Chan Chuang a minor antagonist in LEGO City Undercover whom Chase McCain briefly works for.
Story[]
Not much is known about Chan, he arrived in Lego City recently in the events of Undercover where he opened up a chop shop to fund his criminal empire, as such he is absent in the events of The Chase Begins. Later on down the line, Rex Fury hired him and Vinnie Pappalardo to obtain all sorts of expensive items.
He's shown to have an explosive temper and can easily switch between being calm and blowing his top at the smallest details.

LEGO City Undercover[]
Chase first hears about Chan while saving Frank Honey and the police truck when his gang kidnapped him. He is also the first crime boss Chase works under while undercover, replacing Bucky Butler. After stealing a car from Chan's rival and earning his trust, he will now contact Chase through his communicator.
After sneaking into the scrapyard to save Natalia, Dunby mentions that Chan fled the scene and later on, Ellie informs Chase that Chan's gang are all selling each other out. However it's unknown if Chan was arrested in the end or if he ever found out Chase was a cop.

- In the game's unused sound files, Chan has a stereotypical Asian accent. His voice was then changed to a more British sounding accent in the final game to avoid controversy
- In the car stealing mission, Chan's lines are different depending on the state of the car when Chase delivers it to him
- Chan was planned to have a larger role in LEGO City Undercover, ordering Chase to steal five cars instead of just one, each with three different dialogue trees depending on how successful Chase was with the delivery
- He also threatens to give Chase purple nurples in one of the failure dialogue trees, this was removed for obvious reasons.
