In the north of Pagoda, you will find two ventilation floors. Use a Construction character to drill the northernmost one and make a hole for a geyser to come out. Use the geyser to reach the walkway above, where you will have to climb up a drain pipe. After climbing the drain pipe, slide under a gap and climb a ladder to reach the upper platform of a scaffold, where you'll find an Audio Scan point. Use a Police character on it to detect an audio with static. Scan it and you'll hear a gang of criminals say they're going to steal something from the shopping mall. After this, a troublemaker hotspot will appear at the upper south entrance of the shopping mall. Get off the building, climb a drainpipe, and get to the troublemaker hotspot at the upper south entrance of the shopping mall within 30 seconds. When you get there, the five gang members will appear dancing on the north side of the hallway. Go towards them and they will attack you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. When you have one member left, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the sixteen Gang Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the southwest side of the shopping mall, you will find an ATM next to some vending machines. Use a Robber character to smash it and complete one of the eighteen ATM Smash challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
In the southwest of the location, you will find a blue box with a police logo. Destroy it to build a Disguise Booth and get this Gold Brick.
In the southwest corner of the location, go down a ladder to reach a dock, where you will find a table with a red jug behind you. Use a Construction character on it to drink coffee and complete one of the twenty Coffee Break challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the east side of the shopping mall, to the left of a LEGO shop, use a Police character on a question mark scanner symbol to find a key inside a refrigerator. Grab the key, place it in a lock, and turn it to open the door to a room where you will find a silver statue of Rex Fury. If you have the Unlimited Dynamite extra activated, you can use a Miner character to place a dynamite in a barrel without having to search for one. After placing the dynamite, move away from it and it will explode, destroying the silver statue, completing one of the seventeen Destroy Silver Statues challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
On the highest roof of the shopping mall, climb a blue and white wall on the right to reach a platform where you will find a free run token. Grab it to unlock a Free Run at the place where you started climbing. Go back to where you started climbing and head to the designated spot to start the Free Run. In the Free Run, take the same route you did until you reach the highest platform in the shopping mall to win the race. You have 30 seconds to win it, but there are eight clocks along the way that you can grab to set the time back 16, 15, 11, 8, 7, or 4 seconds. Winning the race will give you this Gold Brick.
From the platform where you grabbed the free run token for the previous Gold Brick, use a blue and white catapult to launch yourself to the highest platform in the shopping mall, where you will find a lost pig. Get on it and follow the path of ghost studs until you take it to a pig cannon near the northeast dock, where you will put it inside. Finally, use a Farmer character to load the cannon and shoot the pig towards the Fort Meadows farm, completing one of the twenty-two Return Pigs challenges and earning this Gold Brick.
Southwest of the roundabout, go down some stairs that lead to the subway to find a green and white crate. Destroy it to build a ticket machine and activate the Bright Lights Plaza Station, earning this Gold Brick.
West of the roundabout, use a Construction character to drill a ventilation floor and make a hole for a geyser to come out. Use the geyser to reach the awning above and walk a tightrope to the right. Then, climb a wall to the left to reach a higher platform and use an Astronaut character on a Teleport Pad to the right to teleport to another platform to the left. There, use a blue and white catapult to launch yourself to a further platform and climb up a drainage pipe on the right to reach the west roof, where you will find a cat trapped on a small roof higher up to the left. Use a Fireman character to rescue it and complete one of the seventeen Rescue Cats challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the highest roof of the apartment west of the rotunda, you will find a position to the south. Use an Astronaut character to place an Astronaut flag there and complete one of the twenty Conquer Districts challenges, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the west roof of the apartment west of the roundabout, you will find an electrical box to the right. Use a Construction character to repair it and step on a button. This will start one of the seventeen Drill Thrill challenges. In it, you have to drill forty-three ventilation floors in 1:20. Start with those on the west roof first, then with those on the central roof, and finally with those on the east roof. After drilling all forty-three ventilation floors in time, you will win the challenge, obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the east roof of the apartment west of the rotunda, you will find a Criminal Scan point in the upper right corner. Use a Police character on it to detect a thief infiltrating the northwest hotel. Scan him and he will leave the hotel to then get into a car and run away from you. Get off the building, get on the police car that a police helicopter leaves you and chase the thief. His car has four hearts. This thief can be very difficult to catch, since his car is very fast, so it is advisable to use turbo. When you are near his car, hit it continuously to remove hearts until you destroy it. When you destroy his car, he will try to run away from you. Chase him and when you see the action button flash above him, quickly press it to catch him and complete one of the twelve Vehicle Robber Arrest challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the terrace of Ellie's apartment, you will find a green pot on the east side. Use a Farmer character on it to water flowers and complete one of the twenty Flower Watering challenges, also obtaining this Gold Brick.
