Darth Maul is the sixth level of LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. It is the sixth and final level of The Phantom Menace.

Opening Crawl[]

The Trade Federation army has been
neutralized by Anakin Skywalker, but
the battle continues in the Royal

Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi
have one more enemy to face....

Story[]

Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn encountered Darth Maul. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon decided to fight Maul while Padmé and Captain Panaka took the long way. During the battle, Qui-Gon was stabbed by Darth Maul. Obi-Wan sliced Maul in half as revenge for his fallen master. Meanwhile, Anakin destroyed the Control Ship and all the Battle Droids the Gungans were fighting went haywire. There was a huge celebration with Boss Nass announcing peace.

Walkthrough[]

First, defeat the Battle Droids by deflecting their blasters and then Darth Maul will throw items at you. Send the objects to him to remove a heart. Repeat this three times and you will go to the second area.

In the second area, chase Darth Maul by jumping between platforms and avoiding falling. You will have to use Force on two platforms to cross.

In the third area, after jumping from platform to platform, Darth Maul will run away from you and two Commander Battle Droids will call in an army of Battle Droids. Defeat them to make them stop calling and spawn two Droidekas that you have to defeat to press two buttons to chase Darth Maul.

In the fourth area, Darth Maul will continue to run away and force fields will activate. Force one lever while the other character lowers the other to deactivate the force fields and follow Darth Maul.

In the fifth area, you will have to simply defeat Darth Maul. After taking 10 hearts from him, he will get on one of the three platforms and throw items at you. Send the items to him and he will go to another platform and after the third one you can follow him damaging, only this time you will have to change characters when he uses his Dark Force. Remove the remaining hearts to finish the level.

Collectables[]

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

  • Minikit Canisters
    1. (F) Fix the Naboo Starfighter with the Force and use a high-jump character to get to the minikit.
    2. (S) It's almost the same as the previous one, only this time the Naboo Starfighter does not have to be repaired or use a high-jump character.
    3. (F) Use the Force on all the lights in the dark room to make the minikit appear.
    4. (F) It is located just below the end of the second area, use a bounty hunter to destroy the silver wall and get the minikit.
    5. (F) Use a grapple character and then a high-jump character to get to a high floor, then use Force on a gear to make the platform go up and use a high-jump character again to reach it.
    6. (F) Use an imperial member to interact with an Imperial panel to make the floating platform on the left turn and the minikit can be grabbed.
    7. (S) Use the beam of light on the upper right and stay there to get a minikit.
    8. (F) In the final area, spend 6 hearts on Darth Maul for him to build a platform for him to stand on. Use a high-jump character to reach the minikit.
    9. (F) It's in the same place as the previous one, only it's on another platform that Maul built to give him an item.
    10. (F) Like the previous two, it is on another platform that Darth Maul built in the same place.
  • Force Grapple Leap Red Power Brick
    • (F) Get on a platform and use the Force with another platform while the other player is there to reach a roof that you will have to use an Imperial member to interact with an Imperial panel that will open a door that will lead to a dark room where you have to press 10 buttons to spawn the red power brick.
  • Blue Minikit Canisters
    1. At the beginning of the level, go to the left corner to find this blue minikit.
    2. After winning the first phase against Darth Maul, use a character with the Force to repair the Naboo Starfighter on the left. Then, continue using a character with the Force to pull two levers on both and open a door with this blue minikit.
    3. At the end of the first area, get on one of the two yellow platforms and use a character with the Force to lift the other platform while the AI ​​lifts yours. Next, use an Imperial member to open a door to a red area where you'll find this blue minikit in the middle.
    4. While chasing Darth Maul in the second area, use a character with a blaster to climb up to the ledge above and you'll find this blue minikit in the left corner.
    5. Near the end of the second area, use a bounty hunter to destroy the silver wall under the bridge and find this blue minikit.
    6. When the Commander Battle Droids start calling in the third area, go to the beam of light in the lower left corner of the area and stay there to reach this blue minikit.
    7. Behind the Commander Battle Droid on the left side of the third area, you will find this blue minikit.
    8. In the same area, go to the beam of light in the upper right corner of the area and stay there to reach this blue minikit.
    9. Before you deactivate the last force field in the fourth area, you will find this blue minikit on the right side.
    10. In the final area, use a high-jumper character to reach the platform on the left and do another high jump to reach this blue minikit.

Unlockables[]

The minikit model in this level is a Sith Infiltrator. In Mos Eisley Cantina you can buy Darth Maul. After collecting the Red Power Brick, you can purchase Force Grapple Leap.

Trivia[]

  • This is one of only three normal levels in the game to have a purple stud, the others being Escape from Naboo and Rescue the Princess. Coincidentally, Obi-Wan is playable in all three levels.
  • Padmé wears her Battle of Naboo outfit in the opening cutscene which fixes the error in the first game and the PSP version of LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy where she wore her Tatooine outfit.
  • The astromech panel in the first section was changed to an Imperial panel.
  • The utility vehicle from the 7141 Naboo Fighter set was replaced by a rideable vehicle which is also in Retake Theed Palace and Death Star Escape.
  • The astromech panels in the third section were replaced by Imperial panels.
