Before you enter this level, make sure you buy a vehicle in Crystal Skull Hub 1 (like a Hotrod for example), as it can help you beat the level. This level does not require you to play a duo of necessary characters, you can complete it with any duo of characters. The level only consists of the streets of the normal level but during the night, and this time you will have to pop 10 balloons. Hop in the Hotrod, then go right and jump into a green car to pop the first balloon. Go right, then go to the mid lane and jump up a ramp to pop the second balloon. Go right, then down the lane and jump up a construction area ramp to pop the third balloon. Go left, then jump onto a red bus to pop the fourth balloon. Go right, then jump over a car parked next to the fence to pop the fifth balloon. Go through the arch under a clock tower in the courtyard to pop the sixth balloon. Go left, then enter a library and go through a stained glass window to pop the seventh balloon. Go left, then use a speed orb or jump boost while jumping over the fence outside the library to pop the eighth balloon. After jumping over the fence, return to the same place you were at. When you return to the same spot, jump down the long diagonal ramp to pop the ninth balloon. Jump up the ramp on the right near the previous ramp to pop the tenth and final balloon. Once you pop all 10 balloons, the Artifact appears on the clock tower. When you're at the clock tower, get out of your vehicle and use one of the 2 ramps to reach the Artifact and end the level.
