This Gold Brick is obtained automatically by using 20,000 bricks to build a Helipad during the Back on the Case chapter. (Look here for more information.)
On the north side of the LEGO City Gym, you will find an ATM next to a wall. Use a Robber character to smash it and complete one of the eighteen ATM Smash challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the west side of the LEGO City Gym, use some railings to cross a fence and enter a small area where you will find a table with a red jug. Use a Construction character on the table with the red jug to drink coffee and complete one of the twenty Coffee Break challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the highest roof of the gym, use a Fireman character to open a boarded up door and then use an Astronaut character on a Teleport Pad to teleport to a higher roof. There, cross two obstacles and jump over three poles to reach a ledge where you will find a free run token. Grab it to unlock a Free Run at the place where you started climbing. Go back to where you started climbing and head to the designated spot to start the Free Run. In the Free Run, take the same route you did until you reach the place where you grabbed the free run token to win the race. You have 30 seconds to win it, but there are five clocks along the way that you can grab to set the time back 20, 16, 14, 11, or 10 seconds. Winning the race will give you this Gold Brick.
On the giant crocodile balloon where you found the second vehicle token, you will find an Audio Scan point above the snout. Use a Police character on it to detect an audio with static. Scan it and you'll hear a gang of criminals say they're going to cause trouble on Carousel Road. After this, a troublemaker hotspot will appear near Carousel Road. Get off the giant crocodile balloon, then go down some stairs and go to the troublemaker hotspot near Carousel Road in 50 seconds. When you get there, the five gang members will appear causing trouble on Carousel Road. Go towards them and they will attack you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. When you have one member left, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the sixteen Gang Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the north of the location, you will find a lit barbecue next to an archway. Use a Fireman character to put out the barbecue fire and complete one of the seventeen Extinguish Fires BBQ challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the north of the location, you will find a circular Super Build. If you have more than 50,000 bricks, use them to build The Deep Sea Spin and get this Gold Brick.
To the west of the gym, you will find another Super Build. If you have more than 8,000 bricks, use them to build a Call-in Point and get this Gold Brick.
In the northwest of the location, you will find a large slide. Go up the stairs and enter the door to reach the top, where you will find a Criminal Scan point. Use a Police character on it to detect a thief stealing a fire truck. Scan him and he will get into the fire truck to escape from you. Use a zip line to get off the slide, get on the police car that a police helicopter leaves you and chase the thief. His fire truck has five hearts. Hit it continuously to remove hearts until you destroy it. When you destroy his fire truck, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the twelve Vehicle Robber Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the southeast corner of the location, you will find a blue box with a police logo near the road. Destroy it to build a Disguise Booth and get this Gold Brick.
On the east side of the location, you will find a green pot on the right side of an alley. Use a Farmer character on it to water flowers and complete one of the twenty Flower Watering challenges, also obtaining this Gold Brick.
A little north of the gym, you will find two stairs that lead to the subway. Go down the one on the east side, where you will find a green and white drawer. Destroy it to build a ticket machine and activate the Festival Square Station, earning this Gold Brick.
Northeast of the gym, behind a stall, you'll find a cat trapped in a cement awning. Use a Fireman character to rescue it and complete one of the seventeen Rescue Cats challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
In the northeast corner of the location, you will find another ATM. Use a Robber character to smash it and complete another of the eighteen ATM Smash challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the northeast of the location, you will find a blue and white barrel in the middle of a grass area. Destroy it to build a blue trampoline, which will take you to one of the three giant pig balloons above. Bounce on them to reach the roof of a building. There, jump along the ledges on the right and swing on a blue pole to reach a ledge where you will find a lost pig. Get on it and follow the path of ghost studs until you take it to a pig cannon in the middle of the canaval, where you will put it inside. Finally, use a Farmer character to load the cannon and shoot the pig towards the Fort Meadows farm, completing one of the twenty-two Return Pigs challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
On the second floor of the hospital, in the hallway where the first destroyed walls are located, exit through the north wall to find an electrical box. Use a Construction character to repair it and step on a button. This will start one of the seventeen Drill Thrill challenges. In it, you have to drill twenty-eight ventilation floors in 1:20. Start with those on the north side first and then those on the south side. After drilling all twenty-eight ventilation floors in time, you will win the challenge, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the highest roof of the hospital, you will find a position above the ledge where you found the eleventh character token. Use an Astronaut character to get there and place an Astronaut flag, completing one of the twenty Conquer Districts challenges and obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the roof where you found the twelfth character token, go left to find a space box. Use an Astronaut character to open it and reveal a Space Alien. Chase it and when you see the action button flashing above it, quickly press it to catch it. After this, you will complete one of the seventeen Aliens Catching challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the southwest corner of the location, you will find a light gray rock surrounded by flowers hidden by a pile of black rocks. Use a Miner character to destroy the pile of black rocks and then the light gray rock, completing one of the twenty-two Destroy Boulders challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
In the northeast corner of the hospital parking lot, you will find two garage doors. Use a Robber character to open a normal door on the left and begin one of thirteen Vehicle Robbery challenges. In this challenge, you will have to escort an ambulance to the garage of a shed located at the LEGO City Airport. Your vehicle has four hearts and police cars will chase you. Crashing into them will take a heart from you. The best thing to complete this challenge is to follow the path of ghost studs and avoid crashing into cars and walls. When you reach the drop-off point at the LEGO City Airport, you will store your vehicle in the garage and complete this challenge, earning this Gold Brick.
