- He and C-3PO are the only characters in the game who can be unlocked in a bonus level.
- Him and Yoda cannot be thrown by Sidious/Dooku's force lightning.
- This is a reference to him shrugging off Sidious' lightning to save his son at the end of Episode VI.
- Despite being Sidious' apprentice, he is still able to choke him.
- Vader has unused breathing sounds, which are left over from previous games.
