area with steps next to you. Go up the stairs and turn right, but watch out for the LEGO head shooting bullets on the landing. Use Indy's whip to go through the gap above the lava to the next ledge on the right. Grab the 3 spears from the shelf, then throw them into the sockets in the back wall. Go back to the landing and use the spears to jump over the lava to the ledge beyond. Jump up to the next ledge to the right, then use Sallah to dig up the buried sections of the checkerboard floor. Push a brown box all the way to the left, then climb on top of it and jump to the wall ahead and from there to the ledge to the left. Then turn a crank there to raise 3 small platforms just ahead, then use the closest platform you just raised to return to the center ledge with the 2 red buttons. Have both characters jump and step on each of the 2 buttons. This will raise a bridge that leads to the next island in the lava pool. Cross the bridge and carefully jump onto each of the 3 center saw blades as they retract, then turn another crank to the left to lower the lava level, revealing a new section of walkway to the right. At the end of this walkway, destroy the skeletons to reveal 2 red buttons and step on them to raise 3 platforms in the lava to the left. Go back to the top of the stairs, then jump across the 3 platforms you just climbed up and fight a Hovitos Tribesman on the other side. From here, you will have to go to one of the two sides. On the left side, defeat 2 Hovitos Tribesmen who were waiting for you. Use Sallah to dig up the buried section of the checkerboard floor, then push 2 brown boxes to the left and right rear corners of the tiled area. Turn a crank to activate a set of laser beams. This will cause the 3 rays to shine in all 3 mirrors, opening the door in the left rear corner. Go through the door and push a brown box along the checkerboard tiles to the right, then use it to climb up the low wall and then jump onto the ledge below. Pull a lever to activate another laser beam, which will hit the mirror next to it. This will also raise 2 platforms up into the lava, allowing you to jump back onto the long, crooked ledge where you were before. On the right side, defeat a Hovitos Tribesman so he doesn't bother you. Use Indy's whip to grab the orange ring above and swing to the ledge below, then jump to the next ledge to the left. (It's a little hard to see since it's partially hidden behind the tower with the dynamite.) Defeat one more Hovitos Tribesman, then push a brown box along the checkerboard tiles to the right to clear a path for Sallah to enter. Switch to him to dig up the glowing patch on the ground to unearth a ladder, then climb to the top, grab a pack of dynamite and throw it onto the silver bar on the edge of the next ledge to the left. When this obstruction is destroyed, jump onto that ledge and pull a lever to activate another laser beam. This will also raise a series of small platforms that you can use to jump across the lava back to the long, crooked ledge. Once both lasers are activated, the door in front of the Artifact will open, and a moving platform in front of the room will rise for you to reach. Use the moving platform to reach the room and grab the Artifact to end the level.
