City Hall is a location from LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.

Remote Terminal

The Remote Terminal at this location is located in the center of the area, near City Hall. It is locked with a gold lock, so you will have to destroy it using a heat character. This one is a Remote Terminal for air vehicles.

Purchasables

• Characters
  • Two-Face*
    • After activating the Remote Terminal, you can find this character on the roof of the City Hall. Use a flying character to reach him. In his boss fight, he will hide underground and five Two-Face Goons will come to attack you. Defeat them to return Two-Face to dry land. When he is back on solid ground, quickly approach him and hit him to remove a heart. When you remove the first heart, hit him again to remove the second heart, but be careful of his stomp attacks. When you remove the second heart from him, he will return underground and eight Two-Face Goons will attack you. Defeat them and remove Two-Face's last heart to defeat him. When you remove his three hearts, you can buy him for 125,000 studs.
  • Clark Kent*
    • After using the zip line as you head to the seventh Gold Brick, you will see a broken Gold Door on the right. 100 Gold Bricks are needed to build it. When you have 100 Gold Bricks, build the Gold Door to reveal Clark Kent. He costs 125,000 studs.

• Vehicles
  • Two-Face's Truck*
    • To the left of the City Hall stairs that lead you to the second Red Brick, you will find this vehicle parked. It costs 250,000 studs.
  • Clown Goon Boat*
    • You will find this vehicle at the dock where you can start a water race to obtain the fourth Gold Brick. It costs 100,000 studs. Note: This vehicle may be the most difficult in the entire game because the dock fences are too big to jump over.

• Red Bricks
  • Red Brick Finder Red Brick
    • On the right side of the dock west of City Hall, you will find a console with two remote controls. Activate one of these to control a toy ship and start a battleship minigame. In said minigame, destroy all the yellow toy ships to reveal this Red Brick. It costs 50,000 studs.
  • Extra Hearts Red Brick
    • Going up the stairs in front of the Remote Terminal, you will find a mystery box. Use the Riddler to open it and reveal this Red Brick, which costs 50,000 studs.

Collectables

• Gold Bricks
  1. In the northwest corner of the location, you will find this Gold Brick on top of a building that can only be reached using a flying character. Use a laser character to destroy a golden cage and obtain this Gold Brick.
  2. At the bottom of the building where you found the previous Gold Brick, you will find a panel with Robin's Magnet Suit. Put it on as Robin, climb the metal wall on the right and use a zip line on the left to reach the roof of another building. Use a magnet to remove a magnet lid from a panel with the Hazard Suit, put it on and clean the green chemicals from the left wall. (You can jump to the pond on the right if you run out of water meter.) Climb the wall you cleared, grab handholds to continue climbing, and climb a wall of purple chemicals. (Don't worry if you didn't clear them, Robin with his Hazard Suit is immune to them.) After grabbing three more handholds, you'll reach a roof filled with purple chemicals, along with a green tank to the right containing this Gold Brick. Clean all the purple chemicals, but it is advisable to clean the one on the left, the one on a panel with the Magnet Suit. Put your Magnet Suit back on, take out the magnet lid next to it to light up a panel with the Hazard Suit, climb the wall on the right and take out the magnet lid from a pond to reveal that the pond is full of green chemicals. Put your Hazard Suit back on, return to the green pond, and jump into it to fill your green chemical meter. Return to the roof with the green tank and throw green chemicals into the green hole to get this Gold Brick.
  3. In the lower left corner of the road surrounding City Hall, you will find a panel with Batman's Bat Suit. Put it on as Batman, destroy the glass walls next to it and climb up the normal wall. Follow the path of studs, destroy other glass walls to the right and climb another wall. Continue following the path of studs, scale another wall and destroy a glass container on the right to reveal a panel with the Power Suit. Put it on, use an explosive rocket to destroy a silver lid, and scale a wall. Follow the path of studs, walk along the planks on the right and use an explosive rocket to destroy a silver box and reveal a bat symbol. So, use a grappling hook on it to reach a platform and use a zip line to cross a huge gap and reach the platform of another building. Climb the right wall to reach the ceiling with this Gold Brick locked in a silver cage. Use an explosive rocket to destroy the silver cage and obtain this Gold Brick.
  4. After purchasing the Clown Goon Boat, hop on it and complete a water race to obtain this Gold Brick.
  5. In the southwest corner of the City Hall lawn, you will find three chemical tanks, three chemical pools, a panel with Robin's Hazard Suit on the left, and a box in the middle. Put on the Hazard Suit as Robin, jump into the pond at the bottom left to fill your orange chemical meter, and throw orange chemicals into the orange hole at the top right. Then, jump into the pond at the bottom to fill your green chemical meter, and throw green chemicals into the green hole at the top left. Then, jump into the pond at the bottom right to fill your purple chemical meter, and throw purple chemicals into the purple hole at the top. Finally, step on the three buttons on the three chemical tanks to open the box with this Gold Brick.
  6. In the southeast corner of the City Hall lawn, you will find five bouncing bushes. Destroy them quickly to reveal this Gold Brick.
  7. In the upper left corner of the road surrounding City Hall, you will find a panel with Batman's Bat Suit. Put it on as Batman, destroy the glass container next to it to reveal a bat symbol, and use a grappling hook on it to reach the ceiling above. Follow the path of studs, walk along the planks on the right and glide from the ceiling to the wall on the left. Climb the wall you glided to, continue following the path of studs and destroy the glass walls on the right to climb another wall. Destroy the glass container on the left to reveal a panel with the Power Suit and put it on. Destroy the silver fences on the right, walk on other planks, destroy other silver fences, and use a zip line to cross a gap. Follow the path of studs, destroy a silver lid to light a panel with the Electricity Suit and put it on. Walk along the plank on the left, jump to the electric roof, and climb up a wall. Climb the electric wall on the right to reach the roof above, absorb electricity from an electrical outlet on the right and transfer it to the electrical outlet on the left to open the container with a panel with the Bat Suit. Putting on the Bat Suit can be very difficult due to the electricity, so you will be electrocuted when you put it on. Destroy the glass walls next to it to climb a wall, grab two handholds and glide from the top roof of the building until you reach the wall of another building. Climb the wall you glided to, destroy a glass container in front and put on the Sensor Suit. Activate invisibility, climb the wall on the right without being seen by a security camera and grab three handholds on the left to climb one more wall and reach the roof above with this Gold Brick. Follow the path of studs to carefully advance along the electric floor and activate invisibility to grab this Gold Brick without being seen by another security camera.
  8. Behind the City Hall, you will find a panel with Robin's Magnet Suit. Put it on as Robin, scale the metal wall on the right and use a magnet to remove a metal cover from a panel with the Acrobat Suit. Put it on and do pole stunts to reach a platform. Transform into a trackball, move across the platform and run to the upper left to open the container with this Gold Brick.

• Civilians in Peril
  1. Next to a building near City Hall, you will find this Civilian in Peril trapped in a block of ice. Use a laser character to thaw the ice and save this civilian.
  2. To the right of the place where you can put on the Magnet Suit to begin your path to the second Gold Brick, you will find this Civilian in Peril being harassed by a Penguin Goon. Destroy the Penguin Goon to save this Civilian.
