Blue Shadow Virus is the sixteenth level of LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. It is the third level of Asajj Ventress.

BLUE SHADOW VIRUS

Senator Amidala and Representative

Jar Jar Binks have returned to Naboo,

investigating reports of Separatist

activity on their home planet.

TX-20 droid....

Story

Padmé Amidala and Jar Jar Binks arrive on Naboo and are greeted by Queen Neeyutnee and Captain Typho. While investigating a TX-20 that the visitors had brought, a hologram shows them what appears to be a top-secret laboratory on Naboo. As Padmé and Jar Jar sneak past, Dr. Nuvo Vindi and an army of Battle Droids spot them and they are both captured. Padmé contacts Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka, and Captain Rex to save them. When Anakin and a Clone Trooper enter the base, Nuvo thinks he could use a LEP Servant Droid to escort the Blue Shadow Virus vial. Nuvo gives the vial to the LEP Servant Droid and then leaves. Arriving at Nuvo's laboratory, he electrocutes Padmé and Jar Jar, but Anakin and the Clone Trooper save them. However, just as Nuvo escapes, he shoots the Clone Trooper, but it only ends up being a patch, so he removes himself to revive himself. However, Obi-Wan arrives and dismisses the Clone Trooper. When they find Nuvo and his LEP Servant Droid, he hides the Blue Shadow Virus vial in a non-explosive detonator. Nuvo goes to the right, while his LEP Servant Droid goes to the left. Padmé and Jar Jar pursue the LEP Servant Droid and destroy it to deactivate the bombs. Anakin and Obi-Wan pursue Nuvo, defeat him, and return to the surface of Naboo. But just as Padmé, Jar Jar, and Ahsoka arrive to capture him, Nuvo throws the Blue Shadow Virus vial into the air. When the quintet tries to catch the vial in time before it destroys it, Jar Jar grabs it with his tongue, only to become infected with the virus afterwards. Nuvo is taken to the Resolute as a prisoner. Furious at her captured companion, Asajj Ventress calls Wat Tambor, and he then tells her that he will threaten Ryloth with his Trade Federation Battleship.

Walkthrough

Start heading to the right, eliminating any enemies in your path. Look at the alarm panels coming from the ground, if you step on one more enemies will appear. Continue to the right until two Destroyer Droids appear. Destroy them by attacking with the lightsaber from the air. Then use Rex to place an explosive charge on the Clone Trooper's panel. After the explosion, jump into the hole to the next area.

The following area will be divided into two perspectives. From Ahsoka and Rex's perspective, start fighting the Battle Droids. You can use the Rex's grappling hook to close the doors on either side of the corridor, so the Battle Droids don't constantly attack you. You can also use Ahsoka's Force. Then proceed down the hallway until you reach two Destroyer Droids with red force fields. Hold the alternate attack button to switch to Obi-Wan. Approach the cannon and start shooting at the four orange antennae that generate energy beams. At the end, destroy the hatch cover and jump into the hole once the ship gets closer.

In the next area of ​​Obi-Wan's perspective, begin fighting enemies. Continue to the right until you reach something similar to an engine hanging from the ceiling. Use the Force to take out the locks on both sides and jump into the newly created hole. This way, the Destroyer Droids with red shields will be destroyed and Obi-Wan will be able to reunite with Ahsoka and Rex. Use the engine bricks to build a Clone Trooper panel and activate it with Rex. In the next room, approach the platform on the left and use Rex's hook to pull it out of the wall. Then jump to the platform with one Jedi, switch to the second and use the Force to lift the platform. Once the lifted character jumps to the right, switch to him/her, blast a hole in the wall with the lightsaber, and move on to the next area.

Inside the next area, use Anakin's Force on the doors on either side of the corridor to close them and prevent any more Battle Droids from coming. Then move on. You'll eventually reach a room with a Destroyer Droid with a red force field. Use the explosive cannon on the left to get rid of its shield. Once the Destroyer Droid is defenceless, approach it and finish it off with Anakin's lightsaber. Then, take care of the Super Battle Droids and move on. On your way, close another door with the Clone Trooper, preventing more Super Battle Droids from arriving. Move forward to reach more Destroyer Droids. Once again use the explosive barrels to get rid of the shields. Then finish them off with Anakin's lightsaber. Approach the large door on the right and use Anakin's lightsaber to cut a door. Head to the next area.

The first battle against Nuvo. It's actually not too difficult, just keep picking up the explosive barrels and throwing them at Nuvo who is standing on the platform. Continue throwing once he runs to the next platform. Once he flees the arena, use Jar Jar to jump to the platform on the right and pull the lever there. Go through the lower door to the next area.

Destroy the Battle Droids inside the next area. Then approach the platform at the end of the hallway on the left.There are two ways to get to that platform: the first is to use Padmé's hook and the second is to jump as Jar Jar. Stand on one of the round buttons and wait for the second character to do the same, which will activate the door. However, this will also activate a barrier separating Padmé and Jar Jar from Obi-Wan and Anakin, also opening a door to the right.

