Gotham Docks is the sixth villain level in the Nintendo DS version of LEGO Batman: The Videogame. It is the first villain level of Power-Crazed Penguin.
Story[]
In their secret cave in the Arctic World, the Penguin's Group is having a good time until their leader, the Penguin, arrives. Interrupting their pastime, the Penguin shows them a Penguin Minion. Killer Croc thinks there's nothing special about the Penguin Minion. The Penguin then presses a button on a remote control to prove to Killer Croc that the Penguin Minion is aggressive. He then shows his plan to his group. His plan is to build a machine that will make a total of millions of Penguin Minions, and then threaten Gotham City.
To begin his plan, the Penguin recruits Bane and heads to the Gotham Docks. There, he sees a box with an antenna needed for the machine. To get it, the Penguin docks his submarine at the docks and then jumps onto the docks with Bane. They then cross the docks and have the crane place the box into the submarine. However, Bane notices Batman and Robin, so he confronts them while the Penguin escapes.
Walkthrough[]
You start on a wooden dock. Go south, build a ladder and climb it. Then go to the right and two Security Guards will attack you. Defeat them, go back left and build a hatch. Enter it with the Penguin and glide to the green container in front. Push a crate to the edge to knock it down and build a lever connected to a forklift. Pull the lever to turn the forklift button from green to red. Step on it with Base to activate the forklift lift and reach the roof of the right yellow container. On the roof of that container, pull a pair of golden handles to destroy the door of a red container and reveal another box. Push the box to the conveyor belt on the right, activating a lever. Pull the lever to open a garage door. Use Bane to pull another pair of golden handles and move a truck. Hop on the roof of the truck with the Penguin and glide to the roof on the right. On that roof, build a hatch, enter it and pull a lever on the left. This will allow you to build a hatch below, but will also open a garage door where two police officers will come out. Go back down and defeat both police officers. Build the hatch and enter it with the Penguin. The Penguin will automatically pull a lever to open another garage door. Have both characters step on two buttons to open a door that will take you to the next area.
In the next area, go right and use Bane to pull a red container and reveal a hatch. Enter it with the Penguin to build a pair of golden handles on the green container on the left. Use Bane to push the green container and knock down a yellow container. Use the yellow container as a ramp to reach the roof of the greenish-yellow container and destroy a gray box on the right to build a hatch. Go into that hatch with the Penguin and pull a lever on the left to turn two green buttons into red. Have both characters step on those two buttons to activate the elevator and take Bane to the ledge. Then, go forward and have both characters step on two buttons again to open the door that will take you to the next area.
In the next area, two policemen will notice you. Defeat them, build a hatch on the northwest side and enter it with the Penguin. Build a ladder for Bane and pull a lever to lower a crane platform. Jump onto the platform, use the Penguin to glide to the roof of the red container on the right and build a lever connected to a forklift. Pull it so that the green button on the forklift turns red. Stepping on it will raise the elevator platform, allowing you to carry a blue brick to the ledge above. From here, you'll need to find three blue bricks and place them in a build-it machine on the ledge in front. You will find the first blue brick inside a box in the center. Destroy the box to reveal the blue brick, grab it and take it to the build-it machine. To find the second blue brick, jump back onto the crane platform and jump to the ledge on the left. On that ledge, build a pair of golden handles and pull them with Bane to destroy a wall and reveal the second blue brick. Grab it, take it to the build-it machine and place it. To find the third blue brick, return to the roof of the container on the right and quickly step on nine square buttons to build another pair of golden handles below. Pull them with Bane to destroy the container door and find the third blue brick inside. Grab it, take it to the build-it machine and place it. By placing the three blue bricks in the build-it machine, you can build a lever. Pull it to make the crane platform grab a blue container and move it to clear a path. Two police officers will come from the cleared path. Defeat them and cross the cleared path to reach the final area.
In the final area, two Security Guards will notice you. One will come down from the ledge, while the other side will stay there shooting at you. Defeat the one that came down and use the weapon of one of the two characters to defeat the one on the ledge. Then destroy a gray box on the left side to build a ladder. Climb up it and quickly step on eight buttons to build a pair of golden handles below. Pull them with Bane to move the red container to the right. Return to the roof of the container and use the Penguin to glide to the ledge where the guards were. On that ledge, cross the gap, go right and pull a lever to make a lever drop a gray box and destroy it. Two SWATs will come from a boat. Go back downstairs and defeat the two SWATs. Then, build a button on the right and step on it to raise another forklift platform. Jump over the fence to cross it and finish the level.

- Minikit Canisters
- (S) Find three Riddler tokens throughout the level to get this minikit:
- In the first area, destroy a crate north of the conveyor belt to reveal this Riddler token.
- Inside the red container of the third area, destroy the white boxes in front to reveal this Riddler token.
- In the final area, destroy a gray box on the right side to reveal this Riddler token.
- (F) In the first area, inside the garage where two police officers come out, build a suit swapper and use it with Robin or Nightwing to put on the Magno Suit. Then, return to the roof of the green container and use the Magno Suit to climb a metal wall. On the roof of the highest container, use a glide character to reach the rooftop on the right and destroy a box in the upper right corner to reveal this minikit.
- (S) On the left ledge of the second area, climb up onto the roof of the knocked-over yellow container. Then go right, jump onto the roof in front and go left to find this minikit.
- (F) On the roof of the right container of the third area, use Robin or Nightwing's Magno Suit to climb a metal wall and reach this minikit.
- (S) When the SWAT boat arrives in the final area, jump onto it and destroy a gray box to reveal this minikit.
- (S) Find three Riddler tokens throughout the level to get this minikit:
- Bane Joker Card
- (S) On the roof with the third minikit, destroy a crate on the right to reveal a hatch. Enter it with a small character to reach a distant platform and destroy a box on the right to reveal this Joker Card.
Unlockables[]
After completing the level, you unlock The Penguin. In Arkham Asylum you will be able to continue to The Rooftops.