At the carnival, you will find four white balloons. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint them the correct color using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for the correct color swapper. After painting them, this character token will appear in front of some stairs, east of a basketball game. The locations of the white balloons are shown below:
The first two white balloons surround the giant yellow star balloon in the northeast. The first one should be red, while the second one should be yellow.
The third white balloon is west of the clock tower in the north. It must be blue.
The fourth white balloon is to the north, before a ramp leading to Pagoda. It must be yellow.
In the northwest of the location, climb a ladder on the east side of the clock tower and go around the tower to find a Teleport Pad behind. Use an Astronaut character on it to teleport to the top of the large slide. There, use a Farmer character on a Super Chicken point to make six green rings appear. Cross them with the chicken to reach the top of the clock tower, where you will find that one of the faces is white. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint it gold using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a gold color swapper. After painting it gold, the face will open and this character token will appear on the first floor of the tower. Jump inside the tower and drop to the first floor to reach this character token. The tower doors will then open so you can leave.
At the carnival, win nine basketball mini-games to reveal this character token under the south bridge. Three of them are blank and will require you to use a Robber character to paint them red, so it is recommended to use the Super Color Gun extra. After revealing this character token, wall jump from a blue and white wall and grab under the bridge to reach this character token. The locations of the basketball mini-games are shown below:
The first three basketball minigames are to the north.
The next three basketball minigames are to the northeast.
The last three basketball minigames are east of the giant yellow star balloon.
In the southeast of the location, you will find a closed bookstore. Use a Robber character to open it and inside it, go to the far left to find this character token.
In the southeast of the location, you will find an alcove of two blue and white walls. Climb them and walk to the left jumping from three blue walkways. Then, walk to the left of a white edge and two blue walkways, and jump to a handhold to another white edge. There, walk left and move to the left of a drainpipe to reach a high ledge. On that high ledge, cross three obstacles to the left and use a zip line to reach the awning with this character token.
On the southeast side of the hospital, you will find this character token on top of a roof. Use a Police character to reach the roof and go right to find this character token.
On the highest roof of the gym, use a Farmer character on a Super Chicken point in the upper right corner to make three green rings appear. Cross them with the chicken to reach the giant chicken balloon. There, use a zip line to reach the giant shark balloon and then use another zip line to reach the first giant pig balloon. Bounce off it to reach a handhold and then to the second giant pig balloon, where you will have to bounce higher to reach the third one. Bounce off the third giant pig balloon to reach the giant crocodile balloon, where you'll find this vehicle token at the end.
In the small area where you got the third Gold Brick, destroy a blue and white barrel to build a blue trampoline. Bounce on it to reach the roof of the gym, where you will have to go to one of the two paths crossing obstacles. After crossing the obstacles, use a Farmer character in a red pot to grow a plant that you can use as a wall. Then climb up it, scale a blue and white wall, and then climb up a drainpipe to reach the next roof. There, cross three obstacles on one of the two paths and build a blue trampoline. Bounce off it to reach a wall and climb it to reach the highest roof of the gym. On the highest roof, go behind the ledge with a free run token on it to find this hidden Red Brick.