In the next area from Padmé and Jar Jar's perspective, begin destroying the trembling flower. When a LEP Servant Droid jumps out with a bomb, move in and attack it. Destroy the plants when it hides and keep repeating the entire operation until it moves to the next room. Keep running after it and attacking, while defeating the Battle Droids that are shooting at you. Once you destroy it, use the fragments to build a bomb and pull the lever to defuse the bombs. At that point, you'll finish Padmé and Jar Jar's perspective.

Switching to Obi-Wan and Anakin's perspective, deal with the enemies and go to the door. Make your way into the tunnel with the lightsaber, where the final battle against Nuvo awaits. He's similar to the previous one, just this time you will have to pay more attention to the Battle Droids attacking you. Defend from them and once the Nuvo tries to throw an explosive at you - grab it with the Force and throw back at the him. Keep repeating this until you defeat Nuvo. The level will end when you finish both perspectives.

Collectables

S means that the collectible can be obtained both in Story and in Free Play. F means the collectible can only be obtained in Free Play.

• Minikit Canisters
  1. (S) You will receive the first minikit for destroying five cameras that come out of the ground from time to time on the swamps. One can be found right at the beginning of the level, a few steps east of the starting point. You can find more if you go straight all the time. Two last ones are next to the Clone Trooper panel. Destroy them and the first minikit will be yours.
  2. (F) The second minikit can also be found in the swamps. You will receive it after removing and destroying six drowned objects in the water. You have to use the Sith Force for that purpose.
     1. The first is south of the starting point. Move it to the ground and hit with the lightsaber.
     2. The second object can be found a few steps further north.
     3. Once you reach the place where you can see the golden statue, take a closer look at the area. One object will be in the water to the north and the second to the south. Destroy them and head to the northern end of the swamps.
     4. On the right side of the Clone Trooper panel, you will find the fifth object.
     5. The sixth is south of the last.
  3. (S) The next one will appear after you take out and destroy five carrots. Use the Force and the lightsaber to do so.
     1. The first can be found next to the second trapdoor in the east and the second grows a few steps further north.
     2. A little further back you will see a gray trapdoor. The third floor is right next door.
     3. The fourth carrot is hidden to the left of the golden statue in the north.
     4. The last vegetable grows almost exactly where you start the level.
  4. (F) For the fourth, head a little north from the start of the level and destroy the golden statue there with a rapid fire character. You can build a Tractor Mower from its fragments. Enter it and cut the grass that will appear. You will receive the white container in exchange.
  5. (S) The next minikit can be received by closing four doors inside the enemy base with the Force. Once you close a door, make sure to move the purple object up, as only then will it count.
     1. The first can be found on the left side, just after entering the base.
     2. The second is on the other side of the hallway.
     3. Last two gates can be found after burning through the wall in the room with two Separatist panels. On the other side of the hole there will be a hallway. One door is on the left and the second on the right. Block them and collect the minikit.
  6. (F) The sixth minikit can be obtained during the Republic Gunship's flight around the enemy base. Use the astromech panel aboard the Republic Gunship and you will lower the net below deck. The minikit will eventually fall inside.
  7. (F) Once the ship lands, open the door in front of you and continue forward, to a room with two Separatist panels. As a Separatist droid, switch between them and use them twice to make the white container appear.
  8. (F) After a while, you should reach the round room with two Destroyer Droids. Ignore both droids and head north. There you will find a protocol panel for a protocol droid like C-3PO. Behind the open door, turn right and you will reach a hidden pub. Jump over the bar and use the Force to mount the container there on the purple wall on the left. The next thing you have to do is move the cup that is on the bar under the container. Once the items are there, pull the lever and you will pour the drink. Move it back to its original place, where a MagnaGuard was sitting. The droid will go to the bathroom and a minikit will fall from the room.
  9. (F) During the second battle against the LEP Servant Droid with a bomb, use a small character in the narrow passage in the upper left corner of the location. Once you're behind the box, go right. You should reach a Jedi climbing wall. Climb it up and pick up the white container.
  10. (F) The last one can be received during the battle against Nuvo on the landing pad. Choose two grappling hook characters and drag the Neimoidian Shuttle's two orange grappling points with them. The tenth minikit will appear in the left corner of the location. (You must defeat the left side first, as defeating the right side first will prevent you from getting this minikit.)

Unlockables

Clone Shadow Trooper (Classic) will be available to purchase after obtaining all minikits in this level. After completing the level, you unlock Ahsoka (unless you have completed Jedi Crash or Duel of the Droids), Captain Rex (unless you have completed Weapons Factory or Duel of the Droids) and Jar Jar Binks (unless you have completed Gungan General). In The Resolute you can buy Captain Typho, Queen Neeyutnee and Dr. Nuvo Vindi (although it requires a Bounty Hunter character to be able to free and buy him). In The Invisible Hand you can buy a Gonk Droid, a LEP Servant Droid and a Gold Super Battle Droid. You will also be able to continue to Storm Over Ryloth.
