This article contains cut content from LEGO City Undercover. Most of the things present here were taken for The Cutting Room Floor page for this game.
Characters[]
LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins characters[]
Because the cutscenes from LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins were rendered in the main game's engine, there are some unused characters from the prequel. This means that most of the characters from The Chase Bengins are present in the files of this game. Suprisingly, Intern Honey is present in this game's files even through he does not appear in any cutscene from the prequel.
Harbor Cop[]
Harbor Cop 1 and 2 are characters probably related to a scrapped role called "Harbor Police" (more about it later). Interestingly, they both share a leather jacket design, which isn't used by any other character.
Unused Chase Variants[]
A E3 2011 design of Chase was taken out from the files before the games release. There only exist a few leftover textures for it. However, there exist a character called COPUNDERCOVER which seems to be from after E3 2011 but before E3 2012.
There also exists an underwear version of Chase, which is only playable, if You replace it an existing character.
Buddy characters[]
Buddy characters seem to be the first (or one of the first) version(s) of the Player 2. They are fully complete and it has to be replaced with an existing character to be playable. Only Civilian, Police and Robber Buddies are unused, other buddies are used as the Player 2 design for Chase.
Titanic Characters[]
Titanic characters appear in the opening cutscene of LEGO City Undercover and there exists an unused icon for each of these characters. This means that in some point of time these two were meant to be playable.
CIVILIAN_MAYORGLEESONCHAINJ[]
This is the older version of Mayor Gleeson with a golden chain. It is playable when you replace an existing character for it.
WORSTCASE[]
He is a terrifying clown. It is unknown what was he supposed to be used for.

He is simply Deputy Dunby without his hat.

It is similar to a normal Mayor Gleeson but without her sash.
Female Cop[]
There are only two textures remaining from this character. It can possibly be an early version of Grace Makepiece.
German Torsos[]
There exist few police torsos with a German version of a word "Police" (it is "Polizei" in German)
Luke Skywalker Sand Jacket[]
It is a texture from Luke Skywalker (Bespin) from LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. The reason it is here is unknown.
Vehicles[]

Toiler[]
Toier is a small train, that even has a logo.
Octan Toiler[]
It's very similar to the last vehicle, however it has an Octan Branding.
Fuel Carriage[]
Fuel Carriage is a small fuel tank, which could possibly could have been attached to the toiler.
Rubadub[]
Rubadub is small row boat, which is playable has an icon and few animations.
Hauler[]
Hauler is a ferry, that is playable. It can be seen when Chase steals a Moon Buggy for Chan Chuang.
Minnow[]
Minnow is a police boat, which is completely unused
Behemoth[]
It is a dinosaur skeleton, which Chase stole in The Colossal Fossil Hustle level. It is playable if modded as a character.
Prowler[]
A dinosaur skeleton, which is missing few claws. It's very similar to Behemoth.
Castaway[]
A farmer boat from the final cutscene of The Chase Begins. It's also here because The Chase Begins cutscenes where done in the main engine.
Garbagescow[]
Garbagescow is a boat that appears in a cutscene, when Chase follows Disguised Natalia. It is spawnable, but it's buggy and incomplete.
Conduit[]
Conduit is a rollable pipe. It is spawnable, but doing so will freeze the Player.
Traghetti[]
Traghetti is a canoe, which has a model, a logo (in the creator's portfolio) and some code, but it's unplayable.
Warden[]
Warden is a school bus that can be seen in a cutscene, when Auburn Bay Bridge is reopened. This character cannot be played and there are only a few .txt file left like CIVIC_US_SCHOOLBUS. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes use the same School Bus model as in the cutscene.
Elifant[]
Elifant is a plane that is playable, but it cannot fly. It is used only on the airport as a decoration.
Shark[]
For unknown reason, Shark was supposed to be a rideable character. There is only a page of code leftover for this rideable animal.

A level with a few buildings and walls used for testing characters
TARGETTESTING[]
An area with shooting signs tested for targetting.
Police Station Buffer Minigame[]
The files suggest, that there would be a Buffer minigame, which would appear on the first floor of the Police Station. Unused dialogue from Frank Honey supports this thesis.
"Ooh, Sparkly! The floor looks so clean I could eat my dinner out of it and not get really ill this time..."
"Which, by the way, is how those stains got there in the first place!"
Bea Heckerson Flower Minigame[]
Another minigame in the Police Station, refers to Bea Heckerson. By the dialogue, it seems that Player would have to find a lost flower, who someone took. This game has 10 unused dialogue to it.
Locations[]
IS_Delphino_2810[]
The name suggests, that this game might have gotten another island, which was Delphino from Super Mario Sunshine.
Unused Districts[]
There are four districts that are seeable, but are out of bounds in the game. The first one is a port. The second one is a group of block of flats. In the third one there are dirt fields. The fourth one seems to be some coastal city. The Player has no way to reach these districts without going out of bounds. They seem to be some new districts that were supposed to be added to the remaster (they are absent in the Wii U release), but were scrapped for unknown reasons.
Side Missions[]
Taxi (Frantic Fares)[]
Taxi missions were side missons that were definitely the furthest in the development. Player's job was to pick up passengers and take them whereever they had to. For a done mission, Player would get studs. The better he did, the more he would get. This mission has a lot of UI and dialogue left over. The mission was also translated to other languages (like Spanish). This mission was cut most probably very late in the development.
Harvest[]
The harvest was another side missions that would probably take place in Fort Meadows. As the name suggests, Player would have to harvest a field. There exists a side mission icon and an unused Super Build icon for this minigame. It also has some dialogue left over, but not as many as the Taxi minigame.
UFO[]
The UFO mission was a side mission most probably about abducting farm animals. Like Harvest minigame, it would probably take place in Fort Meadows. There is also some dialogue left over.
Races[]
As the name suggests, this minigame would have been about racing with other character - like in The Chase Begins. There exist some code and icon for this minigame.
Fire Truck[]
Another minigame, which would probably be more missions for Firefighter characters. There exists some code and a logo for this minigame.
Repair Truck[]
There is a repair truck in the game and this minigame would probably related to it. There is code and an icon
Tow Truck[]
This minigame would probably be related to tow trucks, which made the cut and are playable in the game. It has code and an icon.
Baggage Carrier[]
This would probably be playable on the airport, however this concept didn't go very far. It has an icon. but nothing more. There isn't even code related to it.
Limousine[]
This mission would probably be similar to the taxi missions, which can be a reason why this was cut very early in the making. There is an icon, but no code is left.
Pizza Delivery[]
This minigame would be probably relate to Pizza Delivery Scooter. It would be probably a mission which is "Deliver Pizza from Point A to Point B". There is an icon, but not any code.
