Before you enter this level, make sure you buy a vehicle in Crusade Hub (like an Army Jeep for example), as it can help you beat the level. This level does not require you to play a duo of necessary characters, you can complete it with any duo of characters. The level takes place in the same desert canyon as the normal level, but this time during the night and you will have to pop 10 balloons. You'll find green and orange vehicle power-ups here and there, but none of them are necessary to reach the balloons. Go down the ledge and head into the clearing with the Jeep. Go down and jump over a stone ramp to pop the first balloon. Follow the path down and jump over another stone ramp to pop the second balloon. Follow the path down, then go right and jump over another stone ramp to pop the third balloon. Go right, then go up the hill to go over it and jump over another stone ramp to pop the fourth balloon. Go down, then turn left and run up the stone ramp near the accelerator to pop the fifth balloon. Continue left, then go up the hill and jump over a wooden ramp to reach the sixth balloon. Follow the path down, then go left and run across a rock to reach the seventh balloon. Run across a stone ramp near the rock from the previous balloon to pop the eighth balloon. Go right, then use a wooden ramp to pop the ninth balloon, which will be floating over a campfire. Drive to the top of the winding path on the right edge of the map, then run up the sloping rock, popping the tenth and final balloon. Once you pop all 10 balloons, the Artifact will appear in a cave at the back of the middle level. Go to said cave and grab the Artifact to end the level.
