Ageing Potion Lesson is the fourteenth lesson in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4. It takes place during the Level Prelude of Dragons level.

Inside the Potions Classroom, you will learn how to create the Ageing Potion that will allow you to cross magical barriers. On the right side of the room you will find a locked chest - use magic on it and then place the brick on the empty spot next to the two water containers. Jump to one of the platforms - the second character will jump to the other. Then, wait a bit for the water to be pumped through and you will get an ingredient. Use Wingardium Leviosa to take the potion ingredients and throw them into the cauldron.
Use Wingardium Leviosa on the books by the pipe entrance - you will create a passage between the tables. Switch to Hermione or Ron and use Crookshanks/Scabbers to get into the pipe. At its end you will activate a mechanism that will lower the cage. Once the bird flies down, use magic on it - you will create two pieces of meat. Use Wingardium Leviosa to place them in the aquarium and the fish will eventually jump through it to give you an ingredient.
On the left you will find a head - use Wingardium Leviosa on the horns and once the wall opens, use Hermione to read the signs on the shelf. Use Wingardium Leviosa to place the bricks on the empty table. Open the book - it contains three beakers of different colors. On the table, in addition to an empty container, you will also find glasses filled with three fluids: red, yellow and blue.
To create specific colors, you have to mix:
- Red + Blue = Purple
- Yellow + Blue = Green
- Red + Yellow = Orange
You will receive another potion ingredient.
Drink the Ageing potion and go through the barrier.
