Destroying Starkiller is the thirty-fifth level of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It is the fifth and final level of The Force Awakens.

Story

Han Solo and Chewbacca landed on Starkiller. They put bombs to blow the base up. While they were escaping, they met Han's son - Kylo Ren. The Knight of Ren tried to attack them, however his lightsaber broke. Han Solo went to fix it accidentally making a hole in the ground with it. He gave Kylo his saber, who threw him out of platform. Chewie was furious and tried to shoot Kylo. The Starkiller Base was on fire.

Then, The Resistance Pilots with Poe Dameron as their captain arrived on Starkiller and flew to attack the base. The base was defended by TIE Fighters and Cannons. After a close battle The Resistance found a new hole to get into the base. They flew in a trench run. The Resistance blew up the base. Meanwhile Rey and Finn were thrown away by the explosion. Rey landed on a tree and quicly managed to get on the ground. Meanwhile Finn landed on a snow pile. They tried to go tho the Millennium Falcon, but were stopped by Kylo Ren. He lit on his saber and called Finn a traitor. Finn lit his lightsaber but it's blade jumped off. Rey then turned it on again and it worked fine.

Finn fight with Kylo, who wants to take his lightsaber with him. After some time Kylo escapes making two trees collapse. He did this to make catching him more difficult. Fortunately, Finn easily managed to get through the trees. Rey then saw Kylo's footprints and they go after them. They come across a group of First Order Cold Weather Assault Troopers, who fell in lava. They finally found Kylo, who called them pathetic. Starkiller started falling apart, but heroes were still chasing Kylo Ren. Furious Kylo finally attacked Finn. Suprisingly, The Knight of Ren was losing to a newbie Finn. He finally knocked Finn out and almost took his lightsaber, but Rey used the force to take it away from him. She gave Finn a blaster and kept the lightsaber for herself. Then, Kylo escaped again and some First Order Cold Weather Assault Trooper attacked them. They defeated them all. Then, a TIE Fighter crashed right next to them, which created a bridge to go up with it's wing. After some time, they came across Kylo, who angrily commanded few troopers to attack them. He escaped again to a higher ground. Rey used a net to reach him. Very angry Kylo then attacked Rey. However, even through Rey was holding a lightsaber for the first time, she managed to win against Kylo. Furious Kylo then cut down a tree with hit Finn in the head and knocked him out. Rey put down her saber and slapped Kylo, who was almost hit with his lightsaber. The planet broke down even more. Then Chewbacca told them to get on the Millenium Falcon. Because Finn was hit again and was uncountious, Chewie took him with him, while Rey retrieved her lightsaber. The Resistance escaped The Starkiller, which blew up.

Walkthrough

Level Prelude

Firstly, enter the base. The marker will show you where to go. After that, sneak attack a Stormtrooper. Chewie will then drop a bag with explosives. Use Han to pick one up. The yellow marking will show you where you can plant them. There are four in total. To get one on the left you have to move a big red box to the center. This will make going there possible. Try to not be caught by a Stormtrooper, even break them when possible. Their field of view can be seen with yellow and black lines on the ground. Also, you don't have to be quiet, because the Stormtroopers cannot hear you, even if you make much noise. After planting them all simply go back to the top and start the level.

Flying Section

To pass the first section, you have to break 10 TIE Fighters, 15 Cannons and 15 Antennas. Try to destroy them as efficiently as possible to avoid losing any studs. You can also try to get the "Heck of a Pilot" challenge here.

In the next area simply press right trigger to shoot. Try to avoid dying too. There isn't much challenge in this section.

Vs. Kylo Ren

Even through the game tells you to "Defend yourself", you don;t have to be defensive. Simply press the attack button when you are close to Kylo. He will take some damage if you do everything correctly. Now do the same thing again until his health drops very low. When it's very low, he will hold you. To finish him, you have to spam a button that appears on-screen (it is different on every platform). Then, he will cut down two trees. Destroy the glowing part using Finn and follow the yellow marks on the ground. Avoid falling in lava, as you will lose studs with no way to get them back. After some time, you will have to fight Kylo for a second time, but it's the same thing as before. However, he now uses slam attacks. They do more damage than normal, light attacks, so try to avoid being hit by it. It's damaage field can be seen with a red circle on the ground. Again hit the attack button when close to him until his health bar drops drops to a very low level. There is also a spamming section here. When you defeat him, First Order Cold Weather Assault Trooper will appear, which you have to defeat. Also a TIE Fighter will crash leaving it's wing as a bridge to go up. Now, follow the yellow markers to finish off Kylo. Cold Weather Troopers will appear, but this time beating them is not neccesary. Use Rey to put a net on a wall and get up on it. When you get down, Kylo will try to pull you, but spam the button on screen to avoid taking damage. Now, it's the same boss fight again. After performing an attack, he will stop for a second, which is a great moment to hit him. Hit him until his health bar drops to around 25%. Then, another spamming section will appear. This will drop his health bar even lower, until it drops to zero. When it does so, the level will end.

Collectables

S means this collectable can be collected in story. F means that in order to collect this collectable, player will have play this level in free play.

Minikits

1. (S) Destroy 10 cannons on the sides on the Trench Run.
2. (S) Also on the Trench Run. To get it try to fly as low as possible. It is located near the end of this section.
3. (F) After the TIE Fighter crashes go to the far right side of the level. Then, use a Jedi to force three blocks up and jump up to collect the minikit.
4. (S) After going up using TIE Fighter's wing choose the right path and jump on the left when you see Snowtroopers.
5. (S) In the same area on the right use Rey (or a different Scavenger) to make a Breaker Blaster and use it to break a cracked wall with a canister.

Challenges

1. (S) Heck of a Pilot! - Avoid three missiles locked on to you. When a missile is locked on you, a message "Missile Incoming" will appear. To avoid it, press either left ot right trigger. This has to be done three times (in one playthrough) in order to complete it. Dying also counts as breaking the locks.
2. (F) Snow Joke - Throw a snowman at Kylo Ren. In the second fight against Kylo, there will be a few white and grey rocks lying around. Break them and build a snowman. Now, use a Jedi and throw it on Kylo. The snowman will respawn untill you get this challenge.
3. (S) Keeping a Cool Head - Shoot of helmets of 5 Snowtroopers. After the second fight with Kylo, more Snowtroopers will appear. Use Finn to shoot of their helmets. Remember to aim at their helmets for them to fall off.