On the terrace of Ellie's apartment, you will find a lit barbecue in the center. Use a Fireman character to put out the barbecue fire and complete one of the seventeen Extinguish Fires BBQ challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
East of the roundabout located in the north of the location, you will find a Super Build. If you have more than 8,000 bricks, use them to build a Call-in Point and get this Gold Brick.
In the northeast corner of the location, before Crescent Park, you will find another green pot. Use a Farmer character on it to water flowers and complete another of the twenty Flower Watering challenges, also obtaining this Gold Brick.
At the eastern end of the roundabout located north of the location, you will find piles of black rocks to the right of the tunnel that leads to Crosstown Tunnel. Use a Miner character to destroy the westernmost one and find a light gray rock surrounded by flowers. Destroy it to complete one of the twenty-two Destroy Boulders challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
To the right of the pile of black rocks where you found the light gray rock from the previous Gold Brick, you will find another ATM. Use a Robber character to smash it and complete another of the eighteen ATM Smash challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
Inside the gym where you find the fourteenth character token, you will find a space box on the right side. Use an Astronaut character to open it and reveal a Space Alien outside the gym. Use the Teleport Pad again to exit the gym and chase the Alien. Chase it non-stop and when you see the action button flashing above it, quickly press it to catch it. After this, you will complete one of the seventeen Aliens Catching challenges, earning this Gold Brick.
On the northwest side of the lower part of the shopping mall, use a Robber character to open a door and begin one of thirteen Vehicle Robbery challenges. In this challenge, you will have to escort a car to the garage of a building in Cherry Tree Hills. Your vehicle has four hearts and police cars will chase you. Crashing into them will take a heart from you. The best thing to complete this challenge is to follow the path of ghost studs and avoid crashing into cars and walls. When you reach the drop-off point in Cherry Tree Hills, you will store your vehicle in the garage and complete this challenge, earning this Gold Brick.
On the south side of the lower hallway of the shopping mall, just behind the pillar with the drainpipe, you will find this character token in the air. Destroy a pay phone to build a blue trampoline and use it to cling to the ceiling to reach this character token.
In the southeast corner of the top of the shopping mall, climb up some handholds and then go left. Then, move to the left of two handholds, jump to a ledge, and use a blue and white panel on the left to cross a gap. Climb a ladder, cross three obstacles to the right, and use an Astronaut character on a Teleport Pad to teleport to the top of the giant disco ball, where you'll find this character token.
On the east side of the shopping mall, you will find the LEGO shop closed with a silver door. If you have the Unlimited Dynamite extra activated, you can use a Miner character to place a dynamite in a barrel without having to search for one. Move away from the dynamite and it will explode, destroying the silver door and allowing you to enter the shop. Inside the shop, destroy four boxes to build three interesting objects and reveal this character token at the entrance:
The first interesting object is a toy rocket, which can be built by destroying a box located a little to the right.
The second interesting object is a toy pirate ship, which can be built by destroying a box located a little to the left.
The third interesting object is a snake ornament, which can be built by destroying two boxes together on the far left.
A little to the right of the LEGO shop entrance, destroy two pay phones to build a blue trampoline. Use it to cling to the ceiling and move left to a ladder. Climb it and climb a drainpipe to reach the top of a cube with the "LEGO" logo. Jump across four poles to the right, scale a wall to reach a walkway, and walk to the left of two blue walkways. Then, climb some handholds, cross two obstacles to the right and walk on a blue walkway. Use a zipline to reach the platform of a giant blue sign, where you'll find this character token on the right.
