- Chase McCain: Well, I coulda done that. [He walks towards Henrik] Blackwell's mansion is huge, we should split up.

Searching for Evidence in the Yard[]

- Chase McCain: I hope all this security means Natalia's nearby!

- Chase McCain: A silver statue and a giant letter "B"... Subtle and classy, Blackwell.

Blackwell's Plan and the True Identity of Blackwell Tower[]

- Henrik Kowalski: Did you find Natalia?
- Chase McCain: No, sorry. But it looks like I've found Forrest Blackwell's secret... He's a model-making nerd.
- Henrik Kowalski: He is an evil genius. This is his plan! Look! This is my phased polarity... er, my "magic bubble". He means to fly to the moon!
- Chase McCain: How? The shuttle on Apollo Island isn't big enough for all his cronies. And you can't exactly hide a [The scene changes to the Blackwell Rocket] giant rocket in LEGO City... [He realizes that Blackwell Tower is a rocket] The countdown... Blackwell Tower! [He calls Ellie through his communicator] Ellie? You have to get everyone away from Blackwell Tower! Now!
- Ellie Phillips: Okay, but why?
- Chase McCain: Blackwell Tower is a rocket. When it takes off it'll fry everything within ten blocks! I'm sending you evidence. [He cuts the call]
- Ellie Phillips: Right! Everyone! You need to clear the area!
- [The citizens run screaming. The scene cuts back to Chase and Henrik]
- Henrik Kowalski: Look! We don't have long. But we may be able to help.
- Chase McCain: How?
- Henrik Kowalski: I'll tell you on the way!

Story[]
After saving Henrik (gaining a jetpack for the astronaut outfit), he and Chase travel to Blackwell's Mansion where they find a model of a moon colony the billionaire planned. They also discovered that the office tower that Blackwell owns is actually a rocket in disguise. Its impending liftoff will destroy half of LEGO City.
Walkthrough[]
Level Prelude[]
You start this level when you go to Blackwell's Mansion to find evidence about Blackwell and Blackwell Tower. (Look here for more information.)
Level Walkthrough[]
You start on the ramp that leads to Blackwell's Mansion. Go up the ramp and when you reach the courtyard, you will find four Sentinels attacking you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. After defeating them, use the Construction suit to drill a ventilation floor in the center and reveal a dynamite. Grab the dynamite with the Miner suit and place it in a barrel next to a silver statue in the upper right corner. Move away from the dynamite and it will explode, destroying the silver statue and revealing a lock. However, since you don't have a key, you won't be able to open the door. To find the key, go right to reach the playground. There, use the Fireman suit to open the boarded up door to a room, where you will find a safe on the left side. Use the Robber suit to open it and find the key. Grab it, go back to the lock you revealed, place the key there and turn it to open the door to another room, where you will find a toolbox on the right side. Grab the toolbox and place it on a green pad to the right of a silver garage door to build an RC car with dynamite. Stand at a designated point and press the action button to drive the RC car with dynamite. Using the RC car with dynamite, drive it towards the silver garage door to destroy it. Inside the garage, use the Construction suit to repair an electrical box and turn off the electricity on the stairs leading to the second floor. Go up the stairs to reach the second floor, where you will find two Sentinels attacking you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. After defeating them, go left and three more Sentinels will attack you. Defeat them the same way you did the previous two. On the left side, destroy a red chair to reveal a question mark scanner symbol. Use the Undercover suit on it to find a green valve buried in the upper left corner. Grab it, go back to the right, place the green valve on a connector and turn it to drain the water from the pool. With the pool water drained, use a color swapper with the color red to change the color of your Robber suit's Color Gun from purple to red. Get out of the pool using a ladder and use the red color of your Color Gun to change the color of a panel from green to red. This will turn off the electricity on a blue and white wall. Climb it to reach the third floor. There, go to the right and two Sentinels will attack you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. After defeating them, use the Farmer suit to grow three daisies in three red pots. Use them as platforms and climb a handhold to reach the fourth floor. On the fourth floor, fight and arrest two Sentinels the same way you did with the previous two. After defeating them, use the Miner suit to destroy a pile of black rocks and reveal an electrical box. Use the Construction suit to repair it and reveal a door on the third floor. Go back to the third floor and use the Robber suit to open the door that will take you to the next area.
In the next area, you will be attacked by three Sentinels. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. After defeating them, use the Undercover suit on a question mark scanner symbol on the left side to find a functional brown book on the shelves on the left side. Pull it to make a red light turn green. You will have to make another red light turn green. To do this, destroy a black table on the right side to reveal another question mark scanner symbol. Use it to find another functional brown book on the shelves on the right side. Pull it to make the other red light turn green. Having both red lights turn green will cause the northern TV to rotate and reveal a control panel. Use the control panel to open the windows, causing the Bell Pepper Emerald to shoot a beam of light towards a knight statue. This will also cause another knight statue to spin and a painting to open, revealing a safe. Three Sentinels will come to attack you. Fight them using your kung fu skills and arrest them. After defeating them, use the Robber suit to open the newly revealed safe and find a dynamite inside. Grab it with the Miner suit and place it in a barrel next to the knight statue pointed by the emerald's beam of light. Move away from the dynamite and it will explode, destroying the knight statue and causing the beam of light to hit the shield of another knight statue to the staff of one more knight statue. This will cause the windows to close, the light beam to disappear, and a model with Blackwell's plan to appear in the center of the area, ending the level.

