Engine Trouble! is the fifty-third mission of LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins. It is the third mission to take place in Downtown.

You Need a Fire Truck[]
- [When starting the mission]
- Fire Chief Burns: The fire's spread outside, but we can't open up our fire truck bays. The whole city could go up in flames and we couldn't do a thing about it.
- Chase McCain: I'll get to it then.
- Fire Chief Burns: Fire's too big. You'll need to use a fire truck. There's one in the yard here. Fix the water jet, fill her up, and she's good to go. [He opens the gate]

Walkthrough[]
Mission Prelude[]
After completing the previous mission, Burns will tell you that there is another job for you. Follow him to the gate on the right to start this mission.
Mission Walkthrough[]
When starting the mission, Burns will tell you that the city is on fire, and to do so, you'll need a fire truck. He will open the gate for you that will take you to the backyard. In the backyard, you'll have to repair the fire truck. First, use the Police suit at a point with a police logo to follow the footprints and find buried bricks. Use them to build the southwest part of the truck. Then destroy a wooden box on the left to build the western part. Lastly, destroy a gray box to build the central part. After rebuilding all three parts, turn a valve in the lower right corner to fill the truck with water. With the water filled, put on your Fireman suit and climb into the back of the truck. At the back, aim at the large flames with the water cannon and hold the Y button to spray water and put out the flames. With the flames out, you'll climb into the front of the truck. Drive to the designated place and hop back in the back. Extinguish the following large flames surrounding an electrical box. Then, get off the truck and use the Construction suit to repair the electrical box. This will open two fire truck bays, completing the mission.
