Castle Rescue is the fourteenth level of LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. It is the second level of The Last Crusade.
Story[]
Indiana Jones and Elsa venture to the castle, where Indiana fools the Enemy Butler by swapping hats with Elsa. After a brief fight with German soldiers, Indiana and Elsa crash into Henry Jones' holding cell, where a German named Colonel Vogel steals the diary from Indiana. Elsa reveals that she's in league with the Colonel, and the two tie up Indiana and Henry. Indiana frees himself and his dad with a candle, and the father-son team fight their way through the castle. After battling an Enemy Radio Operator and fooling some guards by wearing disguises, Indiana and Henry escape.
Walkthrough[]
You start at the castle gate. You have to grab a katana to open the gate to the next area.
In the next area, defeat the enemies and push a table to reach a wooden platform. Then use Indy's whip to open the window that leads to the next area.
In the next area, use the whip to cross between rooftops and build a bridge for Elsa to cross. Then get on a platform with Elsa and build a mechanism to turn a crane. Use Indy's whip to get to the next area.
In the next area, destroy some chairs to build a ladder and hold onto a rope to reveal a statue. Destroy the statue to take a giant plate to another statue and push a switch to raise the statue, then use the statues' plates as a platform to get to the other side. Then switch to Henry to solve a puzzle and push a mechanism to turn a wall and go to the next area.
In the next area, destroy the tables to take plates to green pads that work as ears. Then destroy another table to build a radio and make a mechanism work. Turn the mechanism to blow up the radio and break the crystals to proceed to the next area.
In the next area, defeat a boss enemy radio operator to grab a key and turn it to open a door. Then defeat an enemy officer to put on a hat, interact with the enemy in front of a locked door to open it. Then activate a lever to reveal bazookas and equip one to destroy a tower and use it as a bridge to cross. Then talk to a window man with an enemy hat to open the door to the final area of the level.
In the final area of the level, push a chair to reveal some stairs and head down them to finish the level.

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.
- Artifact Treasures
- (S) Push the table to the left side and use a girl to reach this artifact.
- (F) Destroy four statues holding red flags to get this artifact:
- Near the doors at the start of the level.
- The second statue on the left side of the second area.
- The fifth statue on the left side of the second area.
- Near the mailbox in the area where the parcel is.
- (F) Destroy some objects to build a trapdoor and use a child to enter it and reach a balcony where the artifact will be.
- (F) Use a character with explosives to destroy a silver object and use a girl to reach the artifact.
- (S) Use a book character to solve a puzzle and reveal this artifact.
- (F) Destroy some objects to enter the trapdoor with a child and reach this artifact.
- (S) Use a character with explosives to go down a ladder and use it to reach this artifact.
- (S) In the area where you equip yourself with bazookas, destroy a silver wall and use a jump to reach this artifact.
- (S) Use a rope to reach a statue and push it to pull it down and destroy it to reveal this artifact.
- (S) Destroy a silver piece of furniture to reveal a frame and take it to a broken puzzle, then solve the puzzle to reveal this artifact.
- Disarm Enemies Parcel
- (F) Use a Thuggee character to interact with a statue that will open a door to a special room. Then use a character with explosives to destroy a silver statue to build a mechanism. Turn the key to reveal a rope. Climb the rope to reveal the parcel and take it to the mailbox.
Unlockables[]
The artifact model in this level is a Suit of Armour. At the end of the level you can unlock Henry Jones. In Barnett College you can buy an Enemy Butler, an Enemy Radio Operator and a Bazooka Trooper (Crusade). You will also be able to continue to Motorcycle Escape. After collecting the Parcel, you can purchase Disarm Enemies.
