Astronaut is an ability and one of the eight teams in LEGO City Undercover and LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins. Astronauts can use teleportation pads to access certain areas, open space boxes to reveal hidden objects, and have a jetpack. The only gameplay difference for astronauts between LEGO City Undercover and The Chase Begins is that the jetpack in the former is used to hover across large gaps, while in the latter, it is used on special pads with the astronaut symbol to shoot off into the sky in certain locations; failing to do this will result in Chase's jetpack blowing up and costing him a few studs.