S means that the collectible can be obtained when playing the level for the first time. F means that the collectible requires to be obtained with an ability that is obtained later in the game.
- Police Shield Fragments
- (S) In the first area, use a Fireman character to extinguish six torches and obtain this police shield fragment:
- The first torch is on the wall to the left of the starting point.
- The second torch is on the right wall of the playground.
- The third torch is on the left side of the second floor, on the front wall.
- The fourth torch is on the right side of the third floor.
- The last two torches are on either side of the pile of black rocks on the fourth floor.
- (S) In the first area, use a Miner character to destroy three unique rocks and obtain this police shield fragment:
- The first unique rock is on the far left of the playground.
- The second unique rock is on the far right of the playground.
- The third unique rock is in the lower left corner of the fifth floor. Climb one of the two stairs on the fourth floor to reach the fifth floor with this unique rock.
- (S) In the first area, use a Farmer character to grow plants in three green pots and obtain this police shield fragment:
- The first green pot is in the north corner of the playground.
- The second green pot is in the upper right corner of the courtyard.
- The third green pot is on the left side of the third floor, near the blue walkway.
- (S) In the second area, shoot three targets to complete a Forrest Blackwell puzzle and receive this police shield fragment. It is recommended to do this with an Astronaut character's space weapon.
- The first target is in the upper left corner, high on the wall. Use a Farmer character to grow a plant that you can use as a wall in a red pot. Then, climb it and jump to the platform on the right with this target.
- The second target is on top of the Forrest Blackwell puzzle. Continuing from the platform with the previous target, jump to the platforms on the right until you reach the platform where you can shoot this target.
- The third target is on the shelves on the right side. Destroy the books to reveal it.
- (S) In the first area, use a Fireman character to extinguish six torches and obtain this police shield fragment:

- (F) On the right side of the fourth floor of the first area, you will find a large box with orange handle. Use any variant of Rex Fury to destroy it and reveal this character token.

- (S) On the fourth floor of the first area, use a zip line that you will find on the left to reach a roof with a Teleport Pad. Use an Astronaut character on the Teleport Pad to teleport to a room with a sand castle. There, destroy the sandcastle to reveal this character token.

- (S) On the left side of the courtyard of the first area, you will find a manhole cover. Use a Robber character to open it and reveal this vehicle token.

Forrest Blackwell Casual (Robber), Sentinel Decker (Robber), Dullahan and Cloud can be purchased at the Police Station after collecting their tokens. After collecting the Red Brick, you can purchase Attract Bricks (you will get it for free without paying in the remastered version).
