Story[]

On Christophsis, as Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi spy on the Battle Droids, they greet the spies and an army of Battle Droids attack Obi-Wan and Commander Cody. Before saving his friends, Anakin calls a Clone Trooper to come rescue them. Anakin and other Clone Trooper manage to get between buildings and save Obi-Wan and Cody. Reaching the top of a building, they save a Republic Gunship from cannons and climb aboard to rescue themselves, while Cody and the Clone Trooper are left fighting Battle Droids. Through holograms of a TX-20 head, they discover that Asajj Ventress is their enemy and enter her Separatist base. They find her and a lightsaber duel begins that takes the three to the top of the building. At the top of the building, Asajj uses her Octuptarra Tri-droid that she had built. When the tri-droid loses two legs, it falls off the building and the two Jedi land on it to defeat Asajj. Upon defeating Asajj, her tri-droid is destroyed by crashing to the floor below, while the two Jedi save themselves from the fall by stealing STAPs from the Battle Droids.

Jedi Master Yoda goes to Rugosa to convince King Katuunko to allow the Galactic Republic to build a base on Toydarian territory. Meanwhile, Katuunko and Asajj look at the escape pod and notice Yoda, Lieutenant Thire, Jek, and Rys emerging. Asajj gathers an army of Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids, Destroyer Droids to attack her enemies, while they are more ready to destroy the large number of droids. As Thire is about to destroy rare golden plants, he is shot by two Super Battle Droids and loses his right arm. When he repositions his right arm, he loses so much strength that he cannot raise his machine gun. When he thinks he is dead because a Battle Droid and a Super Battle Droid approach him, Yoda uses the Force to save him and raises the Super Battle Droid to destroy the Battle Droid and the other two Super Battle Droids. Thire then decides to use a Battle Droid head as a weapon. Upon destroying three AATs that Asajj had sent, she becomes enraged and sends five Destroyer Droids as a last resort to kill her enemies. However, the Republic quartet. Impressed by the performance of Yoda and the clones, Katuunko decides to join the Republic. Count Dooku orders Asajj to kill the king. Asajj knocks the king's guards unconscious and moves to kill the king, but Master Yoda arrives just in time and uses his lightsaber to take both lightsabers from Asajj. Two Battle Droids try to kill the king with their blasters, but the clones destroy them both. Angry, Asajj remotely detonates previously planted explosives and causes a landslide, allowing her to escape on her Geonosian Solar Sailor. Yoda just in time uses the Force to deflect the rocks and save the king. They watch Asajj (unaware that the king is still here) escaping on her Geonosian Solar Sailor. King Katuunko presents his diplomacy to Yoda, offering his services to the Republic, as Republic Gunships arrive and recover both parties. Meanwhile, when Dr. Nuvo Vindi travels on his Neimoidian Shuttle, Asajj assures him that he created the Blue Shadow Virus on Naboo.

Padmé Amidala and Jar Jar Binks arrive on Naboo and are greeted by Queen Neeyutnee and Captain Typho. While investigating a TX-20 that the visitors had brought, a hologram shows them what appears to be a top-secret laboratory on Naboo. As Padmé and Jar Jar sneak past, Nuvo and an army of Battle Droids spot them and they are both captured. Padmé contacts Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, and Captain Rex to save them. When Anakin and a Clone Trooper enter the base, Nuvo thinks he could use a LEP Servant Droid to escort the Blue Shadow Virus vial. Nuvo gives the vial to the LEP Servant Droid and then leaves. Arriving at Nuvo's laboratory, he electrocutes Padmé and Jar Jar, but Anakin and the Clone Trooper save them. However, just as Nuvo escapes, he shoots the Clone Trooper, but it only ends up being a patch, so he removes himself to revive himself. However, Obi-Wan arrives and dismisses the Clone Trooper. When they find Nuvo and his LEP Servant Droid, he hides the Blue Shadow Virus vial in a non-explosive detonator. Nuvo goes to the right, while his LEP Servant Droid goes to the left. Padmé and Jar Jar pursue the LEP Servant Droid and destroy it to deactivate the bombs. Anakin and Obi-Wan pursue Nuvo, defeat him, and return to the surface of Naboo. But just as Padmé, Jar Jar, and Ahsoka arrive to capture him, Nuvo throws the Blue Shadow Virus vial into the air. When the quintet tries to catch the vial in time before it destroys it, Jar Jar grabs it with his tongue, only to become infected with the virus afterwards. Nuvo is taken to the Resolute as a prisoner. Furious at her captured companion, Asajj calls Wat Tambor, and he then tells her that he will threaten Ryloth with his Trade Federation Battleship.

Upon arriving at Ryloth, the Defender is attacked by Wat Tambor's Trade Federation Battleship, so Anakin devises a plan. His plan is to destroy the two Invisible Hands so that the Defender can approach Wat Tambor's Trade Federation Battleship and destroy it. Not only does he do it alone, but he also has the help of his Padawan Ahsoka. After destroying the two Invisible Hands, the Defender is attacked by two more, so Anakin destroys them as well. After destroying the other two Invisible Hands, the Defender finally reaches Wat Tambor's Trade Federation Battleship and both ships are destroyed, so Anakin uses an escape pod to escape alive in time. Arriving safely at the Resolute and with Wat Tambor's Trade Federation Battleship destroyed, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, and Admiral Yularen put on goggles (except Yularen) and enjoy the explosion.

Obi-Wan and Commander Cody brief the Ghost Company on their mission, and although they must retake the city, they cannot destroy the Twi'leks' home and are only allowed to use blasters and droid poppers. When Wat Tambor notices the Acclamator assault ships arriving above, he orders the proton cannons below to attack them. After the Republic Gunship lands on a Gutkurr, Obi-Wan asks a clone to follow him, but is crushed by the Gutkurr the Republic Gunship had landed on. Upon opening a cave that would lead them to a secret passage, Gutkurrs leaves said cave and chases after Cody, Waxer, and Boil. An AT-AP Walker watches Waxer and Cody being chased by the Gutkurrs, only to fall afterwards. Using food to distract the Gutkurrs, the quartet manages to enter the cave and, passing through a secret passage, finally reach the place where seven Twi'leks are imprisoned. By destroying the silver AAT that imprisoned the Twi'leks, they recklessly mistreat the Separatist enemies. Seeing the Resolute arriving, and knowing that the Twi'leks exacted revenge, Wat Tambor becomes frustrated and attempts to exact revenge.

While Wat Tambor is spying on his castle, he notices that an army of clones are coming to capture him. He orders his Battle Droid to disable the plasma bridge to prevent them from reaching his castle and capturing him. However, using their base capture abilities, Mace Windu and Commander Ponds manage to reactivate the bridge and destroy the silver gate with an explosive vehicle. Mace destroys the two Battle Droids surrounding Wat Tambor and then surrenders, seeing that he has no salvation left.

Taking Wat Tambor to the Resolute as a prisoner, Asajj sees him and becomes angrier, so Mace orders an AT-TE to fire at her Trident Assault Craft to scare her away. Asajj is taken from Ryloth and the planet is free.