From the giant blue sign platform where you found the previous character token, climb some handholds and climb up a drainpipe to reach a higher platform. Then, use a blue and white panel to cross a gap and scale a wall to reach the upper roof of the mall, where you will find this character token.
In the northwest of the location, you will find a hotel with the sign "HOTEL" with the letter L in white. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint it yellow using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a yellow color swapper. After painting it, this character token will appear at the hotel entrance.
Throughout Bright Lights Plaza, destroy five brown boxes to build water coolers and reveal this character token on the north side of the shopping mall:
The first brown box is inside a closed planetarium to the east of the shopping mall, with a red panel above. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint the panel green using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a green color swapper. After painting it, the planetarium doors will open. Enter the planetarium and go left to find this brown box.
From the second white ice cream cart on the eleventh character token, go further right to find the second brown box.
In the northwest corner of the bottom of Ellie's apartment, you will find a Teleport Pad. Use an Astronaut character on it to teleport to the second floor of the apartment, where you will find the third brown box on the left.
At the eastern end of the roundabout located north of the location, you will find an electrical box next to the doors leading to the Herbert Hotel. Use a Construction character to repair it and make the hotel doors rotate. Enter the hotel through the revolving doors and go left to find the fourth brown box.
Inside the gym where you find the fourteenth character token, you will find the fifth brown box to the left of the Teleport Pad.
Throughout Bright Lights Plaza, you will find three white ice cream carts. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint them pink using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a pink color swapper. After painting them, this character token will appear at the entrance to a theater in the northeast corner of the buildings west of the shopping mall. The locations of the white ice cream carts are shown below:
The first white ice cream cart is in the southeast corner of the bottom of the shopping mall, next to a dynamite vending machine.
The second white ice cream cart is inside the first floor of Ellie's apartment. The apartment is closed by a silver door, so destroy it by using a Miner character to place a dynamite in a barrel (it is recommended to activate the Unlimited Dynamite extra). After destroying the dynamite, enter the apartment, go to the right and you will find this white ice cream cart.
The third white ice cream cart is in the northwest corner of the buildings west of the shopping mall.
At the bottom of the Helipad located on the terrace of Ellie's apartment, use a Robber character to open a door and walk through the hallways to find this character token.
In the northwest corner of the upper part of the shopping mall, climb some handholds and jump over four poles. Next, walk to the right of a blue walkway, use a blue and white panel to cross a gap, and drop down two handholds to reach a white edge. Walk to the left of the white edge, slide under an obstacle, and continue to the left of a glass awning until you find this character token on an upper roof. Use a handhold to reach the ceiling with this character token.
From the roof where you found the previous character token, walk a tightrope to the left to reach a walkway. Then, go to the far left of the walkway until you find a Super Jet Pack point. Use an Astronaut character on it to make ten red rings appear. Cross them with the jet pack to reach the northern awning of the buildings. There, use a zipline to the left to reach the awning with the "THEATER" sign on it and swing on a blue pole to reach another awning where you'll find a Teleport Pad on the left. Use it to teleport inside the gym, where you will find this character token.
At the hotel located northwest of the location, you will find this vehicle token inside. The hotel is closed by a red panel. If you have the Super Color Gun extra activated, you can paint the panel green using a Robber character's Color Gun without having to search for a green color swapper. After painting it, the hotel doors will rotate. Enter the hotel through the revolving doors to find this vehicle token on the right.
In the northwest corner of the bottom of Ellie's apartment, you'll find a control panel. Use it to take an elevator and reach the hallways before the apartment terrace, where you will find this Red Brick on the far left.
On the roof where you rescued a cat for the ninth Gold Brick, climb a ladder to the right to reach the highest roof of the apartment, where you will find a yellow box (if you're on Wii U or Switch) or a police box (if you're on PS4, Xbox One, or PC). Destroy it to build a Mario Bros.Super Star or a Police Badge (depending on which version you play).
